I really liked dealing with this company. I had them install an Electric Vehicle charger. The owner, Ed, promptly gave me a reasonable estimate and answered the numerous questions I had. I applied for the city permit myself and Ed was a tremendous help in filling out the necessary paperwork. ED had to make a second visit after the permit inspector found a minor item that needed to be corrected. Ed came out immediately after I called him about the issue that needed to be corrected and fixed it promptly. Ed is extremely honest and has an excellent grasp of the National Electric Code. I really appreciated how quickly Ed responded to my inquiry about the installation of a battery backup system. With PG&E promising planned shutoffs during the fire season, we wanted a reliable, quiet system to back up our critical circuits. Ed called back the same day and came out the next day to make an estimate after looking up the GoalZero Yeti system. The estimate was reasonable, and we proceeded to order the system. When the system arrived on Tuesday, I contacted Ed to schedule the installation of the transfer switch and an extra outlet to easily charge the batteries. He was able to do it today, Saturday. He arrived on time this morning with an assistant and proceeded with the installation. When they were finished, Ed explained the operation of the system to us and made sure we were comfortable with the basics. We tested the system together. Edward and his crew were absolutely great. I couldn't be happier with their service. I originally hired them to install an EV charger in my new home. They came to evaluate the electrical load and made the best possible recommendation, considering what would be the maximum amperage my electrical box could support. On the day of the installation they came on time and finished in only a couple of hours. We had a few requests that were not part of the original job, which they handled with professionalism and efficiency: They installed a ceiling lamp on our dining room, which was missing an electrical box, then proceeded to repair the slight damage in the ceiling. But more importantly, there was a problem with the electricity flow in one of our bedrooms and the downstairs bathroom. It was not easy to diagnose, but they took their time and discovered that in a totally different room, the previous owners had installed some light switches incorrectly, stopping the flow of electricity unless both light switches were on - something our home inspector had not been able to find.
