Ecology Air Innovations was impressive from the start with their quick response to our request for service through the completion of the installation of our HVAC system. The system replaced was over 20 years old with a motor failure in the heating system (entire house rattled when the heat was running). Since we experience annual issues with our AC, we decided to replace the entire HVAC system rather than continue to put band aids on the issues. After diagnostics of our heater issue, Mark and Jake provided very clear options available for repair and did not press or try to sale us on a new system. We appreciate their honesty and decided to move forward to replace our entire system. Jake and Nick performed the installation, and they showed great care for our home by laying floor covers along all paths to attic for heating system and vacuuming any areas where very little insulation may have fallen. Their work was very professional and very neat. After the installation, you could not tell that they were even onsite other than the fact that we had a new system operating without noise; very nice to have the heat without the house rattling. The AC unit was nicely placed and secured on a platform slightly raising the unit above the cement and lines from house to unit were neatly insulated. In addition, Jake went above and beyond when he noticed a poor airflow to the 1st floor, something that we experienced for years where previous vendor, that we used for service, explain that it was because our unit was older and that the range of the airflow was within the standard range. Well Jake looked into it further and discovered that one of the ducts leading to the downstairs registers had worked its way loose. After reattaching/reseating the duct and securing it, we now have a good flow of heat downstairs and we are very pleased (looking forward to a cool downstairs in the summer). In addition, Jake also discovered a damper motor not working so the damper remained open causing the upstairs to receive an excessive amount of heat while the downstairs with the bad airflow attempted to heat the downstairs. Jake had a replacement motor for us and installed it at no additional charge. We're now enjoying controlled heat to the downstairs and upstairs. Our experience with Ecology Air Innovations was wonderful. It's refreshing to see a business that truly cares about their customers. This company is very professional and provides their services in a courteous fashion, while providing quality product and service. I usually don't write reviews on Yelp, but I just have to say how great it was working with Ecology Air. I had an old A/C and furnace that needed to be replaced, and Mark hooked me up with new Trane products and new ducting. My old ducting had all kinds of leaks, and was rusty and dusty as well, so it needed to be replaced. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the workmanship of both Ryan and Nick, they did a very nice job with the installation and now my home has no problem holding a temperature of 75 degrees during 100 degree plus days. The air quality is a lot better as well because they put a whole house filter on the new system and I'm breathing a lot better. This is important to me because the last couple of years I've been suffering from allergies and asthma, and Mark suggested the same system he has on his AC system at home. Mark is a very knowledgeable salesperson, and Ryan and Nick backed up Mark's knowledge and salesmanship with their great workmanship! I have to be honest, I was very nervous about making this big purchase/investment for my home, but Ecology air put my mind at ease with their great customer service and workmanship! I wish there was a higher rating to give Mark and his Excellent service. I can't begin to describe how happy I am with his overall services and prices.  I do not have to worry about being bamboozled. I am totally grateful from my initial text at 8pm on Monday night. (I was in a panic and in desperate need) our A/C went out and tempurters were rising in the house.  I certainly wasn't expecting a text back inquiring on what problem I was having with our A/C unit.  I explained what was happening and then he booked me an appointment between 11am -12 pm the next day. He was here before 12 and found out that we had a bad Capacitor. He replaced it and was done in 15 min. I was so Thankful for the quick response since we were hitting triple digit weather.  I am writing this and recommending Mark and his company Ecology Air Innovations. I found Mark on TikTok by being shown a random video one day. He looked knowledgeable, and more than that, he seemed ethical. His videos and his sweet cat immediately captured my attention! I made an appointment and Mark came out to try to repair our aging HVAC. Several trips out to our house and with a delay caused by supply chain issues finding a hard-to-find control board, and out HVAC still wasn't working properly with the new control board. There is a secondary control board that Mark felt could be the problem, but it's not made any more. A new system is out of the question for us right now. Mark refused to take payment for the control board or any of the time he'd spent. Amazing! 5 stars! I would give 10 stars if I could! read more

Dude came in promptly at 7:00 a.m. so that he could do an assessment so that we could hit the road. He gave us good information and didn't try to blow smoke up our butt in order to get us to spend unnecessary money. Other folks recommended changing our ducts, but failed to mention that we had asbestos, which would require abatement and substantially more money. He came in with a competitive offer and then followed up with an even more competitive offer. It might have been my 4th glass of wine, but that was the tipping point for his eventual hiring. My only complaint is that there was a little debris that the guys could have vacuumed while installing the new heater. Other than that, they were in and out and did a great job. read more

When we were shopping around for an HVAC system, not only did Ecology Air give us the best quote, but Mark spent 45 minutes on the phone with my husband BEFORE he had our business, happy to explain our options. Nick and Jake did our installation for us. They showed up on time, got the job done in two days, and even gave us some valuable advice regarding some other projects we had going on. We've been using the AC for about two weeks, and it works and looks great (they paid particular attention to the aesthetics, which we appreciated). Just want to let anyone know that the work done by these guys was excellent. My old system was so inefficient, my system would run all day just to raise a few degrees.
