My children (who love out of town) ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my husband for Father's day. It was set up for pick up, but I hurt my knee the night before and was unable to pick them up. I called and asked if I could change it to delivery, this was 10:30 am on Father's Day. The woman who answered was extremely nice and she said no problem. When she delivered them to my house, I heard her tell my husband that she hopes I feel better. Ordered a spread of chocolate dipped strawberries and cheesecake cookies for my granddaughter for Valentine's day. My daughter picked them up on Saturday. TBH, I expected the layout to be much smaller than the pic online. However, it was a very good size and the product was fresh and very tasty. My daughter was impressed. And my granddaughter loved it. If she had her way she probably would have tried to eat through the whole thing in one sitting. Very nice job by the team there, especially during what I'm sure was a busy time. read more

I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. I am a frequent customer of other stores and had earned a free box of chocolate covered fruit. When I walked into the empty store with its empty display cases, a worker came from the back. She told me it would be about half hour because they had nothing prepared. I agreed to come back to pick up in a half hour. She then called me a couple minutes later to tell me they were much busier than she realized and they would be unable to complete my order for 4 hours! Seriously, it's fruit dipped in chocolate. It takes 4 hours?! I can understand they may have had a bunch of delivery orders to prepare (bc there wasn't a single customer anywhere to be seen) but you need to take care of the customer in front of you. It's not that complicated. I'll certainly never order from this particular store and have serious questions about continuing my business relationship with this company altogether if that's their idea of customer service. read more

They are too expensive. The help is inexperienced. I ordered a large arrangement before Christmas and I signed up for the rewards program and was told I would receive discounts and box of chocolate covered fruit for my birthday. My birthday was 2 days after Christmas. I was also told I would receive an email. The only emails I get are to purchase more fruit. I went into the store and requested my box of fruit. I was told that you had to sign up a month before (not stated on the sign or a year in advance. - also not stated) they agreed that it didn't say anything about a waiting period. I had a terrible experience. My Air Force son had asked me to order his father one for his 65th birthday so I searched on line and found a really nice one (I thought). I ordered the larger size so that he would have more fruit. We have in the past ordered the medium size and it had a good bit of fruit but I thought since it was a special occasion he would enjoy a large one. It was to be delivered. I called on the morning it was to be delivered because we were leaving for the day at 3pm and I wanted to make sure he would be here for the delivery. I was told "Well, I can't tell you when it will be delivered. Our delivery man doesn't get here until 11 and probably won't leave until almost 12 so it will be delivered between 12 to 4." I then asked if I could pick it up and was told I could. I told the person on the phone I would be there around 11. She said that was fine it was almost done. I did arrive around 11 and when she brought it out of the back I asked if she was sure that was mine, I had ordered a large. She said it was my order. I told her that I had gotten mediums with more fruit and she just gave me a nasty look. I left with this for my husband but was not happy at all. I sent a message to customer service and was told I would hear from someone in 48 hours if they felt it was necessary (Really, if they think it was necessary). That was on March 5th and I still have not heard from anyone. I feel they don't care about the value of our dollar. I put the fruit in containers to put in the refrigerator and did not have to use containers as big as the ones I used for the mediums I had gotten previously. I did not tell my son about this as everyone know that our military does not make lots of money and I didn't want him to know how terrible it was. Don't think they have to worry about my business if they can't even contact someone about an issue. read more

Ordered an arrangement for my mother in law for her birthday, I ordered from online, the pictures looked great, but they wouldn't tell you exactly how big the 60-80$ arrangements where! Ordered one that I thought was nice, it was 90 somthing dollers, got there and picked it up and almost laffed when she brought it out, it was no bigger then those small boxes (20 packs) of tea. I asked the lady behind the desk if this is exactly what I ordered and she said yes, then I politely asked " I'm sorry, I don't wanna sound rude but for almost 100$ I thought I was getting something a little bigger..?" She replied and said " well you can't see how big they are online, you need to come into the store to see that" uhh??? What about if your ordering for someone out of state or Somewhere they don't have a place close by that U can just " Pop in" they need to put some kind of chart up online so U can see the sizes compared to things. Anywho, unhappy to pay for somthing that small, I did anyway since it was already made and looked almost identical to the photo. I would give them another star because it was delicious, but there just too expensive. And the " bigger ones" $100+ range, no thank you. At that point I'll just do it myself. Terrible Idea. Ordered a basket for my wife to celebrate her new job, to be delivered at her office. I ordered on a Thursday asking for a Friday delivery (thinking it would be delivered in a timely manner). Lunch time comes on Friday, no delivery yet. So I called to find out why it hasn't been delivered, what they told me was, it would be delivered in the afternoon in a timeframe when she would have already left work. I told them it was complete bull$h!+. They told me delivery times were clearly stated on the website before you buy and not guaranteed. Actually they weren't clearly stated anywhere, what they were was in the very fine print on a part of the page that I had to scroll down the page to see and on top of that it was below the order link. I asked for a refund and was told no my order was made at 8:11 am so was already done therefor no refund. So my order that was completed wasn't guaranteed for the max of anywhere between the afternoon and 6pm.So I had to demand a refund on my card and then was told I'd have to wait 7-10 days for the funds to be put back in to my account. What I purchased was damn near $100 not the most money but nothing to fucking sneeze at either. As for any compensation for my troubles not an offer at all. I believe I've had better customer service experiences at the DMV and the IRS, I know for sure I got more compassion from both. Never again. read more
