I went to the nail salon and told the owner you caused this infection and the owner said no I did not it was from your own shoe .I said you should compensate for the doctor bill she told me no as she kept ignoring me .What was really rude the owner and the wife kept doing customer nails and starting talking in there language. The salon is clean and has a nice overall atmosphere. It doesn't smell of chemicals as soon as you walk in and is well ventilated. I got a powder gel and Michael did it. He s very nice and takes pride in his work. I would go back. Prices are the standard with most nail salons in the area. I do t think it's over priced like some salons that don't do a great job and have rude people. Getting my nails done is a seldom treat for me and I don't mind paying more as long as the staff is friendly and know what they're doing. Unfortunately, under the current ownership, the quality of customer service has declined sharply, and it no longer matches the beautiful renovation the salon underwent a few years ago. A nail salon should be an experience, and it once was here. That's no longer the case. On my last visit, I walked in for a pedicure. I've seen walk in's in for years no issues and it's welcomed, but the owner still asked if I had an appointment. A gentleman then walked me to a seat and placed a towel on the footrest but never started the service. He paced back and forth, went to the back, came out, then walked to the front of the salon all without saying a word to me. Meanwhile, another tech finished up with a different client and came over, but he then took the pedicure supplies meant for me and used them on someone else. It was obvious he simply didn't want to attend to me. After waiting and being ignored like that, I walked out! This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially for a customer who has stayed loyal through multiple ownership changes. I'll continue to recommend Lynn and Emma individually, but I won't be spending my money at this salon again.

The nail techs are so funny and sweet too! I remember taking my brother and dad for a pedicure there the other day when my mom couldn't go with me. I was hesitant at first because my dad has diabetes and a nail salon really isn't the best spot for him with his condition. I told the nail tech in advance to please be gentle with my dad since he has diabetes and has poor circulation on his feet which makes it dangerous if he gets an accidental nick or a cut. She was very familiar with this and was able to give my dad a great safe and satisfying pedicure! He also loved the massage chairs they sit you down on! I always have a great time at this spot and the results are, without miss, great and long-lasting!

The first time I met the owner, Kathy, she has treated me like family. Although I do not have weekly manicures or pedicures as I am retired, I am treated the same as any steady weekly customer. All of the operators know my first name, and I have never had an unsatisfactory experience, nor any type of infection, since I became their customer.
