Small or large, you…read moredrop off your car in the morning and they wont be able to get you back in your car until evening. Not very efficient at all. Imagine bringing your car into them for an oil change. Your out of your car for the entire day just for an oil change. Thats crazy. My car was dropped off at 8:30am. What was said that they would get my brakes checked and then inform me of cost quickly so that parts can be ordered and the car worked on didnt happen. 2pm comes around and i receive nothing. I then called them and finally the ball started to roll. Soon after, my brake change is a 3,000 bill if i proceed. I am not complaining because of the high quote. I am complaining now cause i lost pretty much the entire day waiting on a brake inspection only to find a high cost and still, no new brakes. I ended up taking my car that same day to another shop. They replaced my brakes along with my rotors for 900 bucks less than what this place quoted me. I then started thinking about my other experiences i have had with this establishment. I realized that this is a place where they will always try to upsell other items, services to you. You dont really leave there with what you originally came in for. Your going to pay for other "recommended" items somehow, someway. Moral of this review? They are not efficient they take forever and they are very pricey.

There are so many more places to carry…read moreyour car because they have had my truck for almost a year and I drove my 1990 Dodge Dakota there and was actually doing so work in building for them. But here is the deal I asked for them to diagnose why my truck wouldn't go into O/d. So I leave it with them and this is how they do people. Two months later they call me and tell me it's going to be $2500 to rebuild my transmission. I told them I didn't want them to but what I didn't know is they had already tore my trans apart and it was in a grocery buggy in there shop. But I was told sure you can go and get anytime but no one was telling me it had absolutely no tranny in it. Then when I was going to pay for them to rebuild it. They push my truck which was running when I carried it there remind you. So my truck has under a 100000 miles on the original motor so they put all the parts in back of truck and now they are ruined completely now because of rust. And now probably going to have to scrap because I can't afford to pay $2500 for the rebuild because truck is only worth $500. What would you do.

They did a simple transmission flush. I didn't have to move the car, he was able to work around in my garage easily. Afterwards, he explained their other services and what to do if my transmission ever became a serious problem. They did charge me an additional $75 to come to Parkville, But I thought it was worth it since I didn't have to drive to my usual mechanic and wait for them to finish the job. He saved me about a day's worth of waiting and driving.

They did their diagnosis. I was really happy they fixed the issue with the smell but even though they replaced the spark plugs, my RPMs are still off.
