We asked salesman bout service dept. he said was excellent and nice !! 2nd- he got nice part right but when I brought my jeep in for we owe you.. the service tech not help and had to walk up to service desk !! That's not problem I left jeep that morning! No call no info on car so I call it's 4:30 pm and the mechanic hasn't even started still working on another car from other day ! So I go pick it up second apt 7am drop off get call they can only put on running boards there's parts missing out box for winch. Now here's third apt. No call no nothing same as first and now they upgraded with some steal number I didn't even want wire connection exposed to elements looks like crap! When I asked for my old part it became problematic. I explained I just purchased new vehicle the parts are mine and they are under the warranty and salesman said they only work with their parts and warranty!! Since rails was new if needed I could have them put back on for crawling!! Well got the rails not original bumper. But they tried to make it right and put this poly coat on car ! Well they didn't get it all off ! It's on trim it's on soft top omg ! But sad part is I was born and raised here for 49 yrs and had a jeep before from time to tim whitehead and to me that is was the only dealer with good customer and service and service dept ! I just can't believe it was so hard to get new jeep in for new parts and get the run around as I did and then act like I was the problem !! But want to say thanks to the smooth over man Richie who tried but no one from service or Richie came to explain the winch or service preformed ! I thought that was the service rep job ! Seems to me to many people not doing job and no communication especially from dealership to customers. I'm tired as woman a local to be treated any different than if my husband had brought in jeep. It's 2026 and everyone should be treated the same! What a shame I now have to go to another city just to get fair treatment and communication on service if vehicle now we have 10yr 100.000 mile warranty and can't take it but to dealership ! Lord let next one be better . To the owner of mitchell I was customer with another vehicle before you moved off Rucker blvd. And service was great but this no thank you. You need to do review or ask customers what's going on this is crazy ! To much for new purchase regretting ever purchasing Jeep now. To customers please call and check on your vehicles and ask questions because they don't volunteer information and if they do they lie tell ya what ya want to know or what they want ya to know . Good luck to their customers! Beware.....we didn't even have our jeep a month and this...and purchased from them ....if communication was better and the lies I .. no screw them im done . We done .

I took my Hyundai Veloster to Mitchell Hyundai at the beginning of November to replace a damaged…read morebumper from when I was stationed in Korea. The parts manager, Brodie, provided a quote, and I agreed to purchase the bumper and have it installed by their service department. By the end of December, the bumper arrived and I made an appointment with the help of Daishia. I brought my car in for installation. Instead of an update or completion call, I received an unprofessional phone call asking if I wanted to sell my car to an interested buyer. I kindly declined, I'm not interested in selling my car. Towards the end of that same day, I called for an update and was told they had ordered the wrong bumper. No one had contacted me earlier to inform me. When I arrived to pick up my car, I discovered the bumper not properly aligned, not seated properly, and had multiple scratches and scuffs above the painted part of the bumper, clearly caused during their attempted work. I then called in the middle of January asking for any updates if the correct bumper has arrived. I'm forwarded to someone from their parts team named Jeff, and he responds as if I've never ordered anything from their team. He hangs up and I call again to verify if they have ordered it. He eventually looks up my information and verifies that is still on the way and would need to be painted. I believe after this interaction this team has no proper training of customer service. At the end of January, the correct bumper finally arrived and I brought my car in again. When I mentioned the prior damage, a staff member responded, "we don't do body shop and paint here," with no effort to address the issue. After three days with no updates, I called on the fourth day and was told the new bumper had arrived damaged and could not be installed. At that point, I requested a refund rather than wait months longer. The refund was issued by the cashier, Tammy, who was clearly not happy to help any customer that day. The cashier went to find a manager to help but no one from the parts or service team came out to apologize for the delays. I eventually was issued a refund and when I received my car, there were even more scratches and scuffs than before. I left with my original bumper still broken and additional paint damage. If you care about your vehicle, beware of Mitchell Hyundai for any service. Their service and parts department caused more problems than I came in with, failed to communicate, and showed very poor customer service. This was by far the worst Hyundai dealership experience I've had, and I will not be returning or recommending them.

