Then they tried to blame it on me, and gaslight me that the before pictures showed "exposed wiring" when they clearly didn't. Then in the process of coming back to "fix" the job I was told he was going to leave my property to get a part and Come back later. No. Instead he pretended to leave, and when I went back into my house, snuck back and did unauthorized work. I also had to tell the guy to stop touching me repeatedly. The owner of the company said to me clearly that he thinks it's just fine and dandy for his employees to be touching customers. And I'm a man. I wouldn't let this guy in my house if I was a woman with that attitude. His "manager" also thinks it's ok to bully customers in the phone and mock disabilities. I have all of this documented on my RING camera too.

At first it seemed like Walter was going to be great to work with. He did a small drywall repair…read morejob for us and was reasonably priced and did the work quickly. I gave a good review and my husband booked him for a bigger project. That's where things fell apart. We had to order some items which took time to arrive. We contact him and he gave us a list. When all arrived we contacted and told him it's all here and tried to schedule a start to the work. He said he'd come by to look at materials the next day and would let us know what time. NO CALL NO SHOW. My husband text again and Walter asked what days we were available to do the work. We said THURS FRI SAT. Thursday morning he did show up, but only looked at materials and then said he'd start Friday. Ok fine. NO CALL NO SHOW Friday morning after we moved all furniture etc. husband calls him and he gave a story about being at mechanic and he had an accident. Ok fine, we are reasonable. We schedule Wednesday Thursday Friday the following week.... Weds morning NO CALL NO SHOW!!! husband calls and Walter says tomorrow. Nope, fired. Do not book work with this company, they waste your time! Luckily I didn't give a deposit cuz was waiting to give it when he started because we bought all the materials!
