This was my first visit to the nail salon, and it was an experience unlike any other. I arrived as a walk-in to have my acrylic nails soaked off and the gel polish removed from my toes, along with a new color application. Unfortunately, the nail technician seemed rushed and did not heed my request to maintain the length of my nails if possible. During the process, she unexpectedly ripped off my middle finger nail without any explanation and shaped my nails poorly. I also ended up with polish underneath my nails as well. After applying the gel polish, she instructed me to sit at the drying station, which was confusing given that she was using gel polish and having me put my hands under the UV light. I was charged $30 for a soak-off and polish change, and given the results, I find this completely unacceptable. read more

Absolutely not!! I went while on lunch break and was in a pickle as far as having my nails done that day so that's why I went. I walk in, there was no wait great. It took 2 hours for a refill so an hour past my lunch time. When I left my hand kept burning. It's now 2 days after and all my cuticles hurt, burn and are red!!!! I will NEVER go back to this place. Idc if I'm missing 8 nails I will just tough it out. This pain is not worth my health. And the polish job looks like my 7 year old son did them. Save yourself and just go some place that knows what they are doing. read more

If you looking for full set, do not go there. The shop is bright and looks nice. But the stuff is lack of skills. I spent $90 for a full set mani and a regular pedi. After almost 3 hours spent, left with full hands of cut with bleeding and glues. The technician applied way too many glue on the tips. And left it very thick, so I have to switch to another technician. But she seems very rush because other people started walking in. Gel polish was applied terrible. It's not a pro place for full set. I arrived for a clear French tip mani pedi for my wedding. It took over 2.5 hours even though they started right away and the place was empty. No one speaks English. At all. They did clear on my toes and wound up doing pink I'm my nails even though I kept repeating clear. I let her continue to do pink because it was too late to go anywhere else or have her remove it and start over. I was in a hurry and wanted to leave but she kept grabbing my hands and filing more or putting lotion or towels on me and wouldn't let me go. She cut my toe and one of my fingers and just kept filing forever and despite me trying to show her what I wanted, I walked out with pink pointy and CROOKED witch looking nails. All for $135. Insane. She, admittedly, misunderstood and could have done what I wanted but by the time she talked to someone else and realized it was too late. I'm not going to be on the cover of vogue this month so it's fine. But, ininety- two dollars for something I didn't want is frustrating. read more

As a busy mom and working FT, I look for convenience. This place was local and I just wanted an easy regular mani. Bad idea. I really wanted it to be good, but it wasn't. The technician had dirty nails to start. I have no words. The paint looked like I just did them myself. Disappointed. read more

This was my second time here and it was my last. I got a pedicure - which wasn't the color I selected - and a French manicure - and see the picture. The other hand looks the same, missing the white in the corners. Unfortunately, I only noticed it after I left (although they were nice enough to leave some cotton pieces from the cotton ball in the corners of my nail). The towel used for my pedi dropped on my toes when they were drying and one toe nail smudged. The tech tried to fix it instead of starting over and I had to insist she remove the smudged polish. Still doesn't look good. My daughter got a mani and pedi too and although hers look nice, it also was not the color she selected. Pretty expensive for a disappointing experience but lesson learned. read more

Just went in today for a pedicure and I was happy with the results! It's been a few months so I needed it! Just the basic pedicure ($30) comes with callus removal, hot stone, & sugar scrub. The tech did a good job on my polish-my feet are soft & smooth and I'm not embarrassed to look down anymore ;) Wish the tvs were on, but no biggie. read more

