While I was still leaving my info, Barry, the owner called me back (that was fast). Barry provided in-depth detail on his business and emphasized that his company only did air duct cleaning and what the process was. He then went online, looked up my property, and then provided a quote over the phone. I was shocked at how affordable the service was, additionally, they are Veteran friendly. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later. Barry sent me an email with the estimate and appointment details. On the morning of the scheduled appointment, Kirk, my technician arrived on time "on the Dot". He was cleanly and professionally dressed. We walked through the house, and I showed him where the air handler and all the vents were. He then set up and began his work. He finished, as promised, at the two-hour mark (+/- a few minutes). Kirk answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about his job. This company was recommended to me by a neighbor and I called on a Monday and got a service appt on Tuesday for fixing a dryer. They fixed it right away, had all parts on the truck and knew exactly what to do. Gave me a detailed handwritten invoice and were very courteous. I hired GS Appliance Repair to fix my dryer, which was spinning but not producing heat…read more Before the service even began, there was a scheduling issue -- we set up an appointment time, but he couldn't make it due to being tied up with another complicated repair. I should have gone with someone else at that point, but he offered a discount to reschedule the next day, so I agreed. The service call cost $150 (paid in cash) after the discount. He was in and out in under 15 minutes and says he replaced the hi-limit thermal cutoff. The dryer produced heat briefly that day, but when I first used it a few days later, the problem returned -- spinning with no heat, exactly as before. When I contacted him about the issue, he explained that a "proper repair" would require a full internal diagnostic, airflow inspection, and cleaning -- work that was not done during the first visit. He said this type of complete repair would typically cost $250-$350, and eventually, he offered to apply a credit from the first visit and complete the work for an additional $100 (bringing my total to $250). My concern is that the initial visit addressed only an immediate symptom without diagnosing the root cause. For $150, I expected a thorough evaluation, not just a quick part replacement. A proper eval and repair should have included checking airflow, testing all thermostats and safety components, and internal cleaning from the start. I declined the additional service and requested a partial refund, which he agreed to provide. As of today, I have not received it. In hindsight, I should not have paid in cash. [Edit: After this review was posted, I received the refund.] If you hire this service, I recommend clarifying upfront exactly what diagnostic work will be included and what the total cost might be if additional repairs are needed.

They don't want to fix it or they don't want us to return the item. So my family and I are living out of one cooler waiting for them to answer Acima so they can make right what they wronged. The younger guy is respectful but the older man is just rude and disrespectful. He speaks to his customers HORRIBLY. We would like to just get the refrigerator fixed or a third one or just cancel the entire order. We literally bought $3,000 worth of appliances and this is how they treat us. That's horrible business and so heartless of them to not care that they do things like this to families. It's just very disappointing. Maybe by the grace of God he'll feel bad because we just literally want a working refrigerator. That's it. We live 1 mile from their store.
