Thanks for nothing Eden nails! Went in 2 weeks ago had vic he was great, go today and i get some Tammy lady with an attitude! She complained from the start on my color choice ... etc! I told her 3 x i was getting Dip! She never soaked my nails and just dremeled the shit outta them ! So i ask her and she mumbled something, she hurt my nails burning them ! I pulled away several times. Then she asks if i want tips. No I am getting dip! So she kept sanding , i pulled away and said forget this you are hurting me and dont have a clue to what I the customer requested!! I go wash my hands and tell the guy up front! And he apparently did not care either! I showed him my nails and told him all the above. But yea no care to help or make it right!

I went here to get a dip powder manicure. I'm not from the area but this seemed like a nice place to go. When the nail tech was applying the dip powder, he did not apply the activator & applied a light cured gel top coat. I've never had this done or seen it done. Now, 3 days later, the dip powder is chipping off. I paid $40. I've never had dip powder chip this quickly. I cannot go back bc, like I said, I'm not from the area. I'll have to see if someone near me can fix it & hopefully not charge much.

Writing this review two weeks after my visit- new to this area so first time here. I called and made a last minute appointment they got me in and despite a lot of people I was in and out with a gel manicure in 40 minutes. It's lasted two weeks and still looks good !

$20 gel color change on acrylic nails. Mid-day Saturday I was the only one in the salon, which was a red flag, but even though there was no business she still seemed rushed. First, she did not even wipe away the dust before applying the polish, even then she went straight in with the color, no base coat. There are still remnants of the color I wanted removed around the edges of the new color. After I left I also had to file away the polish that had overlapped onto my fingers. With no base coat it was no surprise that my nails looked like this just two days later, they are now chipping on a few nails. Nice people, just not that bright. I won't be going back here again.

My favorite Nail Salon in the Lakes Region! It's clean and a friendly atmosphere. Tony always does a wonderful job! He takes his time and I always leave the salon feeling fabulous. Prices are reasonable and there is a boat load of colors to choose from with new colors coming in frequently! I won't take my business anywhere else and it's always the first place I recommend to friends and family! PS: Nails features in photos all done by Tony

An Absolutely Marvelous Spa Experience - 10/10!…read more I had the pleasure of visiting Tranquility Springs Spa at the Lake Opechee Inn last week, and from start to finish, it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Becky, whose kindness and pleasant demeanor immediately set the tone for a relaxing visit. I booked a 90-minute massage with Ashley and a 70-minute facial with Summer, and I can confidently say both services were outstanding. I suffer from severe lower back pain, and without me even needing to explain in detail, Ashley intuitively knew how to release my piriformis -- something not many massage therapists pick up on without prompting. I live in California and regularly get massages and physical therapy, and yet I was truly blown away by Ashley's skill and professionalism. In fact, I was so impressed that I tried to book a second session before heading back to CA. From now on, every trip to New Hampshire will include a massage with Ashley -- that's non-negotiable. My facial with Summer was just as exceptional. She is not only incredibly joyful and warm but also highly knowledgeable. The facial was wonderfully relaxing -- minimal talking, which I personally prefer in a spa setting -- and the anti-aging products she used left my skin feeling absolutely luscious. I only get facials a couple of times a year, but I'll be timing them now to coincide with my visits to NH just so I can book with Summer again. The only thing I wish they had was a jacuzzi for soaking before or after treatments -- but even without it, this spa earns a solid 10/10 in my book. The combination of top-tier service, genuine hospitality, and high-level expertise makes Tranquility Springs a hidden gem. I'm so grateful I found this place!

I got a gift card from my sisters for Christmas because I had been recently diagnosed with…read moresomething that causes a lot of joint pain, etc. It was hard to find the time to book because of work, but I finally made an appt. I ended up needing to cover a coworker in Seabrook NH that day so I called tranquility two days in advance and said I can't make my appt because of work. They said no problem, it's cancelled, you're all set. A few months later I scheduled an appt again. I went in and had my massage. The lady at the counter took my gift card and gave me a receipt and I went on my way. I got a phone call about an hour later saying that I owe $60 because when I "didn't show for my last appt they took money off of my gift card automatically." I said I called and cancelled a few days before, she said I'm sorry they already took it off, it needs to be paid. I then went to voice my concerns to the manager and she said I needed to pay or they'll have to take other measures. I was extremely bummed and did not expect to be treated this way. If someone cancelled multiple times without enough notice I'd understand taking their money but I cancelled ahead of time and only cancelled once. That's the other thing, they didn't even tell me they took $60 off my card. If I had known that in advance, I wouldn't have gone. If you can find a different spa, I would.
