He reinstalled that toilet and then used an auger on the other toilet. Still nothing cleared. Went back to first toilet, said he didn't clear the toilet itself, so used auger on it, nothing cleared. Told us that we should have one good flush before it backed up. He was here for 3 hours, said he gave us a "discount" because he couldn't clear it.
