I meant to post a great review for a while now, but since COVID I had not had a chance to think about manicures! I will be returning soon! I love this place, it's super clean, good air circulation and not too crowded, the prices are fair, staff are pleasant, and more importantly they do a good job. To the reviewer who commented on how people at salons speak in another language and they need to stop it - I completely disagree with you. It's perfectly okay to speak in  your native language because you are more comfortable speaking it - we should instead be more patient and empathetic. I find your comment completely insensitive and unnecessary. read more

This place was terrible. The technician I received was incredibly rude / annoyed with me when I told him I would prefer if he soaked off my gel manicure vs. using the shaver. I also asked if they could fix my broken nail and they suggested I get glue at cvs instead. Will not be returning. read more

The best quality nails I've ever gotten. Very chill vibe, music playing with a tv show on mute, but with subtitles on, allowing you to enjoy your self care time. The only place I will ever be going to get my nails done. Not overly high prices, amazing designs and details. They also don't messaged round, you're in and out with the perfect nails in almost no time. I always walk-in and never have to wait although appointments are preferred. What a great experience! My family has been coming here for years, but since I live out of town today was my first time trying. The spa pedicure was incredible. The service felt long lasting and high quality, the vibe/music/tv was extremely peaceful, and the decor was new and beautiful. The space was very large, able to accommodate many people at once, and it did get packed, so I'd recommend an appointment. The spa pedicure also came with a 10 minute back massage that was excellent. I highly recommend this spot for your next treatment. read more

have never really been satisfied with their services but I had a gift card. this was my worse experience yet. my nails were long and healthy when I came in. the tech filed some of my nails all the way down when I asked her to keep them long. she kept some of them long though so all my nails are different lengths. she kept messing up my gel manicure and drilling it off to start over in certain nails. they came out chunky, uneven, and lumpy. she cut into my skin a couple times so some of my nails hurt. read more

I went on a Friday afternoon when it was fairly busy and while I didn't make a reservation, they were able to take me right away. Clara was my nail technician and she did an excellent job with my gel manicure ($35). They were having a promotion so I also got a back/neck massage by Brian ($15). This location is far bigger than most nail salons so there are many manicure stations and pedicure chairs. The gel color selection was more limited than other salons in the area. All of the nail utensils were opened from a clean sterilized pack which is good. The only true negative is that the parking in the lots around the salon are very crowded and difficult to navigate. If you park behind the salon, there is a back door entrance to the salon so you do not have to walk around the front. read more

I went to this place with my sister,niece and daughter-in-law for a ladies' day and to celebrate my niece's graduation. I typically do my own nails because other experiences have left me doubting some nail technicians' abilities. The place looks great, is very clean, warm lighting, nice temperature and chairs are comfortable. The woman that was working on me never mentioned her name but started with asking me what I would like. I couldn't hear her over the noise of the foot spas and her mask. Seemed like she was getting annoyed when her co-worker told her to give me a menu. She never mentioned how to use the massage chair (not all are the same). I came in for a regular mani and pedi. She cut my cuticles without asking and butchered them (my fingers have never looked this badly). The way she pushed on my toes was a bit painful and despite the flinches, oohs and ows, she never slowed down or looked up. The nail polish was not smooth. I ever so slightly nicked one finger (so small I could have lived with it) but sister convinced me to asked her to fix it and she did but I noticed all the extra sheer/blotchiness. She said that's because some nail polishes and sheerer than others (I know, that's why I go to a salon so they can put it on correctly.) This wasn't acceptable to tell me the reason was the nail polish. If this was the case then she should have suggested that I pick another one like others do. All my toes are blotchy polish and I can see that without my glasses. I could have gotten better results doing it myself in the comfort of my own home with less pain and cost. Only giving 2 because there are no halves and at least I had a good ladies day out. read more

