I went there because the dryers at our apartment complex were under service. I only used dryers and those gigantic ones are awesome. It's 25 cents for each 6 minutes. But I loaded them with double of regular drier and everything was dry in 30 minutes. I was out of there in less than an hour. I saw two ladies working there for laundry service. I felt bad for them working in sweltering heat. It's not right. There is no air conditioner and only a fan at the back. I hope their manager takes better care of them. read more

The App the laundromat uses is not very user friendly as well as very poor internet service within the laundromat. Consequently I was charged three times for the same washing machine bc it didn't look like the payment had gone through. When I chatted through the app asking for a refund, initially I was told they can't give a refund and to contact the laundromat via email or to call them. But no email or phone number for the laundromat was provided to me. Also the inside of this laundromat is sweltering hot. Zero ac going, no fans for circulation either. A few broken dryers so had to wait for dryers since it was busy. Just not a great overall experience. Next time I'll drive the extra distance to signal hill to Laundry Guys. read more

First time using econowash services . Amazing!!! I literally called yesterday around 4pm and they came next day 730am . Which was awesome . I needed the clothes by 3 pm they brought it 2 hours before . ( it was a lot of clothes ). Clothes nicely folded. They smelled soo good . They even brought the clothes that needed to be in a hanger in hangers . I didn't even have to say anything. They did a great job . I usually go to this location since it's close by and I haven't ran into any problems until today. I've been to other laundromats and they usually have attendants throughout the day even night. Even 24 hour laundromats have attendants just in case something happened. I called the number to inform that my jewelry fell through the hole in the dryer into the lint catcher. Whoever picked up the phone sounded like he couldn't be bothered. He said no one will come until 5:30am. I questioned him on who would be closing up the laundromat since this is not a 24 hour place. Then he goes and says at 10:30 on that someone will come to close up. But this place closes at 10pm. He keep pushing it as a tomorrows problem. It doesn't matter if this place loses my business as others will still come but I hope no one faces this issue I had. And they consider having someone coming instead of trying pushing it off till a later issue. read more

And they take advantage of the fact that the doors lock so no way to tell if you're really getting hot water. Price just keeps going up. Place is very small, and expensive. The ladies working there doing the fluff and fold are usually the one taking most of the machines and folding tables. So I couldn't fold my clothes anywhere. Washing machines are okay. Dryers are good. read more

As a customer of their Fluff & Fold service, this place had been amazing. Pick up and drop off are free, and they're able to deliver same day if they pick up your stuff by 1pm. We've got a big family, so their service has come in clutch when we wanted wanted to go out and not be stuck doing laundry all day (especially since out apartment complex machines are always in use). It's a major time saver and all you have to do is put the clothes away. The staff is always cool and communicate with you to coordinate the pickup and dropoff times. Highly recommend it! read more

Today's high temp was 93 degrees. I arrived here a bit before 6pm. The fluff-n-fold laundry lady was just leaving. There are 2 tv's stuck in the ON position only one has volume....and that'd be the tv that was left off-line. So for a couple hours ALL OF US got to become Dish TV experts. Torturous! The worker should have shut that TV off. It was so hot in there I suffered somewhere between heat stroke and hear exhaustion. No joke!!!!!! Thank goodness I was sweating profusely, like my top half is wet!!! My face and neck look sun BURNT red but I have not been in the sun today!!! There is no circulating air in there and with it being busy and many dryers in-use its a hell-like sauna to the tune of a bunch of rejects explaining how the dish TV remote works. One old guy w dyed hair and deep voice in a business jacket, one youngish karen-female, one balding fruit with a speech impediment wearing stupid glasses and over-exaggerated feminine gestures. and one normal guy. I have always gone to this laundromat, because it's between my apt and my job. Today I decided to the pick up and delivery service with the wash. This is the best way to have my laundry done, they came to Long Beach, less than an hour after I called, I told them I was in no rush for it, but they had it finished a few hours later and delivered to my door. My Hawaiian shirts were nicely hung on hangers and everything else was so nicely folded. I recommend this location. When I do go in to do my laundry myself, the place is very clean, there are people working in case of any questions. read more

No hot water. I did four loads of wash last night, and I put my hand in every washer once it was full of water. Every single washer was cold water, even the one that was set to 'hot'. I want to like this place because it's close and convenient, but no hot water is unsanitary. I'd question how clean their 'fluff and fold' stuff is if they have no hot water. read more

I.D. will be very reluctantly accepted, and this may occur only after being told repeatedly they absolutely do not hand over laundry without a ticket. I went there and the machine couldn't count the coins. The coins kept jamming and by the time I had given it all my money it had eaten a dollar of my coins. The lady, Eva came with a knife jamming it into the slot (her version of fixing it) would not give me an extra dollar so another kind lady gave me a dollar that doesn't even work there. I went home and came back with the right change for the dryer and gave that lady the dollar. I asked another employee could I have the dollar that the machine ate and she was going to do it until Eva said no. I called and they said she knows she's supposed to give the change she knows the machine is broken but she just doesn't care. She also pretends she doesn't understand English but she very well does. My first time using the fluff and fold service. An absolute life saver. Pick up was fast within 15 min. And delivery was the same day in the evening. Clothes were neatly folded. It was $1.30 per lbs. I had four white trash bags stuffed with clothes. Price came to $85. For my family of 5, this helps out when I don't have the energy to wash my families clothes. This is not something I would used all the time for myself but for my two daughters ages 5 and 7, who have a lot of small items that need folding can be a bit daunting. Will definitely be using them next week for sure for my little ones clothes. It was so easy. I just made the call to get more information and ended up using the service. read more

3 of the 5 times I have been here to do my laundry every single dryer is in use with half of them being dry and full of the fluff and fold service laundry. Instead of taking their fluff and fold items out of dryers when they are done drying they leave them in there for 30 minutes at a time after they are done even if several customers are waiting for dryers. When you try to ask the fluff and fold workers if or when they plan on taking the items out to open up dryers they straight up ignore you like you are not even speaking. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the first and even second time this has happened but clearly this is just the norm for them. It's rude to those of us trying to do our own laundry. It's easy to spot which dryers are fluff and fold because they mark them with sticky notes. Pics included. You can see 11 dryers are done and just sitting there.
