Because of scheduling issues, my carpet order had to be canceled and I agreed to pay the 20% fee I was quoted by their salesman John Lussier. However when I received the refund check, I saw I was charged over 35% of the amount I paid, including a $200 Installer Fee for a carpet that was never installed! Their floor measurement was 10% less than what was eventually used and then they showed up once to install the carpet when they said they were at my house 3 times. This company and their sales personnel are not to be trusted. Caveat Emptor!!

We went chose a carpet then before we left, we selected something different. Pete came out and measured; the team came out and installed the carpet which we had to prepare for before the installation. When I went to check their work...They installed the wrong carpet. I contacted Pete and shared a picture of the sample he gave me vs what was installed. He called me and told me that the carpet they installed is better than what we chose so he's sure it looks great. I told him it didn't, but it's irrelevant since it's done. Not even an apology. I told him I would like to confirm I paid for the carpet I wanted (which was cheaper) and not the carpet he gave us. He said he'll call me Monday he doesn't have the information. Never got a call Monday. So I followed up and asked for my receipt. Which shows we were charged for the carpet they installed. To which he replied with a whole new story "WE did not have enough of the other carpet. There's only 20 feet on it. I thought we had discussed that because I didn't pick a cookie dough for you". I told him I was highly disappointed with this entire experience. We did not talk about switching the order back, I also requested a call back...which didn't happen. And now there is a fictitious story and all the while not even an apology. I closed with "we will not be using your company for ANYTHING in the future." His response "I'm sorry for the disappointment you were shown some samples sometimes the rolls aren't large enough...I'll make sure when the next experience that I make it up to you...I can't remember the exact line of communication because I deal with a lot of different sales, but I've been doing this for 21 years and usually do the same thing every time if I did and I apologize....That is really nice carpet." This was at great financial loss to him since he did not bill us for anything when tearing up and replacing a sizable amount of wood flooring. If you think, well he should do that because the floor was defective, think again. Most companies would have some kind of charge back to you. Tom took care of moving all our furniture, adjusting things that needed to be adjusted to compensate for the new floor and his installer Alex did a beautiful job and was so neat and polite and quiet. Everyone there was a great help in explaining why one tile may be better than another. Did you know they have great quality shower doors 5/8th thick! BTW: they stored my tiles for over a month until my GC was ready for them, and told me not to worry if I needed them to be stored longer. Delivery was great & easy. The tiles came divided in the truck and my workers were assisted by Anthony King my delivery professional whowas incredible & very helpful. I highly recommend them as they were extremely accommodating. I went to 3 other tiles stores before finding them, I found them through the manufacturer of Porcemall tiles who was also helpful.
