We were amazed of how Ecotech worked with our HOA specific window and door requirements and accommodated the service by communicating and ordering the new windows and glass door replacements. Three men arrived on time to carefully unload the windows they were going to retrofit in place. After they each took a station that seemed very well trained by Gregg who had been in this business for over 15 years. They arrived at 8:30am and finished the whole apartment upstairs and down by 2:00pm. I watched them carefully cut out each window and clean and prepared to install the new ones. They then carefully had laid down blankets to protect the working area that my wife noticed as well. They took care to seal each window and trimmed everything perfectly. Hi! I am leaving this review a bit late, but here it is. I ordered 2 windows from Ecotech's Eran. Both were beautiful/gorgeous/super good quality, unfortunately my handyman failed me in measurements and they ended up not fitting my retrofit windows. Not at all Ecotech's fault, I completely understand it's the measurements, and I was delivered exactly what was given to them, for the price i paid I am satisfied. Too bad It didn't work out for me :( I really hope to get new windows one day!! But for now, I just wanted to post here and let y'all know that you won't be disappointed.
