Very disappointed with my experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. Customer service is a big part of any business, and first impressions matter. I'm frustrated with this nail salon because my appointment is never on time. Every time I come in, I still end up waiting well past my scheduled time, which defeats the purpose of making an appointment. It feels disorganized and disrespectful of customers' time. Even if the nail techs do good work, the front desk sets the tone -- and unfortunately this experience left a bad taste. I've been coming to Eden Nail Spa for years, but after today's experience, I'm not sure I'll ever return. I walked in early on my birthday, finally with time to pamper myself before an upcoming trip--and instead, I left feeling completely disrespected and disregarded. I waited over 30 minutes just to be seated, with zero communication or apology. Once they finally started, they left acetone-soaked foils on my hands for over half an hour, damaging my natural nails I had been carefully growing. My skin was irritated, and no one checked on me even once during that time. To make it worse, the service felt rushed and careless. There was no towel under my hands--something every other customer received. I walked out with glue still stuck to my nails, powder on my skin, and no attempt was made to clean my hands. It was clear they were just trying to get me in and out as fast as possible. These weren't just any nails--they were my birthday nails, and I scheduled my day around this appointment. If the salon was too busy, they should have been honest and turned me away instead of ignoring me and treating me like an inconvenience. Eden Nail Spa used to value their loyal clients. Now, it feels like all they see are dollar signs. There was zero care, zero attention to detail, and zero regard for the fact that I'm a paying customer who has supported them for years. I'm deeply disappointed and honestly hurt by the way I was treated today. Do better. read more

Tried this place with a friend and it was a terrible experience. We had an appointment for both of us to get pedicures together. They said we would be sat next to each other but that didn't happen. Then when I finally got in a chair the nail tech Jessica was very rude. She never said Hi or asked if I was comfortable. My feet barely reached the end so I couldn't put my feet flat. I had to ask her to adjust the the seat position so it didn't hurt trying to hold them up the whole time. As she cleaned my toes she wiped the tool across the top of my foot instead of on the towel. Why would you put back on me??? So bizzare... Then the color issue....I picked a sparkle purple but when she put it on, it looked like bubble gum pink. I said no that's not the right color. She told me ITS MY SKIN TONE THAT MAKES THE COLOR LOOK LIKE THAT! I was completely appalled! My skin tone doesn't change nail polish color WHAT??? I said no that's not the right color and compared it to the polish on my nail and shes double down its the same. Then she said you just want a lighter color then and walked away to get the right one. When she put the 2nd polish on she said well maybe the sample you wanted was gel and not regular polish...DUH!! It was totally different...As a black woman it is very insulting to blame the color of my skin for the polish looking different. It was just the wrong color and could have easily been a mistake. I get my nails done often and never been treated this way. Definitely do not recommend Eden Nails. read more

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:15 AM, and the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I walked in.As soon as I entered and told the receptionist that I had an appointment, she looked at me and started laughing while saying something to the nail tech in a language I couldn't understand. It was very uncomfortable and honestly felt very rude.She then told me, while still laughing, that I would need to wait another 15 minutes because the nail tech was still working on someone else. I reminded her that my appointment was at 10:15, but I said I would wait. I came back at 10:30, expecting to finally be seated, only to see that Anna, the nail tech I had the appointment with, had started working on another client. I honestly don't understand why a nail tech would begin working on a different client when I had a scheduled appointment with her.The receptionist then asked what design I wanted, so I showed her. She went to show the nail tech and came back laughing again, which was confusing considering I had already been waiting.She told me that Anna's client changed her mind and wanted a design, which would take longer, and asked if I could keep waiting. I don't understand how another client changing their mind becomes my problem when I had a scheduled appointment time. She even said Anna normally charges $30 for the design but would charge me $20, as if that somehow makes up for completely ignoring my appointment time. On top of that, this place is very overpriced for the level of service they provide.The lack of communication and professionalism was shocking. The receptionist never apologized once and spent most of the interaction laughing and giggling, which felt extremely disrespectful. The staff overall came across as very rude and unprofessional, and they clearly had no shame laughing in a customer's face. I ended up leaving because I have other things to do. I love my nails but felt it was very overpriced especially for short nails. Short gel x nails start at 60 she said but I paid 102. The nail art was 42 dollars ? I've came before and gotten longer nails and different nail art and in my opinion it was more complicated and gems for 120ish. The nail tech also didn't mention the price until after. I should have asked but since I had been here previously and I had a general idea of the prices I did not think this short set would be that much. read more

