On top of that, the gel polish on another nail was already chipping, and another one was starting to lift. Instead of being understanding or taking responsibility for the poor quality, they insisted I pay again to fix their work. To make matters worse, they require customers to bring their own nail file and buffer - otherwise, they charge you an extra $3 to buy one from them. It feels so money-driven and unwelcoming. Honestly, I would rather they just include that in the service price instead of nickel-and-diming customers for every little thing. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Definitely won't be returning.

My favorite hairstylist mahnaz is currently working here and I will follow her anywhere because she is very talented and knowledgeable and understands and pampers my crazy curly hair like nobody else.
