I am not one to complain when it comes to my nails because I know you can always get them done again in two weeks but what they did to my nails is unacceptable. Before I got my nails done, I called & made sure they did the organic powder gel or whatever it's called & they told me yes. When I got there, I made sure again before I got it they knew how to do it or I would've just gotten the regular acrylic. It took the lady 3 different tries just for my nails to end up being horrible! Before I complained the first time, this is how she was going to let me walk out. These are suppose to be $45. When I asked them for a discount (mind you I didn't yell or get upset but after the second try I had enough) the young girl said there wasn't anything they could do, that's why they hate doing the powder dip when it's busy. 1) there was only 3 people there getting their nails done & 2) when I asked the first time, they should've never told me yes they can do it. Long story short, I paid the whole $45 because "there wasn't anything they could do" & they have no manager therefore I WILL NEVERRRR STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN! I wish I could give no stars. Never again. I went there for a gel manicure. I guess the last salon who did my gel manicure put it on pretty thick so it was hard to take off. The one guy (didn't get his name) automatically accused me of having acrylic nails which I did NOT have. I know the difference between the two. He proceeded to accuse me and even took my nail and tried to peel it as if I had a fake acrylic nail. I immediately yanked my hand back. He continued to say about I had acrylic nails about 5 more times even after the other ladies proved to him he was wrong. I don't think he wanted to be proved wrong so he kept accusing me. The workers are rude when I questioned how my pedicure was being done the y became very rude and verbally abusive to me telling me that hey have taken a longtime with my pedicure which was 25 minutes and if I did not like it I could leave when I said I was leaving without my pedicure completed they threatened to call the cops if I did not pay so I allowed them to finish while they continued to be rude once finished I left and one worker followed me taking pictures of my car and then after my daughter paid she took a picture of her . I have never experienced such rudeness also another customer walked in and asked for a mani pedi at about 7:15 and they did her pedicure once finished they told her she could not get a manicure because they close at 7:30 .. I have been coming here for over two years. In the beginning I was very satisfied with the service. The woman that does the eyebrows there used to take her time. Now she doesn't. She rushes through everything and the last few times she either left them to thin or uneven. She is also very pushy with making you pay for more services. Today I went for a mani/pedi. She rushed through me and finished my pedi in less then 10 minutes. The lady attending my husband took her time. It was a very drastic difference. I am never going back there again and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Customer service does not seem to be a priority. read more

Oh boy where do I begin!! DO NOT GO HERE! BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A NAIL SALON! First of all they have no a/c and it was super hot in there! The man that did my nails kept telling me my nails were acrylics and they weren't, they were gel! I kept telling him that and he kept arguing with me. after that he was filing my skin so hard and I started bleeding! He kept hurting me and no matter how many times I pulled my hands away he wouldn't stop. He made me bleed and then he put something on my cut to make it sting very badly. He was rough and aggressive. Now let me tell you about the nails themselves. HORRIBLE. everything was uneven, and crooked! They don't even check to see if the nails are the same length as the other. The DAY AFTER I got my nails done one broke! and by the end of the week 5 of my nails were broken! I got my nails fixed at Victoria nail and 3 weeks later none of my nails are broken! I've never seen anything like it. They use cheap horrible quality stuff! My nails looked like a freakshow. Also they take off your nails with a metro card if they are broken! I remember a while ago I went here and some lady came in complaining how there was mold growing on her nails!! this place is horrible save your money and go to Wonderful nails in Nanuet. I went there today to have my nails have my nails cut down and to have a new coat of gel put on. the lady started yelling cause it would cost me an extra five dollars to have the gel put on. I told her i'm willing to pay it's not an issue.She continues to yell, shes upset for whatever reason! which makes no sense at all. In her frustration made my nails to short and crooked and while taking my old coat of gel off she filled off almost all my gel manicure off. leaving my nails looking horrible and looking like they never got done. I will never, i mean never return to this place even if my life depended on it. Horribe, I will never return. We waited 40 minutes despite calling ahead, then we're not seated next to one another. The tips they use are very cheap, thin, and one even cracked while she applied pressure to glue the nail on. She disregarded the shape preference I had and cut them unevenly. When I pointed this out I was told that once she used the machine they would be fine. Then I saw spots on my nails where the powder was bare and asked her to correct it to which again she told me the machine would resolve it. I detested that statement and made her redo it even though she clearly didn't want to take the time. The polish is uneven as are the length of the nails and when I told her I wanted a design she told me to dry my nails first which I did for over 35 minutes, then when I asked her to please start the design she was annoyed and chose the design for me. I had to wait another 40 minutes under the dryer until she finally came back to put the gel top coat on. Meanwhile she would not listen to my friends requests and told her after one nail it was too late to change the Polish color, then yelled at her because a nail smudged and after trying to get someone to fix I, I took it upon myself to touch it up. And on top of all of this they had a child under 16 helping them in the salon. Overall I would rate them a 1 out of 10 for friendliness, and quality and a 5 for cleanliness.
