I have and heavily use a fleet of f-150s. I think this truck today makes it the fourth truck I've taken here in the last three years. I also got 2 custom glass tabletops, about 5 glass shelves for a fridge and 5 thick glass shelves for a display case. I always do my homework and shop around for the best deal. Pedro installed my two shower doors (one upstairs and one downstairs). The upstairs shower kept leaking water. Pedro came back three times to fix the issue. It turned out the issue was from the installation of the step where the shower door was installed on and not from the shower door that Pedro installed. Pedro came back again and took off the shower doors, I fixed the step issue, then he installed the shower doors back. Even though the issue was not from the shower door, Pedro took care of me. They came out took measurements on glass I needed never called back to install then when I called they had no idea what happened to my measurements, they said they would call me back never did!! Another time they took measurements for Screens at my apartments, again never called to pick up screens. I got my front windshield replaced by Best Glass last year, and was very pleased with the service and great price. However, I tried to clean my windshield one day and no fluid was coming out. I checked to see if maybe it needed to be replenished, but the container was full. I knew the only way something could have happened to that hose/connector, would be from having my windshield replaced. I call Best Glass, and I was told that maybe it just wasn't reconnected after the windshield was replaced. So, I was asked to bring it in. I did. The guy checked the hose/connector and noticed it was broken! He then apologized, and said he would order a new part and call me the next day to have them fix it. THAT WAS OVER A MONTH AGO AND I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL/MESSAGE ... So I give them a call yesterday 7/11/2014, letting them know it is now urgent that the hose/connector be replaced. I was told that the part was ordered, but that the owner would be giving me a call... Huh??? Ok. We'll see how this goes. read more

I should have read reviews prior to calling this company. I noticed their truck outside my building last week. I called them to get a price on installing a new shower enclosure for a guest bathroom. They came out, measured and said they would call me back with a quote. Never heard back from them. I thought I would try and help out another local business but apparently they do not need (or want) any more business. Oh well, I tried. Will not be recommending this place. This place should be called the WORST GLASS!!!!! I worked with Francisco who is the owner's son. He has to be one of the rudest people in the business. I went to this place because I heard such good things from other family members who used them before. My Experiance: I contact best glass in Nov 2013 and was told to bring my piece in to get an identical piece made for my coffee table. I never heard anything from them until January telling me that they would charge me $400 for the same edging on my original table. Then I said no, that's too much and then I was told if I don't do the bevel Edging, I would only be charged $150 + tax. I agreed to that price and my glass piece was at the shop so all they needed to do was copy the exact measurement! Well they didn't! I then received a call saying that my piece is ready to pick up and they have to charge me $230. I said no, Fransisco is the guy I was working with and he quoted me $150+ tax. I went to pick it up (in February 2014) and paid $162 and once I brought it home, the measurement on the piece of glass was off. These people are so unprofessional, that they couldn't copy the exact measurements. MY ORIGINAL WAS SITTING AT THEIR SHOP! THAT SHOWS THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHECK THEIR WORK! Also, the color was off because my piece was a deep brown and the color I got was a tan... I was so disappointed that I contacted Fransisco and told him, he said he would have to speak to his boss to see if they would arrange a pick up and he never called me back. I then called him a week later, and he said " O, yeah we can't pick it up, if you want it fixed you would have to bring it in." I was 8 months pregnant and keep in mind, this place is 25 min away from where I live. Fransisco was very rude and said I can't do anything and that's that. So rude and disrespectful to his customer. I guess that's what I get for giving them my business. We'll see how long this kind of business will last with such bad customer service. read more

Similar reviews to mine. I needed a cracked window fixed, and some screens replaced. That was about three years ago, and my landlord said "oh we have the glass here." never got a call... I blamed my landlord. Now finally I scheduled something with them. They said "monday between 8 am and 10 am" and never showed up. I called and the lady said "oh they are running late. Can they go measure the windows and call you?" Never called me back. I finally set something else up and they said "Monday between 12 and 3" since I said I had to leave at 3. Well, I'm home now, it's 5 pm and they're here. Apparently the time was never communicated to them. :/ read more

I got my windows done recently(2 weeks ago) by Best Glass and I am extremely satisfied with the work that they did(all new windows and sliding glass door). Their Customer service was beyond exceptional and they dealt with my crazy schedule on top of it all. They were able to come out at a time convenient for me to measure and go over the best options available for my house(that is located next to a very busy intersection.) The windows they installed completely cancelled out all of the noise and not to mention I won't ever have to worry about anything happening because I have a lifetime warranty through them. More like worst glass. These guys came in, charged me over $500 to replace a glass window on my door, and broke my lock at no additional charge. What a deal. If you're looking for some more home chores, call these guys they'll break it and you fix it. I told the repair man about it before he left, and messed with the lock and then left quickly trying to avoid the issue he caused. I then called the office and they were going to send someone over within a 3 hour window, I missed work that day. At 3PM I called asking where this guy was and they told me he got busy and couldn't come. No effort to let me know in advance or anything, simply a no show. Then they said they would call me back and I've been waiting over a week for their call back. This place lacks customer care and has bad business written all over it. Not only do they charge me their hefty price but also cost me more by breaking my door. So if you want more broken things to fix in your house, these guys will do it for $500.
