On point! I have not stepped foot in the location, but I am the proud recipient of a fresh fruit bouquet what seems like at least twice a month. Well my babe knows I love fruit and what better way to send his love... special delivery for me, me and me. He's the best! The fruit is always fresh and the arrangements are always prepared so beautifully. I love the option to order a box of chocolates, edible arrangement style. So instead of a box of chocolates filled with nuts, carmel etc. You know the mystery box you may receive during Valentine's Day. Well EA has a box of chocolates that includes: chocolate covered strawberries, green apple slices and bananas. The banana's are my least favorite. But this is a great concept. This location is a joke and was a disappointment. Literally ruined my entire Valentine's Day. My fiancé set it up to have my edible arrangements delivered to my job. They never made it to my job. He spent over $100 which was supposed to include delivery. He had to keep reaching out and they kept bringing the fruit back and forth to the location. I didn't get the delivery to my house until 7pm. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. The Fruit was soggy from being brought all around except to my job location for delivery . They told my fiancé he could come pick it up. He was just in an accident and couldn't drive. Thats the reason why he paid extra for delivery. Thanks for ruining a special day. I had to return the first fruit arrangement since less then 24 hrs it was slimy although keep in the fridge. This is a new fresh one. The store has may other gifts that I have not seen anywhere else. I cannot say enough good things about this location! We tried to surprise my best friend with a delivery on her birthday, but she surprised us by taking a last minute vacation with her family and decided to "disconnect" for the weekend. The store called me on Sunday when they tried to deliver and she wasn't available, I thought for sure she would be home the following day and get it then. We finally heard from her Monday night but she wasn't going to get the delivery until Tuesday afternoon, 2 full days after the original delivery date. I just assumed they would give her the same package since it was our fault for not coordinating better. When she contacted the store, they made sure to prepare a fresh delivery for her and dropped it off for her 2 days after originally planned. They were so helpful in coordinating a delivery time that worked for her and making sure the whole thing remained a great birthday surprise! She said the customer service was fantastic and the product was amazing! Thanks to the team here for helping and making sure each surprise, even the small ones, are still great! read more

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the product. In 2 months I have ordered; with the 2 orders they have both been horrible. I can see once in a while, but 2 in a row. Last month for Valentine's Day I ordered and the pineapple was hard and white. The strawberries were either mushy or white! Not very appealing. Yes they replaced the entire order. I am very appreciative of that! Then I ordered for our 13th Anniversary. The pineapple was absolutely delicious. However, the strawberries had a lot to be desired. White strawberries are not my idea of delicious, not is mushy in a few days. Extremely disappointing. I used to tell everyone that the Chesapeake Store by Sam's Circle had the best fruit. Well, guess what? Now I will no longer be a customer. I will find something else to order.! I am very disappointed in the quality of the fruit! I am sorry if you think there is an excuse, but guess what? The past 2 orders I have received as a gift have been the best tasting fruit ever. So I sent my mother in law a birthday gift of substandard wet fruit/no flowers and now this additional waste of my time speaking with what sounded like the same man from my last call with EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS! What was the point of having me call just to repeat yourself AGAIN! He did that during my call to your service center initially and he refused to allow me to speak with any one else. This is an insult to add to your initial injury. You are CROOKS! You stole money from me for garbage! DO NOT ORDER FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS ONLINE. YOU MAY OR MAY NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. After charging $127+ for 12 pieces of fruit and flowers, they did not send the flowers because they did not have them. The gift arrived in part but they did not notify me at all, I had to beg for a refund. They sent half a gift but would only refund $29 of the $127 charge. So all in all I spent $97 for 12 pieces of wet and damaged fruit. I am more than disappointed with the service received from Mohammed Junaid over the phone at their corporate office. In addition to refusing to allow me to speak to someone else he kept repeating himself. Certainly he is SORRY to say the least. I am a very dissatisfied customer and refunding me less than half when you baited and switched the purchase is criminal. Ok. So I came in today to order an arrangement for my mother's birthday next week. The one young lady that was there was very helpful and friendly. She explained to me the differences in size and price for several arrangements. After I picked one out, she charged me, but forgetting to take off the 20% since it was over $50. She apologetically voided the first order and redid it. They charged me a $15 fee for the delivery. I gave 5 stars for customer service. I will resubmit another review as soon as it gets delivered and I see what it looks like and what time it will be delivered! read more

Stopped in to grab a freebies deal. The young lady didn't know what deal I was talking about and called her boss. She then got off the phone and said she would make it for me but it would be 20 minutes. I am not sure if that 20 minutes was to deter me or not. Have worked with them in the past without issues. Place is clean and organized. I have no complaints with the exception of the sales girl being clueless of the deal for today. I pulled out my phone and she quickly let me know her boss doesn't except deals on the phone. This Edible Arrangements store delivered an inedible unripe fruit basket for $98. Called and didn't get a return call for 2 days. Finally got a return call and an alternate store delivered a "Edible" Basket 3 days later. Called to ascertain their inconvenience policy and the system kept routing me to the 2nd delivery store once I input the order number, not customer service. Had to "game" their phone system just to speak to a customer service agent. Way too much effort dealing with this company to get to a customer service agent. I previously used them often for my business a few years ago and started having repeat problems with the quality of their service. Great product, but their systems and quality control leaves a lot to be desired. They offered a $6 off code for my next order to compensate me for all the trouble. I needed a quick but nice gift for my best friends birthday as what I ordered her was not arriving until several weeks after her birthday. Today i ordered 12 chocolate covered strawberries from edible arrangements for my bosses birthday. I was surprised at the space when i went in. It was very plain just one freezer with a couple of arrangements. I placed my order did a pickup at 4:30. Went back to pick up and was handed a box by a young lady with absolutely no personality. Strawberries were good would have preferred a better presentation. Will probably use another location next time. Customer service is big in my book. read more
