After we picked up car and started driving down road, the battery light came on (because our alternator needed to be replaced). Pulled over and when I looked under hood I find out they didn't even replace the battery I paid them for. When I called them to explain what happened, they got very rude and told me that it just happens and that it's not a big deal. We had someone else run a test and confirmed that the alternator was failing and needed to be replaced. Never going back here again. They charge for work that they didn't do and they don't even attempt to make things right.

They are helpful, explain what they are doing, and answer all questions. -- The service is relatively fast. -- Waiting areas are pretty clean. -- Easy to schedule an appointment online. I got one for my brakes same day. -- Decent selection of tires. The Not So Good: -- Expensive -- Expensive -- Did I say expensive? Let me qualify this. -- Tires are about 50% more than a place like Walmart or Costco where you will get a similar product with no noticeable difference and similar warranty. -- I got my brakes (all 4 wheels) done about 2 years ago at a different shop for about $800. Mavis charged me $1100 for 2 wheels! -- you can go to auto zone and get all the parts they used for about $450 vs the $670 they charged me -- Labor is a set price for working on a set part. It is NOT per hour. $416 for labor that took a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes. To put this in perspective, that is the same as a junior airline captain. Bottom Line: We went to Mavis out of convenience and necessity. We will NOT be going back. Save your money and go someplace else.

We've brought vehicles in for oil changes and had all the oil leak out because a careless technician didn't plug the oil pan drain back in. Everytime we come back it seems to get worse because of the carelessness of the technicians. This store is obviously poorly managed. My husband has been coming to this location for over 30 years. He continues to come back because we have a credit account. We've brought consistent buisness to this location and each time it's something else. I will not bring my vehicle to this location. He stays committed to yall despite the horrible service he gets.

I went today to get the car that needed the windshield fixed and everything was perfect. They also discounted this car and detailed my interior. On to of that since it was raining cats and dogs they found my umbrella and made sure I got to my car dry. Came to have some aftermarket wheels + tires taken off and factory wheels + tires restored. Mike…read moresaid that I would need special jack pads for my car (Tesla) and so the work couldn't be done. He agreed to remove the old tires from the original wheels so that I could easily transport them in my car to the Tesla dealership. He didn't even charge me. Nice to know these guys care about the customer and not just making a buck. I will definitely come back for any tire needs for the other cars in our family.
