**2nd Review Update for Edible store#179*** I didn't hear from Edible Management on 5.12.2025 as expected to correct issues from 5.9.2025 Mother's Day order issue. Created a corporate inquiry. No response. So I called today 5.13.2025 to speak with management. None on duty until tomorrow. Jaden, same employee I spoke with on 5.9.2025 with initial complaint about horrible brown grapes answered again. He apologized that no one followed up with me on 5.12. My chosen resolution was to reissue a new order rather than wait for a discount that probably would never materialize. The caveat was Jaden would oversee the process. Delivery estimated for later this evening by 3rd party since normal driver was out. And receive a text when driver was enroute. So a couple of hours later, I answered my Ring camera. It was Jaden himself making a personal delivery! 10/10 The grapes are plump and green 10/10 just as they should be with high remarks for the other new fruit 10/10. It was delivered in a reusable bag 10/10 with 2 special treats (one from previous order) and an I'm Sorry balloon attached! This is customer service. The original order was $97! I expect the best and it was a gift from my recent college graduate daughter. Woo Hoo! Folks.... this is customer service at its best. Mistakes happen. Jaden owned it and resolved it. If I could give zero stars I would. The order received has nothing to do with what was shown online. It was missing the base and the flowers looked old. Customer service is horrible they never answer the phone. It's the most disappointing gift sent to my mom for her birthday. I would have been better off getting flowers from a local flower shop. Ordered a $100 arrangement and paid the extra fee to have it delivered within an hour (ended up being $140). After about an hour and 30 minutes I tried calling, multiple times, to check on the status of my order and no one answered. After the THIRTY-FIFTH phone call with NO answer, and them being THREE HOURS LATE I gave up. On top of everything they never once communicated to let me know they were running late. Highly unacceptable, extremely dissatisfied and if I could give this review 0 stars I would. I will not be a future customer. ****UPDATE****** Finally got a call back from someone at the store only because my husband submitted a support ticket online. She did not apologize, instead she said "oh I didn't see it said 1 hour delivery. Our driver was stuck in traffic. Would you like him to still deliver? He's about 30 minutes away." I'm sorry, he was stuck in traffic for 3 and 1/2 hours? No ma'am, give me my refund immediately. I don't know how this location is still in business with this terrible customer service. ******UPDATE******* They still delivered the arrangement at like 6pm, I told the driver I cancelled the order and he told me I could still keep it, I told him I wouldn't be home for a few hours and i didn't want it to go bad, he left it anyways. Got home, put it in the fridge, didn't even look at it. The next morning I pulled it out and the fruit was awful. The pineapple was basically white (not ripe), the strawberries had soft spots all over them, and the cantaloupe tasted spoiled, almost acidic. Again, I will NEVER order from this location again. If you're going to order an edible arrangement drive to the memorial area and get it from there, the fruit is ALWAYS perfect and the staff is extremely responsive and helpful. read more

Really they deserve no stars because that is exactly what I received from them, 0. Zero service, zero product and zero assistance. Ordered an arrangement for my daughter-in-law's birthday. I ordered it at 9:00am for a same day delivery. At 9:00pm that day and still nothing. I tried calling the store numerous times. Left messages. Sent a email/service request, nothing. I was charged $9.99 for delivery and gave a $10 tip. I am so upset. My DNL received nothing from us for her birthday. SO disappointing. I have ordered from Edible Arrangements before with no problems, but NEVER again. The one thing I will do is make sure that anyone I know hears the horrible experience I had and the lack of customer service. I am waiting for a call back from this business to complete my request for a full refund. I don't need an arrangement for the day after my DNL's birthday. Thank you for ruining our day. Used to be their fruits were chocolate covered, now, not so much. I would pay for the best chocolate covered fruits but the latest gift I received for Valentine's Day was a disappointment with wilted strawberries and too hard pineapple with no chocolate. Save your money and buy a fruit basket from your local supermarket. The fruit will be better quality, more tasty and lots less costly. read more

I ordered a fresh fruits box to be delivered to my mother - in - law on Mother's Day and she never received her present! I received an email saying the fresh fruits box had been delivered but she never received it. We tried calling Edible Arrangements but they were closed all of today on Mother's Day. We were unable to leave voicemail because their mailbox was full. Now I'll have to call my credit card company tomorrow to dispute the charge. When my husband called the next day, they said they ran out of fruit boxes. They said the system had a glitch, saying it was delivered even though it wasn't. I placed the order on April 4 well over a month before Mother's Day and they still ran out of fruit boxes. They offered to deliver after Mother's Day but we opted for a refund instead. when my arrangement arrived which was a gift, the fruit was warm. The driver also kept ringing the doorbell until someone answered the door. Clearly while outside waiting you can hear my dogs barking, which takes a minute to put them away to answer the door. On the front door there is a notice a disabled person lives here, and may take time to answer the door. Because the fruit was warm the dipped fruit was melting. Someone from corporate needs to check out how this store operate, as if feels they do whatever and customer service is not something they care about from product to delivery. read more

