Tires Plus is excellent!!! We were 5 hours from home on a Sunday night and had a flat. We had it replaced with our temporary tire by our roadside service, but didn't want to drive 303 miles on back roads under 50 mph. There weren't many tire repair places open on Sunday. After calling several other businesses, only to find them either closed, or out of business, we called Tires Plus. I talked to Tyler B. and explained our plight. He told us he was booked til closing. I mentioned we were trying to get home to TN, and saw their review on Yelp, while looking for places to get our tire repaired. Tyler, then, said he'd work us in. In previous reviews, Stan, the Manager was mentioned. When we arrived,we were told Stan had gone for the day. We are writing to say that, in his absence, the shop is in good hands with Tyler in charge. Our car was taken care of promptly at a reasonable price. Way to go Tyler B!!! read more

Everytime my husband and I have used this tires plus we have been extremely disappointed. He recently bought a new tire and the technician threw his spare in the back of the truck instead of putting it back where it goes. We've brought vehicles in for oil changes and had all the oil leak out because a careless technician didn't plug the oil pan drain back in. Everytime we come back it seems to get worse because of the carelessness of the technicians. This store is obviously poorly managed. My husband has been coming to this location for over 30 years. He continues to come back because we have a credit account. We've brought consistent buisness to this location and each time it's something else. I will not bring my vehicle to this location. He stays committed to yall despite the horrible service he gets. read more

I brought my car in for a 7:00 AM appointment and was told I would receive a call when it was ready. After not hearing anything, I called at 1:59 PM and was told they needed an additional 45 minutes because they still had two tires left to put on. An hour later, with still no update, I called again -- only then was I told my car was finished. At that point, they also told me I needed an alignment. We declined, as the overall customer service experience had already been disappointing. If I schedule a 7:00 AM appointment, I don't expect my car to be there for 8 hours, especially without proactive communication. Delays happen -- that's understandable -- but keeping customers informed should be standard practice. Wrote an unfavorable review a few weeks ago after getting and oil change. I did get my money back after much discussion and some rework. I took the car to the manufacturer dealership for an oil change today and had the same problem. Turns out the manufacturer's oil change database specifies the wrong amount of oil for my vehicle, so the issue that initiated the unfavorable review wasn't solely Tire Plus's error. Bottomline, mechanics and customers should always do a visual oil stick check before driving away. read more

This place is a scham. I paid for a lifetime alignment a few months ago, I have been here since 12 noon to get the re alignment, it's now 4:10 and they are telling me that they accidentally Skip me so I will have to go elsewhere to get service that I already paid for here. I guess I am not the right color to get first class treatment. I will be seeking a full refund and will never come back. I thought this place was safe and fair for females but I guess since I don't date anyone here I can't get in. This is sad... They should be closed for discrimination... read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my tire to them to put a new rim on. The next day, the tire had lost a ton of air. I took it back and they said it must have just been that the technician didn't fill it back up once they were done. They filled it up and sent me away. Next morning - same thing - the tire has lost a ton of air. They clearly punctured a hole when doing the rim. We called them this morning to ask them if we can bring it in for them to actually fix and they hung up. They had an 11am appointment but I decided to go to Discount Tire instead so someone who actually knows what they are doing can fix it. Don't go here and give yourself a headache. Do not use Tires Plus at 1207 Russell Parkway, Warner Robins, GA. My daughter came home for Thanksgiving week and Tires Plus installed four new TPMS in her car. The next morning. I checked the tire pressures and 15 PSI leaked from one tire. We took the car back to the same Tires Plus and they did a tire dunk test and sent us home the night before Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving Day morning, the tire lost 15 PSI again. My daughter needs to leave around noon today (day after Thanksgiving), so I called at 7 AM to get the tire fixed. The manager on duty said he could not help without an appointment. I said you were not open Thanksgiving Day to make an appointment and I need the tire fixed ASAP. We need to be able to wait a couple hours to see if it holds air. I can't have my daughter driving home to Atlanta with two dogs in her car and get stuck with a flat tire. I told the Tires Plus manager they've had two chances to get the tire to hold air so I should have a priority appointment. The manager hung up on me. I'm not kidding. I've used Tires Plus for as long as I can remember. I do not recommend them since my daughter's safety means nothing to them. Update: Discount Tires on Watson found a UPC sticker inside the new wheel rim that was causing the leak and fixed it fast and for free. I will use Discount Tires for my new tire installation next month. read more