They charged me $30 extra for just plain polka dot design! I saw on their menu that it was $62 for a plain color for GelX. I showed her my design of like this clearcoat with black polkadots on it. She said she could do it and then when I go up to the front, they said it was $92 and when I asked why the girl at the front desk assumed that I had a removal. I told her I didn't and when she asked the girl who did my nails for the breakdown, she said it was because of the design. So ridiculous, will never come back here again! read more

Absolutely the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. This was my second visit, and it reminded me why I avoid places like this. I wanted to give them a fair shot, but I'll definitely be going back to my usual, more reliable salon. I booked an appointment over the phone with the Vietnamese receptionist for 10:00 AM. When I arrived, I waited 45 minutes with no explanation. No one greeted me or communicated the delay. The staff were either in the back or glued to their phones. It was disorganized and unprofessional. They told me they couldn't do gel powder until Rose arrived--so I waited. When Rose finally started, the service went from bad to worse. She painted over a visible piece of lint stuck on my nail, creating a bubbled finish. I pointed it out multiple times, and instead of fixing it, she shrugged and said, "It's done." She was dismissive, rough, and clearly lacked both skill and care. Thank God the Hispanic receptionist was kind and tried to advocate for me--because I left with some of the ugliest nails I've ever had, even after they gave me a $6 discount. The whole ordeal took over 2.5 hours. Vivian eventually stepped in to fix what she could, and even she admitted Rose's work was subpar. Honestly, Rose was arrogant, wouldn't own up to her mistakes, and hurt my nails trying to rush the job. This salon is chaotic. Appointments are mismanaged, and the Vietnamese receptionist clearly didn't know what she was doing--booking me with someone who couldn't even do what I requested. Saying "everyone is good at nails" is not only untrue, it's misleading. A busy salon doesn't mean good service. If you value your time, money, and sanity--do NOT book here. And especially, do NOT book with Rose. They also paid others to do 5 star review at the front desk so when you see 5 stars beware. Their overall ranking was a 4.6 to a 3.3 for a reason! This is my regular nail salon and has been for 2 years. I made an appointment days prior for 5p. Showed up and after 45 mins of waiting they still had not started my service or updated me. I asked how much longer as I had arranged childcare for a set time period and drive 30 minutes because this is my normal spot. They said it wouldn't be for a little while longer so I had to leave because I had no other choice. This was my birthday nail appointment and my only opportunity to come to get my nails done prior to leaving out of town which means I now get to go on my birthday trip with three week old Nails. I called on a Tuesday to book an appointment, they let me know they were all full for the day. I scheduled the appointment for Wednesday at 6pm. I showed up and the receptionist was apologetic when she let me know that i would have to wait 25 minutes for someone to start on my mani/pedi. I wasn't in a rush and they let me sit on the massage/pedi chairs so i didn't complain. The two ladies who did my gel mani/pedi were friendly, fast and knowledgeable. They did a great job and the price was reasonable. If they can fix the appointment fiasco that everyone seems to be experiencing i think they would get a 5/5 stars from me. for now 3/5. read more

I've been coming here for a while and I've been loving my nails. It depends though. I noticed that whenever there's a lot of people in the salon, they tend to rush the job always. Lately I've been liking how Jesse has been leaving my nails. She wasn't available today. So I decided to come in anyway, which was the worst mistake. The girl that did my nails literally gave me what she wanted soft gel hard. When I clearly asked her for gel X mind you the soft gel hard cost way more. I just got the worst service ever. They overcharged me my toenails look horrible. She couldn't even reshape the two big toes to match each other. And the girl that did my nails literally got mad when I told her not to add any chrome to my nails. I don't think I'll be coming back here again. read more