I wanted to love this salon. Truly, I did. I have a couple of friends who SWEAR by this salon for their mani/pedi needs. I tried three times. All three times I have been disappointed. The first two times I made an appointment. I arrived on time and...I waited. And waited. Both times my nails were rough and lumpy with the dip, a couple of my fingers bleeding around the cuticle because the technician was careless with the Dremel. So, I tried a spur of the moment appointment. I was taken right back, trying to pick a color while the technician worked on getting the dip off my fingers. I didn't want to hold her up, so I went with my comfort zone. I asked for an accent nail. She said okay. When she started dipping she completely forgot the accent nail. But, I took it in stride. I told her not to worry about it, maybe she could just put sparkle on it to accent. She agreed and we continued. I started noticing my nails were cut really crooked. Not just a bit off, but my fingers looked crooked. Okay, no big. No one else is gonna pay that much attention to notice...then the final touches, making not one or two fingers bleed, but several. Ugh. The end result was copious amounts of lumps textures. I also took a chance to get my eyebrows waxed while the dip was soaking off my fingernails. They weren't sisters when I left. Not even cousins...yeah they will grow back. My nails can be redone. But, I just can't see myself throwing my hard earned money away at a place that has so little regard for my satisfaction or the quality of their own product. In fairness, they were really busy. Maybe a bit overworked even. The atmosphere is nice. The employees are really nice. But, I won't frequent this establishment again. read more

Clean, modern and professional. They're very nice upon entering, everyone greeted me with smiles and made me feel comfortable. It was my first time getting my nails done there, and I hadn't gotten a manicure in a while. It was a spur of the moment type of decision to go there and I don't regret it. I definitely plan on returning. My only two dislikes about my experience is the woman that did my nails. 1.She asked me if I wanted to wax my eyebrows, I declined, she continues to push for that as an add on and then told me " you need it". I like my eyebrows to be a lot fuller and not cookie cutter, so that was a little unpleasant as a new customer to hear within 3-5 minutes of being with this woman. 2. While paying, she asked me if I wanted to tip her, I said yes. I tipped her $10 on my card and she told me to bring cash next time. I'm a dog groomer so I know 100% we prefer cash over card but like I was saying, I didn't plan on going here and didn't have any cash on me. At work, when people tip me on the card, I'm not going to lie it sucks, but I'm thankful to get anything at all. And I definitely don't ask them if they're going to leave a tip while paying in the first place. Again, regardless of that I have no problem with my experience everyone is very nice and respectful. I went here for years and one year I Stopped Going. A couple of weeks ago I made an appointment on Sunday to get my Nails done and it took 20 minutes and then they seated me with someone. After my appointment I left and on Tuesday my one nail broke I get it done no charge. Then the next day my pinky nail breaks!!!! This place has gone downhill completely. They rush. They don't care about what your asking for and do their own thing. Zero and I mean literally 0 attention to detail. They pained over my cuticles. Left paint all over my hand and when I asked for it to be removed I was given a literal eye roll. I went with a simple design of glitter on the bottom half of my nail. This was, by far, the worst nail salon experience I have ever had!! I went in for a French dip mani..my nails were in really nice shape in every way when I arrived, however, I was cut 3 times and my nails looked absolutely horrible when the tech was finished! I requested that the owner take the dip off and I left! I would not recommend this nail salon! The tech I had did not know how to do nails!! the first time i got my nails done it was amazing, amy did them and i loved them. this time i got french tips in blue and another women did them and i am not very happy. the french is in even and there's a lot of smudges and she damaged my cuticles a lot. the over all place is amazing, clean, and good priced. i'm not sure what her name was but i would recommend asking for amy. read more

Very disappointed! Went for a spa mani/pedi today. I always get the gel that helps with calluses. It's supposed to sit on the calluses for a few minutes and it wasn't done correctly today and then when she started to remove the gel from my fingers she dropped the glove on the ground and picked it up and went to put it on. I asked her to get a new glove and she seemed rather put off by this. I felt very rushed and won't be recommending this to anyone. If you are close to closing for the day...don't take another customer and then rush them. read more

I would not recommend. Even if you're challenged like me. You can probably do the job yourself and not waste $65. They seemed friendly at first. Had my fingers and toes done to match. A white color with some pearl. I asked my girl if the toes looked lighter she said no. After I left and was in sunlight I could tell the toes needed another coat. Plus the edges of my finger nails were rough. I called them. They said come back. When I did they were not friendly. Major attitude making me feel like I was in the wrong. I only asked for another coat on my toes. They did that and it was better. Should have done that in the first place. After all I paid $55 for the service. Plus tipped $10. I was respectful to them and thanked them. However they didnt have the time of day for me. This is their profession. Shouldn't they be experts??? My girl didnt even put the thing between my toes. Anyway if they would have treated me better and cared that they were righting the wrong I would have given another chance. However that didnt happen so I would never go back.
