And they try to double bill your insurance, by storing it at their facility. Never again with them. They go by two names JP Towing and US Auto Sales (when you pay for your bill). They don't listen to the customer when you tell them you don't want them to take the car to their storage facility/business. They try to make you believe the car is totaled so they can take it and store it at their facility to accrue storage fees. Most horrible experience in my life, in a very long time. Totally took advantage of a situation by outrageously overcharging. Basically took my car hostage and didn't seem to have a say in the matter as far as they were concerned.

He quickly replied with a quote. I told him to come pick it up anytime tonight. He said he'd be here in 45 minutes but showed up in 35 minutes. He called when he arrived and asked for directions to my specific location in my apartment complex. Hooking up my car was quick. He made sure to turn my hazards on.