i have been coming her for many years every two weeks. Today I complained on how poorly they treated my 21 year old daughter. My daughter got a $60 pedicure and gel manicure. The tech blew through her pedicure and was literally almost done with her gel manicure when I was going to my manicure. This is a common occurrence and when I complained to the owners, she gave no response whatsoever, not even "I am sorry your are disappointed". I called when home to express just how disappointed I was and got a sarcastic "I am sorry.". I will never go here again and give my money to an establishment that actually appreciates it. I LOVE this place. Ive been to every high end nail spot in the city for gel manicures and nail art and have been dying to find something in the suburbs but few places measure up. I'm so glad I finally found Eden. First, I bring my 3yo with me most times and they are so patient and kind to her. Tons of chairs, kid friendly foot baths and tables for mani pedis, Big screen TV's, it's super clean, they have great masseuses... It's the total package. I saw a few nail techs with cool nail art and finally decided to try it after a few great standard gel mani's and some amazing pedicures. I was not disappointed. I showed Eva a few pins I had on Pinterest and she told me which she liked best. My daughters nail tech even offered to do a very small flower for her kids manicure which was so sweet. I came to get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I did like that I only got one worker as oppose to two different. I would have to agree with the previous reviews that the pedicure was not very relaxing. Both massages on hands and feet could have been better. So far no chips in nail polish. Place could use an uplift as the seat chairs for the pedicure station is falling apart and not very clean. read more

$35 for a gel mani, $27 for a regular pedi, plus $12 tip = expensive AF. The place is big, bright, and brand new-ish. Management actually listens to their customers, and that's a huge plus (see below what's "free"). As I was sitting for the pedi, I read through the reviews, and the conclusion is unanimous: it's expensive, but nice. There were complaints about the neck massages, and now they do give you a fabulous 15 minute sesh. For free!! Are the services any different from any other salon? Do they soak your fingers in unicorn tears, or coat your nails in 24 karat gold? No. It's all the same no matter where you go. However, this is clearly the area where prices can be jacked up - women flock here at all hours of the day. 1 hr after my mani, and the pics speak words of truth: you get nicks and bleed, even if your mani is $35, and missed cuticle skin is peeling, maybe because the watered down hand cream is bought in bulk vats. Will I be back? Yea, because it's conveniently close by, the walls are white and the place is clean, and I like that. read more

And I started getting eyelash extensions here as well and they've been the best I've ever had. They stay on forever and look gorgeous. Had a mani pedi. 45 mins max. Pedi was 15-17 mins for 30$. Certainly not relaxing. I needed one gel nail altho it was a regular mani. The gel nail lasted 5 days. My first two experiences were amazing I really thought that I finally found my new nail salon being that I just moved into the neighborhood. Well I was disappointed by my visit today. I made an appointment in advance and asked to be placed with an experienced design nail technician and instead I was placed with an inexperienced pedicure tech and nail tech. I still paid what I owed and did not complain but upon leaving the salon I called back to speak with the manager and very politely expressed my concern and dissatisfaction and instead received a response of how I need to schedule 2 weeks in advance with Eva because she's very busy meanwhile she was not busy at all when I was there today. I'm a very high paying high end customer and this salon didn't appreciate my business. I'm very disappointed. I even tip 20% every time no matter what because I believe that's fair. Very nice place. They are super friendly. The only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is because they always try to upsell you. You ask for a regular pedicure they try to sell you the spa. Your getting a manicure and each time I have been asked twice about getting a massage. The other thing is that there gel manicures take a long long time. I am not sure why because I get the same quality gel manicure else where in 1/2 the time. Additionally now that the promotion is over the prices are very high. read more

Went to check out a new place in NP and looking forward to trying their services, but the front desk staff was nasty and unaccommodating, claiming no technicians even though we walked through a cloud of cigarette smoke to enter from technicians in their uniforms not working and saw a few more finishing up cleaning from prior customers. Tried this place for the first time yesterday as I was in Acme and saw it in the same parking lot. Very fancy, nice decor. A little pricey..$35 for a gel manicure (most other places are $30). I picked a color for my nails from their basket of gel colors, but when they tried to use it it was either bad or old and the nail tech working on me said I need to pick another one that wasn't IBD brand. Why have them as choices if they're bad. Had to settle for something close, but not exactly what I wanted. Tech was good though. I was expecting the complimentary shoulder massage that you usually get ( every other place I've been to does it) but no one came. Almost finished, I asked about it, and was told $10 for 15 minutes. I was floored. Charging for a simple shoulder massage!? I didn't pay for it, so I skipped my eyebrow wax, which they had forgotten to do anyway, and left. Disappointed. Will not be returning.
