I realize it's old & an exotic, but it's still a bicycle & while it's ok they missed a cable eyelet & misrouted a brake cable, it's not ok they missed the broken spoke, wobbly wheel, v-brake noodle rubbing on the chain, left off a brake boot & rear derailleur maladjustment. Overall just a really mediocre job. I'm giving them 2 stars (instead of 1) because they handled it every time I came back, but I'm not happy with the quality of their work & don't recommend.

I purchased a beautiful men's full zip jacket, a women's wool blend sweater, and a Patagonia hiking shirt that was 50% off. The young man who rang me up was incredibly nice and very chatty. So much so that he accidentally rang up my purchases at full price. When he realized this, he rang me up again, saying, "Don't worry, you won't be charged twice." Long story short, when I went through my bank statement a week later, I'd been charged twice. I went in today with my statement and the clothing and Kyle was INCREDIBLE. Apologetic, helpful, reassuring, saying he'd "take care of it and contact" me tomorrow. THIS IS WHY we love smaller businesses. They are HUMAN and although like all of us, sometimes make errors, they rectified it immediately. And now I will never go back to REI unless Trail Creek simply doesn't carry what I'm looking for. #customers for life.

When we arrived there were unfortunately no sales associates available to help us, which was surprising given it was a Saturday afternoon. There was one sales person working at the time but he was helping someone else, so one of the service techs tried to assist as best as possible. He was extremely friendly and directed us to the models that would most likely be a best fit for our needs. Once the sales associate got freed up, he started working with my husband and me. Unfortunately about a half hour into our progress we were passed off again to another sales associate. It was a little frustrating to have to re-start our conversations and explain what we needed to so many different people. Once we got settled with the associate who would ultimately take us through the purchase process, there was a lot of up-selling going on. I can't tell you how many times I had to say "no" to a water bottle cage or bike bells. The one thing that happened that dropped my rating down a star involves the bike mount. We originally wanted a bike hitch rack, and were told repeatedly that it needed to be 2". It was even the one thing that I physically wrote down before I left the store. Unfortunately it turns out that they don't make a 2" trailer hitch for my car, and when I called Trek to request a trunk rack instead I was told, oh, a 1.25" hitch would be fine. After calling 4 different installers to try to get an appropriate hitch only to find out that I was given the wrong size to start, I was exasperated and over the entire thing. You should also know the hitch installer they work with "down the road" gave the most expensive quote of anyone I spoke with. Anyway, I ultimately got a trunk rack and was able to pick up my bikes. I am not sure if I'll make the effort to return to this particular location considering there are others closer to my house, but in the end, I got what I needed.

I mean new balance 880 guy but it was just introduced to the Brooks ghost. They're so soft in my feet! All the staff practice Covid protocol and are strict about enforcing saftey guidelines. I feel safe when I'm there. The staff is super helpful because not only do they measure your feet every time, they also provide multiple items for you to try and encourage you to walk around or outside for the best feel or fit. It takes a little getting used to, because the average sneaker store doesn't do that, but they are traditional/old-school. I love it! One observation is their prices aren't listed so you got to be careful because it's easy to spend a lot of money quickly. However, i've never returned, second guest, or was unhappy about anything. This is a gold mine in a gym for Delaware sports enthusiasts; particularly runners. I recommend this place if you need a good sneaker for doing anything in!

I was very pleasantly surprised that they immediately said they would offer me a credit or an exchange . They didn't ask me any questions. They just said they would take the shoes back. I selected the same shoes and a half size larger and they are working out really well. This is an excellent example of how customer service should work. I will recommend this store and buy my shoes there from now on.

As I spoke with Justin about what I was looking for, he was very knowlegible and very helpful on explaining everything I needed to know about the handgun, optics, light and ammo. He made me feel right at home like I have know him all his life.