The staff are nice and friendly and the treats are yummy. I do believe it is a little bit overpriced for what you get, so would encourage 20-30 percent more fruit especially on the smaller boxes keeping the same price point. Also, I DO NOT alike bananas. It should make zero difference on a mixed fruit box for someone to choose all apples, or strawberries or bananas without need to consult a manager. They have aways a compared me but i felt stressed to have to ask. I love this as a gift and have used it frequently but would use it more if especially the substitution issue on the boxes was addressed. (not talking about arrangements, just boxes) read more

OMG... if I could give a negative 10 stars I would. The worst experience I have had in a long time. I ordered a basket on Thursday for delivery on Friday, tracker said "arranging your basket, then at 1pm "out for delivery ", then at 3 pm " arranging your basket ".... Then out for delivery,then at 5:38 pm said delivered. This was going to a business which they knew and the business closed at 5pm. So it was not delivered like the tracker said. I call Monday morning and was told they got started late and it would be delivered just after lunch that day. Not delivered on Monday. Finally on Tuesday, 5 days after my ordered it was delivered. Now my question is... is this the same basket that was arranged on Friday???? And if it is just how fresh was the food product? When I spoke to someone on Monday I asked for some type of refund since they did not fulfill as promised. I was to receive a call by 5 pm on Tuesday... well guess what??? No call ! I sent my boyfriend an edible arrangement for his birthday, and he didn't receive it. Just as I was about to call customer service, Megan from EA called me to tell me their truck had broken down and the package could not be delivered during business hours. She offered chocolate covered strawberries with the redelivery to make up for it. I was very upset both that my boyfriend did not receive the package on his birthday, but also that my surprise was ruined when I had to ask him if it had ever come. I expressed my unhappiness with the situation to Megan and told her I had no interest in "complimentary" chocolate strawberries, and asked what else they could do for me. She went back to her manager and managed to convey how upset I was. She handled the problem very well by offering me redelivery and refunding my purchase price. I in now way expected them to go that far out of their way for me, and I greatly appreciated the concern shown once I managed to show them just how upset I was. Great service! I started an online order at 9:30 this morning but decided to call first to make sure same day delivery was ok. She confirmed the first round of deliveries would be picked up at 10 am so if I completed the order ASAP she'd be able to get it on the truck. The experience at this Edible Arrangements was one of the worst. I had ordered a production online and paid for delivery, but it was never delivered (there was no note left or anything at all). So called the store and talked to the manager. Phone call that I will never forget. The manager was rude;called me had me a liar, laughed at me on the phone and insisted that if I were in the store, she would be laughing in front of me. And to top if all off, she hung up on me. Talk about good customer service. They know how to treat their customers. From the photo she sent, it looked like exactly what I ordered online. I ordered it the night before at around 8pm (after they closed), and it arrived in her office before 2PM. My review is for the service at this specific location. My friend notified me that I should be on the lookout for a delivery, and that I would receive a call from them before the delivery. She wanted it to be a surprise for my birthday, but decided to tell me as it was getting late in the day and I hadn't received it yet. Once she told me to expect a delivery, I looked through my phone and saw I had a few missed calls from numbers that are not known to me and therefore I hadn't answered the calls. I never received voicemails with these calls so I didn't know who had called or for what reason. Turns out it was from them, and they couldn't deliver the arrangement that day because I hadn't answered my phone when they called. Obviously, my issue is that they didn't leave a voicemail to inform me that they were trying to deliver an arrangement to me. When I called this location back to inquire about the delivery I was told they would deliver the arrangement the next day. Fine, whatever, just leave a flipping voicemail when calling so that people know it's something that needs attention. read more

I already left another review on Google last month. We were suppose to receive an arrangement for a Christmas gift on Dec 23rd, which we still have not received. I spoke to the store a week later and they claimed it was delivered around the same time as the note that read 'sorry we missed you'. The girl, Michelle, was completely rude. Patty the owner was also rude, I actually had to hang up the phone on her as she complained to me about how busy she was. No excuse, we never received our arrangement and the gift sender did not get a refund to my knowledge. I was reminded of this the other day when I saw a Edible Arrangement truck from the very store of this owner. AVOID this company and read the reviews, they are completely true! I own my own company and would be out of business if I treated my customers this way. They basically stole money from a good friend of ours. I ordered my boyfriend a chocolate strawberry arrangement for Valentine's Day. I was super excited for him to receive it and be surprised. He took a picture when he received it and sent it to me to say thanks. But it wasn't even the arrangement that I ordered the one I ordered was about $70 and the one they sent him was like a $49 arrangement.. I specifically ordered the ones I did because they had white chocolate which is his favorite and the ones I sent were just milk chocolate. I called the customer service and the lady gave me a case reference number saying that the store manager would call me and I'm still waiting to get a call... A week later. I didn't expect them to refund me the full amount I just wanted the difference that I paid credited back on my card.. Is that so hard? I'm pretty pissed but they're honestly not even worth my time they will never get my business again. I will not recommend edible arrangements to anybody. I placed an order on Wednesday for same day delivery within the same day window and the store calls me to tell me they sent their driver home. I kindly agreed for them to deliver my order today but that it had to be around 6pm because no one would be home otherwise. They said they would and thanked me for understanding. It's almost 7pm and my order isn't there. I called at 6:30 only to receive a closed store message and no answer even though the hours of operation state they are open until 7pm. I just called corporate to file a complaint and obtain a full refund because this level of service for $40 fruit is unacceptable. read more
