This restaurant used to be a staple in the community however, its nothing great anymore. They don't care about the community, and they treat their customers like an inconvenience. The service that I received by the young Asian female cashier was horrible. She just stares at you when you enter- not a greeting but a stare. Upon ordering, the service just got worse from there. There are also signs that say "these prices may not reflect the current prices, feel free to ask for updated pricing". How hard is it to change the board? They get an extra 3 cents from you and after doing that all day, every day, it adds up to hundreds of dollars a year. When I'm eating from carryouts, there are certain "givens" of restaurant that I don't expect, such as cleanliness, customer service, efficiency, etc. Therefore, I have a personal rule that I only purchase food that I can recognize, such as wings, shrimp, french fries, etc. Every now and then, I will get General Tso's, but I've gotta really be craving it and feeling like it's my day. That said, the wings and mumbo sauce here are very good. I didn't fully appreciate them until I went to another carryout and was totally underwhelmed. I went by there today after visiting my dad and ordered $40 worth of food. I didn't notice until I got all the way home that there was a roach in my ice tea / lemonade mix. I live too far to drive back to seek a refund. But I did call to let them know that they are serving food and drinks with roaches in them (see photo). So if you want to risk it this place usually has good food but the restaurant is probably infested with bugs. read more

Like many others we experienced very rude phone service. We had a good experience our first deliver and tipped really well to support local businesses. Our second delivery experience was terrible. We called in a large order but realized we didn't need an extra meal so immediately called back after we hung up to see if we could remove a dish. He said "are you sure you're not going to call back and change your order again?" And repeated that like 3 times everytime we said no. Ok. So I have been patronizing this place for years. They have quick delivery. The food is good. As far as a carry out goes, the pizza is great and cheesy. The wings are fried just right. All the Entrees are classical Carryout. The mambo sauce is red, not orange. They just started accepting credit cards so this is a plus. Unfortunately, it's still cash only for delivery. I have come to this restaurant multiple times to witness the (Asian) staff tell people to "shut the f up"or "f*** you" over minor requests like extra ketchup or hot fries. Food tastes pretty decent, however, I can't get over the fact that they refuse to put ample enough sauce in my food even after asking for extra sauce or for them to make sure they fill the container. I finally figured out why my bill is always so high when I order here. Apparently, they are using a menu from the year 2005. I attempted to order a meal last night for $10 and on the menu there was a special for a free can soda when you spend $10. Instead, the actual price for that meal is $11 and the new special is that you have to spend $20 for a free drink. The lady would not honor the special nor the price on the menu. They kept saying that it's an old menu. Well, who's fault is that if that's the only menu they offer? It has to be illegal to post one price and charge another.
