I left my little dude at 8am and he was ready by 11:30am. They did an amazing job, and they also RX some probiotics since my dude eats everything in sight, I can't keep up. I also got him the IV fluids, laser and pain meds. I paid $240 for his neuter which again one vet quoted me $340 and another over $400. Bring a chair, some coffee and be patient and you'll be good to go. They also called to check on my dude the next day! The staff was super friendly and helpful and bless them for dealing with my furbaby since he's a hot mess express, I blame it on the breed haha.

When I called to inquire, a chipper, squeaky voice said yes, they are making changes. Without skipping a beat, she said, "OK! I can email her records or another vet can request them." There seems to be no loyalty towards customers anymore. When he originally got his cast, I had drawn a little heart on it that said "Mom loves you." When they had to recast his foot today, the staff paid attention to that small detail and put a heart on the new cast for me. That meant more to me than they probably realize. It showed compassion, attentiveness, and that they truly care about both their patients and the people who love them.
