Always horrible customer see. They don't answer the phone, they're attitude is such that they don't need your business. We'll have the used tire in your size but lie and say they only have new. This has been verified on two separate occasions where I asked one person they said they don't have any used tires and quoted me for an expensive new tire and then the other person that came out said yeah we have that tire and then brought me a used one. read more

I was camping nearby and got some prickly pears in my tire. This place came recommended by a local mechanic and I have to say did not disappoint! Sergio filled and checked all my tires. I arrived here and they were very busy with 2 tractors amongst other tires they had to service. I was told it would be an hour to get my tire changed and it took about 30 mins. Great service! I would've definitely go back there. read more

I have called the store number multiple times to inquire if they have the tires I need in stock, nobody answers the phone. I've called the NAPA store next door to confirm they're open, so apparently they don't need any new business if they can't be bothered to answer the phone. I've heard good things about this business and would love to support a local store, but answering the phone or returning messages is common courtesy. We are Canadian snowbirds from Ontario that spend our winters in Casa Grande, Arizona. Yesterday, we left our park to start our journey home. We are towing a 38' 5th wheel trailer and stopped at a gas station to put air in one of the tires on the trailer that was reading a bit low. The air pump at the station wasn't powerful enough and actually took air out of the tires! The lady at the gas station recommended that we go a mile or so down the road to a tire shop that could probably help. Are we ever glad we took her suggestion. Marana Tire and Auto said no problem and set about to air the tire up. Dave looked at the wheel and told us we had a crack in the wheel and should not drive on it any longer! He found another wheel that would fit and they replaced it immediately - not an easy task to lift a big trailer! Within an hour we were safely back on the road! What a stellar operation! We are eternally grateful to Dave and his wife, Kimberly for their awesome response to what could have been an awful outcome! I would highly recommend supporting this business! read more

i had new tires mounted & balanced by the manager of marana tire on 5-15-19. i parked my truck at home to do work on the fuel injectors so i was not driving the truck until fixed. on 6-8-19 i was driving on I-10 when i heard a noise coming from rear tire, i stopped ,checked the tires all seemed good i drove home and parked so i could check my brakes as possible problem as we removed the rear drivers side tire we found that seven of the eight lug nuts were completely loose to the point of falling off ,only the locking lug nut was tight. I took my truck to back to Marana tire and the manager removed and checked all four tires,he had some kid helping him work on my truck until i complained. I was having serious problems with his poor workmanship and he has a kid helping!!! two of the tires were off by .25 the front tires were at 1.50 off balance .he stated that it must be the rim or tire that was bad or just driving unbalanced the tires,but he mounted & balanced them initially and sent me on my way. as if all was good until the weights fell off and job complete he had a bad attitude which i interpreted as not being professional enough to admit he endangered my life had the loose tire come off and caused an accident. his solution was to refund the money and he said "here your receipt and all tires have been re-balanced and we refuse any further service to you.this idiot did poor work,was embarassed,by his poor work but did not have the professionalism to admit it was his work and not me or my tires or rims that caused this problem to begin with. and he is refusing service which was unnecessary after this experience of paying for professional tire service, possibly loosing a tire on the freeway, so he has a 13 yr old kid working on my truck and copping an attitude. what a poor choice was made when someone put this guy to work on ANY vehicle. read more
