They are always unfailingly professional, polite and responsive. They walked me to their "shop" in the back - the area where all the stone is cut - and allowed me to look at the slabs - AND allowed me to take home a sample so I could decide which one worked best in my home. They fit me into their schedule relatively quickly as well. Not next day but within the week. The crew was professional, showed up on time and finished the work quickly. Here's where they really earned their 5 stars. There was a very small portion of the sink where the enamel seemed to be chipped off. I called them - sometimes you just don't see these things till later and they arranged for someone to come right out to fix. Enes very politely asked the location and indicated the damage could have been done by the plumber. They could have made things very difficult and we could have gone and forth but he didn't. Enes sent a crew (I called him on a Saturday) and he had someone out in the next couple of days to replace the sink. That's the hallmark of a company that prides themselves on a job well done and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
