Ahhhhhhhhhh! The most relaxing 2 hours of my life! GF came into town and she's my spa buddy so we had to book one while she was here. We found a Groupon for Eden Day Spa and were more curious by the amount of rave reviews they received. My GF made all the reservations and she stated that the front desk were so attentive. She ended having to call the place 3 times and she stated that they did not get annoyed at all with all of her questions and requests. It's such a wonderful boutique spa and they utilize the space well and efficiently. Would have been so much better if there was a steam room or sauna to relax in afterwards but they are still deserving of all 5 stars. The groupon came with a massage and facial. They were able to accomadate all 3 of us at once. We all started of with a massage. Yulia was just amazing. She was extremely thorough, rubbing and stretching all my muscles, and I have to say that it has been the best massage I've had in a very long time. I heard the receptionists talking about spa week coming up and I will have to definitely take advantage of that! We were able to get a little break in between our massages and facials. It was nice to meet up with my ladies to discuss how amazing our massages were over tea, biscotti, and other goodies. Onto our next service....I've only had one other facial in my life because I have awesome skin..hehe! I don't know if it was because my massage was so amazing that I felt the facial was not as great, but I enjoyed it otherwise. we went for two massages, mine was prenatal and paulette (who is fairly new) was awesome. my husband's deep tissue (irina) was nothing to write home about, especially for the price. the front desk girls are friendly, but the guy acted like he was doing us a huge favor by "fitting in" my husband after they only rescheduled one appt instead of both as requested the week before. I did like the relax room with tea and snacks. I tried this place because I had a gift card but will probably stick to my usual place which has great therapists for more reasonable prices and rewards loyalty etc. read more

Wanted to let folks know that this spa is a little gem of a find. I found it on Groupon and what a deal it was! Plenty of parking in the rear. The front desk staff greeted me with an aromatherapy towel and choice of water or tea. My first service was a massage with Connie. She was so nice and did her best to accomodate my sore spots and ticklishness. She is very experienced and a true find in a day spa! Ask for her you will not be dissappointed! Full 60 minutes. In between treatments I was taken to a small area portioned off for water tea or snack. I would have liked maybe another 5 minutes in between therapies or better yet 10 minutes to change into a robe and wind down PRIOR to services beginning. The facial I have mixed feelings about. The therapist was very skilled and the products are top shelf however it felt rushed or as if she was going through the motions quickly and abruptly as though checking things off of a list. At one point she actually left the room while I had a face mask on and eyes covered (5-10 minutes). Everyone trained in "services" knows NEVER to leave a client unattended in a service room, especially when in a compromised position (naked, with eyes covered, etc). All facialists fill this time with temple massage, foot massage or some other moadality. Ultimately there was about 10 minutes of unused time because of the rushed nature of the facial (Yes, I did time both treatments). Other than a bit of a strong upsell on products, which was not pushed once a "No Thank You" was given - plus it is their job to sell product - and perhaps a tired facialist,Eden Day Spa's Groupon was certainly a heck of a deal! I just went to Eden Day Spa for the first time, and I was impressed. I've had several Hydra Facials at my dermatologist office in the past, and the one I just had with Elona at Eden was far better. I've been going to Eden Day Spa for a few years now every time I come to Florida on Vacation and I just love it. I usually get the Eden Essential Massage, Brow Shaping, and the HydraFacial w/ Glycolic. I also use them to stock up on my favorite products from Cellex-C or Eminence. I love the services and the front desk is so hopeful! Every time I go there I've had the best time. Lately they have been REALLY exceptional. I am pregnant and it's the ONLY spa I trust right now. They knew exactly what products and services were good for expectant mothers. I would recommend this place for anyone - it's so reasonably priced but feels so luxurious!! For my birthday weekend, I booked pedicures and facials for my mom and I to celebrate. I was drawn to this spa in particular due to their extensive list of services on their site. We called after we booked the appointment to ask when we were supposed to choose the service we wanted and they said they would ask when we got there. Although our nail technician was amazing and very kind, it was kind of a let down to realize we were booked for the standard pedicures and were never asked which kind we wanted. (The pedicure area was already set up by the time we got in) For my personal facial, Judith did a good job and was polite and accommodating. Beware of the add ons, there is a pumpkin enzyme mask for $42 (i was told it was originally $72) that at the end they say you can buy the jar for $45 that will last for a year. Seems like a waste of money to pay that price when i could just buy the jar and do it myself. My mom however had a worse experience and was told we "chose to book a 55 min facial" even though, again, we were never asked which one we wanted and there are longer facials advertised on the site. My mom also came out of her facial with huge knots in her hair from the esthetician rubbing in the same spot the whole time and also wearing makeup... seems a little weird to put makeup on someone without specifying (she was told it was spf moisturizer and that her eyebrows were being done as they were already halfway done and it was too late to say no) right after a facial. In all, I would not chose to come back. For the price, I'd rather go somewhere else where you choose the exact service up front while booking or somewhere where they explain better for first timers. read more

2 weeks ago I visited this place that I have passed many times. I am so glad that I finally made an appointment. The staff immediately greets you with hand towels, a beverage of choice and a smile. I went for a facial, massage, manicure and pedicure. My nail tech did a beautiful job and my massage was probably the best I ever had. My facial was sooo soothing and the products amazing! I purchased the products that was used for my facial because they made my skin feel so silky and I never purchase Spa products! I absolutely recommend Eden Day Spa. My entire experience was amazing. I received a gift certificate from my fiance for my birthday and was so excites to use it right away. I called to make a same day appointment and Jeremy was very accommodating, I got an appointment dor 3 hours later. The young lady at the front desk was welcoming. Everyone else is rude and sloppy with their work. I was also charged $45 for a fill and gel nail polish when it is only $35 and never received a refund or discount. The facialist I had did an excellent job, very experienced, and the facial yielded tangible results. I was impressed and I am usually sceptical about facials. The quality of the massage was average to below average. The quality of manicure and pedicure was above average. An area for growth I would suggest is training for staff of Eden Day spa to recognize when patrons are not interested in talking and respect that preference.
