I contacted the store and the girl was ver nice on the phone. She had me send photos and I was contacted by the manager via text. He apologized and said he would deliver a new bouquet when their new shipment. Today I received a beautiful bouquet and I was also given a complimentary box of chocolate covered strawberries. The delivery driver dropped our arrangement on the street. Balloons were lost. On top of that the fruit was spoiled and delivery driver was not wearing a mask. We called the store immediately to let them know and ask for a refund. The employee said the supervisor said since it was delivered we had to bring it in and prove that there was damage. Also a refund would not be given, only a replacement (two days after my event). This was on a Saturday and they said we couldn't bring it in that day because they were going to close early. Monday was the next day they would be open. They wouldn't tell me when the supervisor would be in so I could talk to them. We had to stop preparing for our get together to resolve this by spending time on the phone with the store and with corporate. Corporate refunded us immediately but the unprofessionalism of this location is horrible. Avoid ordering from here. read more

I love edible arrangements! I love giving them AND getting them. I live in Los Angeles and wanted to send a friend of mine that lives in Wisconsin something special. Flowers die, and I know how much she loves fruit... and chocolate covered at that! I ended up deciding on the Delicious Daisy Dipped Pineapple and Strawberry. I did everything online and was even able to track the delivery on the app! She received it on time, cold, fresh, and beautifully wrapped! I think that the quality of the flowers and the packaging for the fruit and the gift bag used were all excellent. The birthday balloon was not the one I thought I was getting, but it was acceptable. However, strawberries are in peak season and the strawberries used for this gift were very pale, anemic at best. (I'm sure the chocolate made up for that, though.) The reason I selected three stars is because there was a delivery issue which is unforgivable: I paid $14.95 for delivery, only to have the individual placing the order on the porch dump the gift and leave. No attempt was made to ring the doorbell or knock on the door ! The gift recipient, my sister was home at the time. I only discovered that the package had been left abandoned on the porch when I looked at my email. By that time, on this hot day, the chocolate was sweating and the flowers were in danger of wilting. Not exactly sure what's going on with this store. Used to be my go to, especially when I needed a gift for that hard to shop for person or a last minute party. Quality has taken a serious nose dive at this location. I've purchased dipped fruit and arrangements from other stores and they are noticeably fuller and the Chocolate even tastes better. Not sure if you're skimping on the fruit or watering down your chocolate but this store needs to get it together. read more

I am a huge fan of edible arrangements. We sent this to my dad for his 83rd birthday, and I'm a little disappointed. The cantaloupe is not ripe, the watermelon is mangled, and the kiwi has the skin on it. I get kiwi is a very fragile fruit, but honestly it looked so thrown together. The arrangement is the worst I've ever seen. For the amount of money and the lack of quality, it's very disappointing. read more

I should have snapped a photo before I gave the bouquet. I ordered the regular size simply edible bouquet When I picked it up it contained - 3 strawberries, 3 pineapple flowers , 3 pieces of cantaloupe, 3 piece of honeydew and 6 individual grapes. I paid extra for 5 chocolate covered strawberries....... this cost me $58.00! That was with me picking it up! Though it was pretty, it was really surprisingly small. I said that when I picked it up and the girl just said I am sorry you think so. It has been years since I ordered one of these and probably will be years again if ever before I order one again. I hope it tastes good! Bought as a gift. read more

I called in my order and spoke with one of their fruit experts to make sure my order was going to be correct and it arrived missing items. i called and asked about the missing items i was told i ordered something else. I specifically wanted a platter that included grapes and they dont make substantions to their arrangements. So I was sold a platter over the phone that i was told included grapes. No grapes arrived. When i called and asked about the grapes i was told to go to their store and pick them up. That didn't seem right so i said i paid the $15 delivery fee it would be fair if you just delivered the grapes like you said you were going to. They said they would need to speak with the owner. I called again to try and get this problem solved and the manager snapped and started yelling and hung up. I can understand that complaining about grapes seems petty but if you spend almost $170 with a company and i made it a point to want a specific item in an order, and i called and made the order personally over the phone, you want what you paid for. I didn't yell at them, just explained that i feel i deserve what i was sold. they wont do anything about it. I feel a refund would be sufficient. It was a mistake and i could be more reasonable and brush it off but they wanted to yell at me over the phone so now i want a refund. Nobody cares. Not the store owner, not the corporate office. With corporate they say its my word against theirs basically but the phone calls are supposed to be recorded and nobody is reviewing the call apparently. Do yourself a favor and dont use edible arrangements. You will receive whatever you get and if the delivery was made then thats all you're gonna get. If you have an issue, no one is going to care and you might get yelled at and hung up on. On their "on hold" music they say lovely and reassuring things about delivering happiness like they care. Decent service, had none of the ready to go small items. Had one bigger item. I ordered a smoothie and when I began drinking it in the car I realized the woman left the skin on the mango which is unacceptable. Trying to drink it I had chunks of mango skin that I had to keep spitting out it completely ruined my whole drink. When I called about it the woman said this is what the owners wants them to do to add "texture" whether this is true or not neither way is it acceptable. The skin of a mango isn't meant to be eaten an I shouldn't have to be spitting out parts of my smoothie while consuming it. read more

Wow!!! What a selection of eye-appealing treats!!! I had seen one of their trucks drive by me in my car and thought to check it out for an anniversary gift to my boyfriend. I ordered the Chocolate Covered Strawberry bouquet set for pick-up. It was easy to place my order online and select a message I wanted placed on the card.