I recently started using this place for my manicures and pedicures. Really clean lots of stations and abundance of colors to choose from. The girls who work at the front desk are very helpful and efficient. all of the employees seem to know what they're doing. Made a reservation for my boyfriend and me 2 days in advance for Valentine's Day and we were scheduled with Bella and Henry! They both did a fantastic job with our mani-pedis. I got Gel-X with chrome, a hand-drawn butterfly design by Henry, and a French gel pedicure. Bella prepped my nails and Henry was incredibly precise with his design. My boyfriend got his mani-pedi cleaned up and was impressed by the leg exfoliating massage and how shiny his nail beds were by the end of it! I really wish I could give this place more stars, there are definitely some pros. The location is great and I can walk over after the gym. They are really good at scheduling and I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes to be seated. I recently had a gel manicure not chip at all after 3 weeks and my pedicures usually last well over a month. However it is a wild card depending on the nail technician. If you can find a good person to go to, that will help ensure you consistently get great service. However, buckle up for a story time about the experience I had this morning and it was less than ideal. I was assigned the technician Nina, and I've never had her before. I came in the get a gel removal and then a regular manicure. Nina was really pushing for me to get the gel manicure instead, she brought it up at least five times and from a bunch of different angles, saying that my nails were too thin and might break or that the polish won't last long. I am aware of all the benefits of gel but I can't afford to get my nails done every few weeks and I try to limit gel manicures to special occasions or work events. Usually I paint my nails at home but I always have difficulty removing gel without damaging my nails. After I refused many times she became very quiet and was filing my nails with a little too much vigor and removed some of the skin from under my pinky nail, when I brought this up she denied it. It even burned when she put acetone on it so it was definitely an open wound. When I was first seated I showed Nina a picture of the nail polish I wanted which was a burnt red/orange color, perfect for fall. She brought over a ring of color swatches that looked like gel polish, which is fine because if you don't put it under the uv light, gel colors function as normal nail polish. However, the swatches were only neon colors, which is quite different from the picture I had showed her. I showed her the picture again and asked if she had anything similar. She told me no, because I'm not getting gel and they don't have any colors like that in regular polish. This was so obviously a lie because the swatches she gave me were all gel colors. I told her this and she said I was wrong. This really made me upset and I was getting ready to just payout and leave then I turned around and saw an entire wall of shelves of OPI nail polish. I pointed it out and she lied again and said that it was all gel polish. I asked a different nail technician about it and she confirmed that it's was all regular polish. I grabbed the color I wanted and Nina was silent the whole time, never even apologizing. I didn't want to press the issue and risk getting my finger cut again so I was also silent. At the end of the day she did a decent job on the manicure itself, but why the theatrics? I know we live near LA, but we don't need to act like we are all starring in a soap opera. So if you do decide to get your nails done here, make sure Nina is NOT your nail technician. read more

Most of the ladies are by appointment only- which I can appreciate UNLESS they don't keep to them allotted time frames. I had an appointment with at 230pm the receptionist advised me it would a few minutes (it's never a few minutes) at 250pm I asked how much longer? The receptionist then advised me it would 20ish more minutes... what in the malarkey?!? I have other obligations that I need to attend to which is why i can appreciate having an appointment. When I let the receptionist know that they confirmed my appointment 2hrs prior how come they didn't reach out to advise that my appointment had been pushed back by 30+ minutes, so that I can make the decision to turn back around, she just shrugged and said the lady before me had an appointment to..... again, what ?!? That's the customer service you guys are running at this establishment? That person should have to forfeit their appointment or got to the back of the line Or waits for the next available tech. The owner then chimes in and said , some times the designs take long- AGAIN, not my problem. I asked if you guys have allotment times and it was like deer in headlights, the receptionist then responded, so, do you want to wait or not ? I used to love coming here but lately things haven't been so good and i don't think i will be returning. First off, I made an appointment with Phoebe for 2:30pm, yet they make me wait 30 minutes . Then AFTER waiting 30 minutes they decide to tell me Phoebe is on maternity leave. Why didn't they call to tell me this when they saw my appointment was booked with Phoebe online??? Or at least right when i checked in?! To my mistake, i then agreed to let anybody do my nails, partially because i was getting tired of waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time. The nail tech was very nice and i showed her what i wanted , a stiletto French tip with small design. She assumed i wanted square and cut my nails very short and my nails look nothing like the photo i showed her. Also they now charge for everything?? I don't even know what im paying for because the receipt only shows the total price , not the cost of everything. If you guys didn't know apparently stiletto is $5 extra?? Since when? Also i ended up getting a small cut on my finger from the filing. I didn't notice until i got home and it stung when i washed my hands. Also the nail tech (I think her name is Thi) didn't clean under my nails. I thought that was standard with a manicure?? If I'm gonna pay $105 for a manicure at least clean under my nails. This nail salon is okay just make sure to have good techs do your nails. read more
