To make sure that it would be available on time. I was so that it would be. Once I arrive at the store, I noticed someone delivering fruit. I had to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up time because apparently, I was then informed that they had no fruit and had to wait for a delivery. I was very frustrated that I wasn't informed that information on the phone because I would have cancelled my order if that was the case. I prepped myself by reading most of the reviews to see what I might be in for pro-wise and con-wise. I called ahead to get details on what's offered and for their hours. The young lady who answered the phone was very polite and advised that I can order on line and have it delivered or come into the store. I chose to go into the store. I arrived at the store five days before my item was needed and the young lady at the counter was very informative as she answered all my concerns. I explicitly expressed that I 'do not' want any unripened fruit in my order as all items should be fresh and edible as the name implies. On the day of pick up, I received a phone call from a very nice gentleman who explained one particular fruit wasn't ripe enough and he didn't want to include it. He then gave me three different options to choose from. Long story short, my Edible Arrangement was ready at the exact time they said it would be and included the succulent juicy fruit I asked for. while in the bronx in morris park i went to edible arrangements to order a fruit basket for my slacker female worker and to be honest i munched on more fruit pieces then all my slackers combined . i ordered in person as i was able to order the exact basket on the site and it was freshly delivered 3 hours later. if you are not big into the crafty fruit stuff you can order chocolate goodies, cookies , etc. i also ordered a dozen caramel dipped strawberries which came in a shining artsy box and my lord these folks showed more energy in 5 minutes of eating then in 8 hours of work. will cost more then a cheap bland box of whitmans samplers but its worth it for some tasty sweet edible gift . read more

I had planned a surprise for my wife on a special birthday. This establishment went beyond anything that I have ever expected. The arrangement was delivered as promised, but because of the fact that I had asked them to go the extra mile on it, the owner, Jose came back to the house the following day with a box of chocolate covered strawberries to ask us about his service and if everything had been done to the tee! I myself am a businessman where service is at the heart of everything we do, and I so appreciated Jose showing us how much he really cared. Will never order from this location again. Granted I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day and they warn you about delivery times, but calling me at 11pm to say your on your way is unacceptable! My mother was tucked in her bed in her 10th dream by then. I called the location all day and either got a busy signal or on hold for 45 minutes with no answer. If you know you are going to deliver that late a call should have been made earlier to notify me. I was given the option to redeliver the next day, but i wanted to come in to give them a piece of my mind. She was happy nonetheless but when she shared her fruit the melons w er e hard and not sweet at all. I'm on the phone HOLDING for this very establishment. This location ought to try harder to avoid the name change of INedible arrangements! My daughter who got her first job working in a hospital took her hard earned money (HARD EARNED I TELL YOU) to buy a Mother's Day bouquet for me. The arrangement was composed of grapes, pineapples, and strawberries. These nasty people chose to dip rotting strawberries in chocolate and present the others naked. The naked fruit also seemed tainted but you could squint and nibble. They were NOT high grade fruit as one might expect from a business whose singular purpose is fruit arrangements! Almost done and I'm still holding (15:15 mins). So perhaps Lauren won't be gettin a refund this time around, but maybe she'll learn some valuable lessons: 1) use Yelp; 2) if Yelpers are on twi ends of the spectrum (all 1s and 5s) chances are good that the 5s are fake! I'm thankful that my kid wanted to bring me something joyful on Mother's Day, something I could share with our family, but I'm totally pissed that these people saw a "sweet young thing" and took advantage! I'm writing the company then going to an "urban" farmers market...good day! P.S. still no answer... Think twice before ordering from this location. I ordered an arrangement for next day delivery (10 minutes walk from the location). I expected that since it was being sent to a business on Friday, that it would arrive at a reasonable time. At 3:30pm the arrangement had not arrived. It seems that their policy is to make deliveries to businesses sometime before 5pm. I now know that 4:59 is acceptable as "before" 5 pm. Needless to say, not everyone in the lab is still there at 4:59 on a Friday. If you have no other choice of locations, make sure that you give absolutely explicit instructions for required delivery time. Otherwise, your gift could be ripening over the weekend. read more
