I even sent my friend to them last minute after she got her nails done at another salon and wasnt satisfied. I called on Saturday (10/12) asking if they do ANC/SNS manicure and a man (I'm assuming the husband according to the other reviews) replied yes. I asked if they have availability on Monday (10/14) around 10 AM to 11 AM. He said it was booked, but to come in right at 10 AM. Before we hung up, he said "Ok, see you Monday at 10AM". Well, Monday 10AM rolls around and I was greeted by a woman (again, assuming it is the wife). She asked how can I help you and I gave her my name and said I had a 10 AM appointment. She tells me to sit down and yells for her husband. Shortly, her husband comes down and asks for my name. I provide it and what services I wanted, and he looks in the schedule book. He says, "I thought you said Wednesday" and erases my name from the schedule book. I simply reply, "No, I asked for Monday". Now I'm trying to remember if he said Wednesday before we hung up, but I was confident he said Monday because he confirmed by saying it back to me. He sits down and is trying to look at my nails. I tell him I have nothing on them and he acknowledges. Then he tells me to go pick a color, but I told him that I already know what I want. Both, him and his wife, go look for my color. When they come back, he looks at my nails again and asks if I have ever done dip powder. I replied yes and he proceeds to tell me that my nails are too short and that I need to add tips. I asked if I really needed to add tips because I didn't want to. He said yes and then tells me they usually don't do dip powder. He tells me people come in for gel builder or acrylic and I should try it. After telling me he doesn't do it, I was genuinely concerned and asked if he was able to do the dip powder. Then all the sudden, with an attitude he replies "yes! I brought out the powder for you". I was not happy with the reply and called him out. I told him that I don't need attitude to which he replied what attitude. I explained to him that he is telling me you don't usually do dip powder and that I should try different services. I told him if he doesn't want to do it or couldn't do it that I'll take my business somewhere else. He replied "ok, leave" and motioned me to leave. I got up and told him to have the day he deserves while he is yelling at me to get out. As I was walking out, he curses and I told him he was very rude. I left with nothing done, but an awful experience there. It was extremely unprofessional for him to yell at me and then curse. I'm NEVER the type of person to say ANYTHING, but I was genuinely concerned and curious if he was able to do it after the fact that he told me they usually don't do it. I even considered about asking to get gel nails just because they had it. I will not be returning ever! read more
