This is a family owned business so you're helping community vs. a big company! I told her my specific needs as I have mostly all wool rugs and those need special cleaning vs carpet steam cleaning. She was very thorough explaining what they do and the pricing. The pricing was very fair and scheduling was very easy and convenient to my schedule. Patrick the tech that came out couldn't have been more professional and meticulously clean. He suggested I add the rug protector as liquids and stains come right up, don't damage the rugs and kept them cleaner. My rugs all look like new, were deodorized and left smelling really fresh. I can assure you that whatever your floor needs are, Heaven's Best has you covered! Definitely provided white glove treatment!

I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. Even if they are not qualified to do the work, how hard is it to return a call and say this is out of our area of expertise. Very unprofessional.

It's all too often reviews are fired off when things go less than perfect, but I like to give credit to the businesses that really are creating wonderful experiences. From the friendly and accommodating phone call with Chris to book our cleaning to the execution of our staircase /landing being cleaned by Eric & Ben I give this business 10/10. Timeliness, professionalism, quality and value were all achieved. The best our carpet has looked since installation. The guys were very careful with our newly refinished hardwood floors as well- always placing (never dragging) their equipment. They even cared about closing the door each and every time they entered our house so bugs wouldn't come in. Seriously, from start to finish, this old school run business will always be our go to and first to be recommended to others. Well done gentleman. We appreciate you!
