Dont even consider buying online for delivery on this particular location. I called twice - to follow up my online orders-the first person I spoke with was rude and dismissive - she said she cant give me an update on the time of delivery- even just the time frame kept saying delivery is between 12-7pm - follow up on web site, Thats 7 hours ! A friend sent me a chocolate covered strawberry arrangement as a surprise, and it was delivered to my house. Very unprofessional service! When an employee arrived at my doorstep, she BANGED on my door loudly and started ringing my doorbell over and over! I had not expected a delivery, so I was pretty startled, not to mention people really shouldn't be doing this type of rude behavior in general! As I peered through the peephole, a little scared, I noticed that the car she was driving was UNMARKED. I only cautiously opened the door when she started saying my full name loudly, and that I had a delivery. Only then did she even mention that she was from Edible Arrangements. After that rant, I suppose I should mention something about the product. The chocolate on the strawberries was already starting to melt when I received them. At least the strawberries were large and chocolate was tasty. After putting them in the fridge for a while, they returned back to normal. I really should've read the reviews here before ordering. It was a pure disappointment. I ordered a bouquet online for my parents. Once I realized my parents will not be home at the time, called the gardena store to tell them to deliver it to my dad's workplace instead. The guy on the phone was bit snappy, but I didn't think too much of it. On the delivery day, they delivered it to home, but since there's no one there, they call my mom and somehow brought it to the right place eventually. My parents were baffled by how rude the delivery man was and enraged by the service. The bouquet definitely wasn't up to the quality. I was told Edible Arrangements was the place to go. I locate this particular store. Customer service was very bad. As my wife and I walked into the store, the person behind the counter NEVER greeted us. If he did, we didn't hear him. He looked at us as if we were in the wrong place! Next I needed to repeat my name 2-3 times. He went back to retrieve our item. My wife wanted to make sure everything was correct. She opened it, observed, and closed the box. There was no, "Is everything ok, anything else i can help you with, have a nice day, NOTHING!!!" Although my order was correct and very nice, the customer service was a D-. Don't know if you don't like black people, or having a bad day. At the least pretend to like an appreciate your customers. People and businesses need support of customers in this time. I just placed and online order for it to be delivered today. While I do understand that this is last minute, I called to double check that it can be delivered in the first place before 5. Because the website clearly states that business orders will be delivered before 5. The owner, Urma, decided to be very rude & sarcastic. I wanted her to listen first so I can give her my order. She refused to listen & kept saying that the driver was already out. I understand that the driver was out so I was hoping to pick it up myself & get the delivery fee refunded. Of course, Urma did not listen. Isntead, she kept on repeating the same thing over & over again. There is a reason why this place has 2 stars on yelp. I will be filling a complaint with Edible Arragements because of her lack of customer service. She was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. I was trying to be nice but I could not handle it once she started being sarcastic. Plain and simple - not worth the money! Don't expect your arrangement to look like the photo online. I was PISSED when my BF sent me the picture of the arrangement. The whole idea was to be an embarrassing girlie arrangement, but instead i was the one who was embarrassed by the cheap-looking arrangement. This location did a half-ass job on the Hello Kitty arrangement that I ordered. (look in photos to see what I ordered vs what was delivered.) The arrangement only came with ONE Hello Kitty face pineapple cut out and nothing else in it was themed to what I had ordered. Even the tin can that it came in was green, instead of the HK one in the picture! I could understand if they didn't have the supplies to fulfill my request - if they had called me to explain. Instead of transferring my order to one of the many Edible Arrangement stores in my area, they put together that POS arrangement and sent it on it's way. For the record, I contacted EA's corporate office to express my disappointment and they didn't event acknowledge my complaint with any type of response. I will never order from this company again. Fuck this entire company. I hope someone come up with a bigger and better idea and put them out of business. I just placed an order online on, Monday, 05/08/23 to be delivered today, 05/12/2023. Unbeknownst to me, the store that received my order is closed and has been closed for an unspecified amount of time. When I called corporate, immediately I was met with "the only thing we can do is cancel the order". I just received a call from a neighboring store letting me know that I can still receive my order AFTER Mother's Day, because what I purchased couldn't be fulfilled because it was not included in their "mother's day special items". I'll never be spending a dime with this company. Basically, everyone I spoke to was unforgiving and made it seem like I should've known the store was closed and it's my fault. This EA location is pretty legit. I placed an order online to have an arrangement delivered to my sister's job on Mother's Day. I later called to ask them if they could deliver the arrangement after 2pm and they were more than happy to accomodate me. A day before the arrangement was set to be delivered, I called to ask them if they could deliver it a day early and not before 2pm, AND THEY AGREED!!! I totally did not expect them to say yes because it was so last minute during one of their busiest seasons. After my sister called to tell me how much she loved her arrangement, someone from the EA called to let me know that they forgot to deliver the ballons, which was a total BUMMER, but that they would be issuing a partial refund immediately. WOW! Needless to say, I am very pleased with the staff at this location. I appreciate their flexibility and professionalism. Even though they forgot the ballons, they apologized for the mistake and wasted no time in fixing it. 5 STARS!! read more