Upon such purchase I asked for the service records, for my knowledge and records, and I was never provided it until my final interactions with this place. This interaction I am referring to was with Fred the GM of the location, which to spare complete detail went as follows; I asked if they're supposed to service all vehicles before they're sold, why I was told mine was not (Fred later "found" it and hesitantly emailed it to me after in a better way of saying "I don't know what difference it makes for you to have it" when I had asked for it Four times), I mentioned how I'd specifically asked for certain things to be looked at as I had previously had my car inspected prior to asking them to fix it and these such things were either neglected to be fixed in general or were improperly fixed causing such parts and my car to break further, mentioned how Mitch with the services department had told me untruthful things that my warranty company had "said to him" (a warranty company I have through my personal bank that I got my car through) and yet when I asked them the same questions they gave me the same answers, repeatedly, which was not the same as what Mitch was saying. I also asked for a copy or really an email to be forwarded to me from Mitch, simply of the photos he was required to send my warranty company of my vehicle from prior to them "fixing" anything on my car and was told he "no longer has the email".. seems kind of odd for a major dealership to not have record via email on a company email of pictures they were sending to a warranty company, not to fret though as I was provided said photos directly from my warranty company whom had no resilience when I asked for such! Onto the next things that were uncovered, upon bringing my car to another shop. I was informed that the things I had asked Hyundai to look at and fix were still untouched, and were fixed properly by the wonderful shop that I'd brought my car too! It was also brought to my attention that the Cv Axle Hyundai "fixed" was stretched to fit and caused it to fail, was also an aftermarket part but was claimed to be an OEM part and was documented on my invoice and the invoice sent to my warranty company as an OEM part with such part number, however upon inspection and verified by removal of the busted CV Axle that was put in place by the service department at Hyundai, the part number on said part does in fact not even match the part number that was listed on said invoices at all. Which correct me if I'm wrong.. is fraud? And the icing on the cake was that Hyundai washed their hands completely of the situation and "corrected their wrong" by telling the shop my car was at that they'd order the OEM part and have it delivered to that shop and have him fix it, because they're "no longer servicing" my vehicle. To put into perspective of the timeframe this all partook in, my invoice from Hyundai began 1/6/26 and was labeled "ready" on 1/13/26. My car was then again inspected by the shop that fixed my car properly, around Valentine's Day and scheduled to be fixed on 2/25/26 and was picked up 3/4/26 and during the duration of the week my car was properly being fixed, was when I had my interactions with Fred and uncovering the improper details took place.

Below is a outline of my experience and why I will NOT be returning. Tuesday April 28th around 8am took car in for service under two warranty issues. One for the AC unit and the second for a possible issue with the sunroof seal on my Grand Highlander that I purchased new less than 6 months ago. After dropping off the car on April 28th I did not receive any updates on my vehicle. On Wednesday April 29th I called around 8am and left a VM for Doug. Did not receive a phone call back till 12:03pm. Was told at this time that I would not have to pay for the rental but would be charged for 1 hour of diagnostics as the issue with the AC would not be covered under the warranty. Advised that I was not instructed at drop off the I would be responsible for the diagnostics as my car was less that 6 months old and the AC was leaking water into the floorboard of my passenger seat. Doug advised that he will look into it and call me back and let me know when I could pick up my car. Received a return call at 12:26 stating that I would be responsible for not just one hour but for two hours of time. Reminded him that I was not told of any diagnostic fees nor did I authorize any repairs as I have family that my whole family works in the auto industry and would complete any work not covered under warranty. Advised that the service manager would be in the office later and I could speak with him. Called the dealership back at 2:45pm and left a message for Doug to find out when I would be able to pick up my car and speak with the service manager. Called the dealership again at 3:45 and was told that Doug was gone for the day and the service manager was also gone for the day. In addition, my car was still pulled apart and not ready to pick up. I called the office at 8:39am on Thursday, April 30th and left a VM for Doug. I did not receive a phone all back so I called the dealership again at 1:23pm and again at 2:11pm and Doug advised that they have my car put back together for me to pick up today. He also advised that they have a video where I agreed to diagnostic fees. I advised that is not the conversation that I had and that If I did not remember correctly and they can show me the video I would be more than happy to pay the fee for one hour of diagnostic. I arrived to the dealership around 4:20pm and Doug kept trying to gaslight me and speak down to me as a female. I was first told that the service manager (Paul) was gone for the day. Doug then went to the back and came back with the service manager who pulled me into his office, advised that he could not get the software to load to show me the video of me agreeing to the service fees but he could assure me that he has it. At this time I was upset due to the gas lighting negative treatment. The manager gave me my keys back and I provide him with the keys to the rental. I asked to speak with the Dealership Operator / General Manager and was advised that he is gone for the day but they would provide him with my information. I asked for his email address and was told that was not something that they could provide. Saturday, May 2 I had not received a phone call back from the General Manager so I called the dealership at 2:11pm and spoke with one of the sales managers who advised that she would provide the general manager with my contact info and he would call be back if he felt he needed too. Monday, May 4th I finally received a phone call from the General Manager Dan who continued the gas lighting followed by hanging up on me when I did not agree with him. Needless to say I will not be returning to this dealership and would encourage the same. The dealership is full of men who think it is acceptable to be disrespectful to women and gaslight them at every level. One positive to my experience was with Ron Arnold. He was the only helpful and respectful member of the Bondy's Toyota staff that I worked with.

Shelley (VIP Coordinator) had no problems immediately sending me multiple photos of specific parts of the vehicle that I needed to see because I wasn't local to their dealership - I live a little over 3 hours away. Darrell Davis stayed in contact with me from beginning to end, keeping me informed of where we were in the process and making sure I didn't have any other questions as we went along. Within an hour of submitting my finance application, I got a call back from Chris Prather, the finance manager. He went over everything with us on speakerphone and even offered to deliver it to my home for free since it would be a few days before we could make the trip to the dealership. True to their word, it showed up on Sunday right when they said it would. We signed the papers at my kitchen table, which was pretty cool. Overall, it was an excellent experience. They bent over backwards to accommodate me, and I would absolutely do it again. In fact, my husband is already considering trading in our 4Runner to them for a truck. We will definitely tell our friends looking to purchase a new vehicle to choose Bondy's Enterprise Toyota!
