Chicken Bone by the TV Dresser
    Diana G.

Nope. Chicken bone on the floor by the dresser and a bone behind the tv. Really? How housekeeping miss that. Just Don't Do It!!!!

    Trash in corner

Appalling filth. Used tissue under bed, toothpaste splatters on sink, what looked like blood by toilet, half chewed gummy bear in middle of floor, miscellaneous trash on floor and sticky substance all over surfaces. Spent one horrible night here and that was enough to keep me away from the entire chain from now on. Dangerous for pets who may swallow items left on floor. Utterly disgusting.

What ever you do don't stay there. They are full of bedbugs and they won't communicate with the guest.horrible recent experience with my family.

WARNING If I could give a negative 10 star review, I would. Charged us $491 for a 2 night stay then denied it. Contacted fraud department of our bank! Our bank confirmed they had charged us $491 and they are going to go through the process of getting our money returned. The manager was rude, hateful, short, and actually said "do not call this number again!" Nasty rooms, horrible service and roaches (I am attaching photos). The carpet was torn in the room causing us to trip constantly. When we told the lady at the front desk, she said "yeah we know". I think you might be better off camping in a tent.

Bedsheets were itchy and the pull out bed mattress smells urine. The breakfast though was great.

Me and my mother just checked into our room, and I can already tell that we're going to have an…read moreawesome staycation. For starters, the male at the front desk is very professional. I also appreciate how they have a large snack bar, breakfast, ice cream, and bottled water. In fact, I'm currently having an apple while writing this review. Our king suite is very clean and organized. Although we won't be needing it, I like the idea of a curtain separating the bed from the rest of the suite. And I also like the night light for the restroom. The sliding door for the restroom is slightly difficult to find at first, but that wasn't that much of an issue for us. The air conditioner is somewhat loud, but I feel like it could be used as white noise for people who enjoy ASMR, white noise, ETC. The chair that goes with the desk is somewhat bouncy, but comfortable. I enjoy spinning in it. I also like the mini kitchen. Not that we personally will be needing the dishwasher, it's still nice to have. I appreciate how all of the floors have ice machines. The one on the 4th floor is out of order at the moment, but they haven't put a sign up stating that. I quite enjoy the general layout of our suite. The restroom is very cozy. Small, modern, and minimalist, which really suits my style. The shower was very comfortable as well, the water warm. To top it all off, I enjoyed my second cup of hot chocolate from the lobby--it's been a cozy little experience. I had a good night's sleep overall. However, the neighboring room had their TV on quite loudly, and I could faintly hear it through the wall while lying in bed. The air conditioner also woke me up a few times during the night. The selection of breakfast food was decent. It took a little while for my mom to figure out how to use the waffle machine, though. A sign with instructions would be nice. There were plenty of places to sit. It's slightly difficult to find where you put the dirty trays. I also think there should be a sign with instructions for that. It's very quiet down there, which I apperciate. The check out process is very simple and fast. We will be back in the near future.

Other people had been waiting 2 and 3 hours to check in, or had to haul luggage up 4 flights of stairs to their rooms, whereas we waited 15 minutes to check-in and had to go up 1 flight. Thirty minutes later, the elevators were working, too. The woman working at check-in was all by herself and incredibly pleasant, even as she was understandably frazzled. I really wished she had some help. Or a big hug from someone at the end of the day. I hope the company recognizes her for working hard in extraordinary circumstances. We had a suite, and it was spacious. Our teenage son used the fold out sofa bed while we had the private bedroom. A bathroom was accessible from both rooms. The kitchen at the entrance included a full size fridge with big freezer, which was great for solidifying the packs from my cooler. There was also a microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pot that we didn't use. We did find a broken thing in the room, the security brace at the door. We tried to set it, and it fell onto the floor! We let the front desk know about that as we left. The bathroom was handicap accessible and had a tub with a hand wand as well as an overhead nozzle. Everything in the bathroom functioned. The bed was comfortable. I couldn't hear noise from the corridor during the night, but there was noise from occasional trucks and that was quite loud. The overall location of the hotel was nice. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance. Lots of gas stations and other shops, too.

In each bathroom there was penty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash offered, as well as towels. Even though there was renovations going on the first two floors it was quiet in the early mornings while it was going on. The hotel also offered a free breakfast for all their guest such as eggs, bacon, potatoes, and different other types of hot breakfast foods they switched daily such as quiche and burritos. And, there were other types of items available such as a variety of cold cereals, hot oatmeal, bread for toast, and bagels. We met Leslie who did the cooking and made sure there was plenty of everything for everyone who came to the dining area. She was very friendly to everyone in the dining area too. She deserves a 10 out of 10 for excellent customer service. And last, but not least, we would like to give Tracy, who worked the front-desk a 10 out of 10 for her friendly and welcoming customer service too. Thank you ladies!