I ordered a Birthday arrangement for my mother's birthday. I'm in NYC and my mom ordinarily lives with us. But because of Covid-19, she is in LA until it is safe to travel. She's home sick, so I really wanted to send her something nice to pick up her spirits. The arrangement arrived during the birthday party we shared on Zoom and it was gorgeous and apparently extremely delicious. I want to thank the crew who took the order, designed the arrangement and delivered it. These are hard times for everyone and I'm grateful to these essential workers who are keeping us afloat. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! I ordered a large size edible arrangement and they gave me a small! Then, they played it off acting like the small was a large when it CLEARLY was not. How do I know? When I called and asked them how many pieces come in a large arrangement they said 60-65 and a small has 40-45 fruit pieces. The large order arrangement that I ordered and they gave me had 30 pieces of fruit! Also, if I compare my arrangement to the large size picture online it is totally different. And lastly, the arrangement does not look close to being worth $94. $94 for 30 pieces of fruit? Really? Not only did they screw up the order size, the arrangement of the fruit was horrible! Came here today to pick up my arrangement since I missed my delivery yesterday. They only have 1 delivery attempt, then you're responsible for picking it up. The location is located in a great shopping center with tons of parking. They open early so I was able to go before work (8am). The store front is very small but the owner was very nice. At all costs stay away from this place! I placed an order this early morning for delivery today. It's stated the latest delivery will be 5PM. Low and behold it's past the time. I called in and the line was busy for nearly 30 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone they said yes it was delivered but they were unable to locate the delivery receipt so they have no idea when it was delivered... I can guarantee the person did not receive it. I asked if they can check again and they put me on hold so they can double check the refrigerator. Of course, put on hold for ages and the phone call was dropped. Now I'm on the phone again for another 30 minutes... terrible service. Wasted $120. read more

Worse experience ever!!! I walked in and NO ONE was at the front counter, so I kept saying Helllllooooooo? Hellllloooooooooooooo???? Anybody still works here???? An older man came right out of the restroom and the toilet was still flushing when he came.out, he had no mask, no gloves, no anything! He saw me through the window of the door that divides the front of the store and the back part and he never even came to the front of the store. He asked me. And I quote, " Yea, what you want?". I said, i.was interested in purchasing a pre made fruit arrangement, because it was just a last minute thought. He was so effing rude. He just abruptly cut me off and walked away. Not to mention, when I walked in the store he had no displays in the refrigerated areas. He had some steal cookies in a dispenser and knats were flying inside of it. He is truly a filthy pig for not washing his hands when he came out of restroom. I wouldnt want him to arrange me shut. With his nasty self and nasty attitude. I see what others were talking about. I'm surprised he is still in business It wont be long before he is out of business soon. There is graffiti written a over his windows. I was very pleased with my experience here, I had ordered a surprise arrangement for my moms birthday the night before (11/19) and arranged for it to be picked up by 2 pm today (11/20). I got there a bit earlier than expected without calling to inform them, and my arrangement was already made and ready to be picked up. The presentation was perfect and the fruit was nice and fresh and also very sweet! We devoured the entire basket... Aside from the fact that it was beautifully made, the man that helped me was also very nice. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name but he was very nice and greeted me right away. He also held the open the door for me after he saw that my hands were full with not only my arrangement but my phone, keys, and wallet as well. There is street parking, which could be a downside on a busy day but I came on an early Monday afternoon so parking was available right out front. In my notes, I stressed that she is allergic to strawberries, so I didn't want them included. After the payment, I called to confirm that he saw "no strawberries". His response, "I cannot do that, it's already made". He said, "I can't alter it, there's nothing I can do." I hung up disappointed and called another location. She said, "Yes, ofcourse we can do no strawberries." The Gardena location has no consideration for allergies. I would suggest ordering to the Manhattan Beach location, they have much better service. Be warned! Don't use this Edible Arrangements in Tozai Plaza (Western & Redondo Beach Blvd).They use moldy fruit & when you call them on it, instead of being mortified that people might have unknowingly eaten bad fruit, the owners gang up on you, YELL at you for eating what you did eat & tell you they would have "replaced the bad fruit." My husband picked up the arrangement around 2:00pm, Thursday, December 23. Brought it to his office at around 2:30p and left it in the common area for his staff members to enjoy. He immediately had patients to see and was busy examining them. After closing time, a staff member, sheepishly walks up to my husband and informs him of the moldy fruit. I can only imagine how nervous she must have been to bring it to his attention but she probably knew someone had to, so that no one else could possibly get sick. He was immediately mortified and not to mention embarrassed. This was at 6:30p. He immediately drove back to the store with the moldy arrangement to show them what had happened (6:45p). The girl who was there was rude and unapologetic and said all she could do was replace the grapes. What? Are you kidding me? It is at the end of the day, everyone at the office has gone home. She said that is all she could do. Owners were not in but would be the next day. The next morning, CHRISTMAS EVE mind you, my husband comes home after going back to the store and tells me how their entire family, but mostly the husband and wife owners ganged on up on him and yelled at him. It was completely unprofessional behavior. THEY TRIED TO PASS ON MOLDING, ROTTING FRUIT. Period. End of story.
