I just received a $140 gift from my husband for Valentine's Day and received an old box of disgusting strawberries that are already leaking juice and are discolored from age. I was a loyal fan of edible arrangements but this quality is horrible especially for the price. I will never be back and I will never send this as a gift for my friends and family again. Order this for Oct 5th for my parents anniversary. My parents bit into the one chocolate strawberry and tasted something sour and foul. They removed the chocolate from that strawberry and the rest and found mold underneath. The lettuce holding the arrangement also has mold between the leaves. We called Edible Arrangements and they said there's nothing they can do about it and won't refund us. Be careful ordering from this business. Last year, we ordered from them for the first time and the same thing happened. We tried again this year at a different location to see if maybe we just got a single, isolated bad experience but nope. Happened yet again. So please be careful because they will not take responsibility for it. read more

I've been dying to try the smoothies at Edible Arrangement. Don't know why its website says there isn't one in Houston. I was on my way to Best Buy from Katy Freeway. I decided to turn on Bunker Hill. Then, I saw the van. Viola! This smoothie (didn't catch the ingredients) was fragrant and flavorful. I was busy eating the fruit cone. They are the bite sized fruits dipped in white chocolate. I was a little upset about the price confusion. Not sure how it came to over $12 for $7 with a small smoothie of $2.99 or $5 with a medium smoothie of $4.99. Either way, I've got what I wanted. Ordered via app for a young patient of ours, in time for his last appointment which also happened to be his birthday. Made sure we selected an items "deliverable within 1hr" at 9:20am. By 10:30, haven't heard... called the store, they told me that the earliest delivery was going to be between 11:30 and noon (which is a way more than an hour but patient wasn't coming till 11am so figured it would be just in time). Then I get a phone call saying that apparently driver's truck broken down and they have no way to deliver at all till maybe tomorrow! I asked to just cancel the order and they told me to "call the original number" - WHAT NUMBER? I ordered via YOUR APP!!! Then stayed on hold waiting on a manager for 10minutes... gave up. I usually don't take the time to give a bad review because my experience could just be a one off- but this location has HORRIBLE customer service. Rude, short, and incompetent. I needed a refund because they couldn't deliver my arrangement with a certain time frame, and the woman on the phone was unbelievable. I was simply asking for a confirmation email that my order was cancelled....I gave her my email five times and I'm fully convinced she didn't even try to send it, and eventually hung up on me. (Still don't have a confirmation or a refund three days later). Please do yourself a favor and go to another location down the street. read more

First and last time I order from this store or edible arrangements in general. First of all I ordered online a week before the scheduled delivery day, the day of I tried to track the order and all it said was "received", called the store that the arrangement was supposed to go out of and they said it was transferred to the bunker hill store since they don't deliver to the zip code, called the bunker hill store and this is when my disappointment comes from. I tried tracking the order and the 4 numbers they provided didn't work, I called this store twice to check on the order and the rude woman on the phone said, "your order is still here and don't know when your order will leave, it might be 6-7pm" then she made the comment "businesses are priority and we have 27 orders". Good to know that customers don't matter to you but businesses do. So yeah I'll take my business somewhere else. read more

Recipients of gifts are always surprised and happy with their arrangements. There's a nice variety of prices and sizes on the website and I enjoy sending arrangements as gifts. My daughter in law was particularly pleased with the freshness, taste, size, and uniqueness of the dipped strawberries. I ordered her arrangement from my home in Houston and it was delivered to her home in Kirkland Washington a few days later. Arrangements and delivery are fairly expensive but I'm willing to pay for dependably good service and high quality products. read more

Ordered the happy summer starter kit . Let's just say it didn't make the recipient very happy. I paid $10 to get it delivered day of and when they received it from the driver.....It was warm fruit. Not even a tad bit like it had been cold for a very long time. It even smelled like it had been sitting out. Also, they didn't even deliver the box of dipped fruits that I paid for that comes with the kit. For $110 I'm very disappointed! I placed an online order earlier today and it was ready when it was supposed to be (probably the only thing that went well) I was looking forward to eating the treats as I had not had edible arrangements in a while. The brownie tasted just like fridge it was so bad you could even smell it it's like it had been sitting in there for a week, disgusting. I am so happy I chose this location for my gift giving needs. I called them to place the order late on Friday night and they accepted the order in a friendly way even though it was close to closing time. I was very nervous that the order wouldn't arrive in time the next day & also about the quality of the arrangement, since I'm all the way in New Jersey. I was so happy to know they delivered the beautiful Happy Birthday box of dipped fruit ( chocolate covered strawberries and mini dipped pineapple cakes before 2pm the next day. The delivery woman Sandi even went out of her way & called me to let me know she was at the school with delivery and asked for their cell numbers so they could come down to the office to get the gift. It arrived beautiful, fresh and delicious, just as described. My students who are away at school were very happy to receive it. I will continue to use this establishment in the future.
