They agreed to it, I signed the contract and they were supposed to call within 24-48 hours. They did not call. I had to call Lowes and they then called me, but told me that the door was not in stock. I called Lowes and they said there were 7 in stock. The next thing I found out what they decided not to do the job they agreed to do. Now, I have to start over. Lowes should not be dealing with people who do not follow up on their commitments.

The main project was to replace more than two dozen rotting boards and the steps on our 20-year-old deck, ensure the structural integrity of the deck, and jack up a corner of the deck that had sunk a couple of inches. He also power-washed the deck and the siding of the house that faced the deck. We also needed work done indoors. He repaired a door frame to a bedroom, fixed a broken storm door, replaced marble tile in our foyer, installed a missing sliding closet door, and procured and installed beautiful luxury plank vinyl flooring for a bedroom. He communicated clearly with us throughout every project, made suggestions when he saw something that needed improvement, and always checked with us when a decision needed to be made. In every situation, he did high-quality work in a very timely fashion.