This is the letter I wrote last week without a response. I gave Tires Plus a week to respond. I will be heard! To who it may concern: I found this email address on Yelp. I was just before blowing up your store on Russell Parkway with my experience there on Labor day 2021. I would like to be heard by the right ear and not bash to the world. I too, am in the service industry and can recognize bad service from a service rep. It is usually not the companies policy, but a service rep having a bad day. I live in Atlanta, Ga. My dad needed tires and front in alignment for his car. I wanted to do something nice for him and buy his tires and such for him, seeing he did the same for me for so many years. It is my way of paying it forward. So I took out a tires plus credit card. I sent him the information for the card. Meanwhile he calls your Russell Parkway store to get a price on them. When he arrives he met the gentleman behind the counter and him gave him a price of the same size in person that was a good bit higher than quoted and my dad mentions it to him. The sales rep tells him no this is a different tire than you got on the phone, which set doubt In my Dad's mind and mine as well. My Dad agreed to the price and gave him the card info . The sales rep told him he would have to be authorized on the card so I tried calling the CC company and could not get a hold of anyone. So I called my Dad back and asked him to ask the Sales rep if he could do a payment with another cc by phone and email me an authorization slip. I did know at the time my dad had me on speaker phone. I kept calling BS because the sales rep said it was Tires Plus policy not to do over the phone charges. The sales rep told my dad that he would not service him and he needed to leave. He ended up at the Tires plus in Macon which the service and care there was the best. Larry the manager went above and beyond his job to make everything right. He did not have a problem with what we tried to get done on Russell Parkway. At the Russell Parkway location I asked for his name and told him I was going to make him famous. He said he name was David, but with the other lies he was caught in who knows the truth. I am not asking for any money back or for David to lose his job seeing it is hard to find people to work with world in the shape we are in today. Someone needs to sharpen his people skills and teach him the art of Empathy. I have been in his shoes thousands of times and have turned it around into a sale. He apparently does not care about the revenue the store brings in. The situation would not have escalated to the words I chose if he would have done his JOB to start with. Stopped by to get one tire patched and was told they were to busy to help. The guy didn't even ask any questions or seemed to care one bit, this is a bit dismaying to an out of town traveler. You can bet I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Made an appointment on line twice now only to be called back later both times and told they can't do that appointment time but bring in the next day or later in the day. I work a lot and hard for me to get this done only have a limited schedule of time when they are open and I am off work. Going to have to try and find new place to get my car serviced. Very disappointing that cant fit a loyal coustemer in for just an oil change espically after the amount of money I have spend there on tires an auto service on both vehicles over the last couple years. read more

Excellent alignment shop! I have lifetime alignment policies for all of my vehicles with them cause they know what they are doing and are very customer satisfaction oriented. I have a few performance collector's vehicles (my babies). The techs are very careful with the rims and can even do custom alignment for lowered suspension. If the techs notice anything wrong with suspension, they will explain fully the issue. This helped me greatly understand what I needed to replace before an alignment was done. read more

I had taken my van into tire plus on Russell park way to get a inspection and after I came back to see what they found wrong with my van. They told me and gave me a price to repair it. When I told brant that I would wait to have it repaired he told me he could not give me back my van that it was unsafe to drive. I drove it into the shop . I got very upset and I did not owe them any money for repairs. I asked two times nice to let my van down. Band Brant said no. I got very upset and words were exchanged. This took place in front of my minor daughter. I called Warner Robins police and the dispatcher said they could not without my van if I did not owe them any money to get my daughter to calm down I left the van to have it repaired. I felt like this was extortion that they kept my van until I agreed to have it repaired by them. They did call Stan and the manager told them they can't withhold my van and to release it to me. The damage was already done I was looked at by customers as if I was the guilty party and my daughter was embarrassed and I was My girlfriend was upset over this matter. My daughter thought I was going to go to jail. I was only protecting my rights. Brant did lower my bill but when I taken it to another store to see if he really gave me a discount because of what happen. Another manager said any John Doe could have got the same deal. Bought a lifetime rotation, balance and alignment for both of my vehicles several years ago. Tires Plus continues to find something wrong every-time I bring a vehicle in for this service even though another place I take it says differently. Last year I was told the tires were bad on both of my vehicles and they wanted to sell me tires. Took them to another shop and it was bad wheel bearing and not the tires. This year they told me tires were bad on the van and refused to do the service prepurchased. Yes they were worn but not bad. I declined to purchase tires from them but I did buy new ones from another tire shop. Just took that car to have the rotation, balance, and aligned at TP because the service is prepaid. Now they tell something was wrong and they can't align the tires. I refused to let them do the work....took the car to another shop and showed them they ticket of what TP said was the problem. They couldn't find the problem and aligned the tires with me paying $65.00. TP should have aligned them to begin with and now I had to pay for alignment that I already prepaid for with TP. If this doesn't get resolved I'm going to BBB and anywhere else I can do a review. This is ridiculous. read more
