Yesterday was the second time that I've used Belle Air in the past four years. They deliver consistently great service! I hope they continue at this level for many years to come. Our issue yesterday was overflow condensation that leaked over the pan due to lack of periodic maintenance. They got back to me promptly and fit us in to their schedule same day. They (Josh and partner) remedied the clogs and also checked the the rest of the air conditioning system to make sure nothing else needed to be addressed. It's so refreshing to have a company who just wants to get your system back in tip top shape and not pad your bill with a host of other "discoveries" (i.e. the refrigerant is low game). In both my experiences their pricing has been very reasonable for the work performed. We moved into our house about 6 months ago and it was time to schedule our HVAC maintenance. I reached out to a few different companies and thankfully I found Belle Air Systems. I called and Eric, the owner, answered right away. He gave me information about pricing and scheduling, and he was able to come out the next day for our appointment. The day of the appointment, he texted me with updates when he was on his way and who on arrival was very professional and friendly. He was able to get to our HVAC on the roof and get it serviced without issues. He also offered to change our air filter as part of the service and provided some great advice on what filters would be best to use in the future. I highly recommend Eric and Belle Air Systems! I had our a/c & heating unit out over the weekend and contacted Belle Air systems through yelp and received a response back within a couple of hours and they sent me their yelp link to schedule service for Monday. Josh the service tech had availability in the morning came out and assessed we had a blown fuse in our furnace that was caused by the contactor going out. I was really happy with Belle! We noticed a leak coming from our secondary drain pipe on the outside of the house and everything we read online indicated this could be standing water around the AC unit that wasn't draining and to stop using the AC immediately or we could cause permanent damage to the unit. Of course, this happened on a day it was 109 out and the next couple days were going to be similar. That night, I reached out after hours to several AC repair professionals via Yelp and our upstairs got up to 89 degrees. Ugh! Luckily, the next morning I heard from Belle early on and despite having a very full schedule they were going to fit me in but would have to follow up with the time as they worked through their day. They were also understanding and said if I found someone else to come sooner and told me not to worry if I did. Sure enough, just after lunch I heard from Belle who could be my way in less than 30 minutes. Thank goodness! They came and soon discovered that it was simply the main drain line that hasn't been vented properly by the home builders. They were able to resolve it quickly and it didn't cost me any more than the standard service call price. Within an hour my house was back down to tolerable temps and I've been enjoying my AC since worry-free! I will definitely use Belle in the future and sincerely appreciate them squeezing me in despite being very busy. read more
