Because of scheduling issues, my carpet order had to be canceled and I agreed to pay the 20% fee I was quoted by their salesman John Lussier. However when I received the refund check, I saw I was charged over 35% of the amount I paid, including a $200 Installer Fee for a carpet that was never installed! Their floor measurement was 10% less than what was eventually used and then they showed up once to install the carpet when they said they were at my house 3 times. This company and their sales personnel are not to be trusted. Caveat Emptor!!

This was at great financial loss to him since he did not bill us for anything when tearing up and replacing a sizable amount of wood flooring.
