Thinking that calling a week in advance with routine follow-ups would assure my delivery would be on-time, was actually just a dream. This location is NOT reliable to deliver on-time. Expect delivery to business locations to arrive past business hours (after 5PM). The chocolate-covered fruit was rolled around the box, like they had thrown it in the back seat of their car. And was lead to believe the delivery was on premise when actually they were still in commute. Poor poor poor service. They don't answer the phone. The online status does not get updated in a timely manner. When I finally spoke to the manager , she told me no one on in the store that day spoke English so they don't answer the phone. Did I say bad service. Delivered late. Let me start out by saying this place has the WORST Customer Service!! Who the hell hired this women! I'm a business owner & me nor my staff would ever rush a person off the phone! Nor come off with an attitude! I called in to check on my order and the women who picked up the phone had an attitude & rushed me off the phone! Very unprofessional! All I wanted to know what was the status on my order!?!?! Also the order was super late.. whoever delivered it got there 10mins before closing.. are you kidding me? Very disappointed in my $100.00 arrangement. I called the day after my mom sent me a picture, It was not what I expected at all. It was not as pictured there was no stars, the chocolate looked very messy & the bananas looked old & not firm (mushed)her favorite color was blue for the bowl she didn't get as pictured & I requested. I called & complained about my disappointment the lady took my info & told me Mohammed would call me back. Well, he never did. Poor management. I will never order from any edible arrangements again. This place has the worst customer service. My bf ordered an arrangement for me on 2/13 to be delivered to my job on valentines day. At 6pm, they hadn't delivered anything so i called to find out what happened. At first, the woman on the phone told me the driver tried to deliver but the company must have closed early, mind you i was calling from my job. She put me on hold, after a while a gentleman comes on the phone and tells me my arrangement was in the back. He takes my home address and says he is sending it out at that moment. 8:30 pm, still no delivery and they close at 8. No phone call, no nothing. To tell me its valentines day and they are backed up is ridiculous since you know this day would be busy so u would think u are prepared. Well they dont have to worry, they have 1 less customer to worry about. Will never deal with them again. read more

My daughter called me and asked how the Birthday arrangement was for her mother (my wife). I said I didn't know what she was talking about. She had ordered a birthday arrangement and she had a message that it was delivered. I told her nothing was delivered, checked the video camera recording to see if was stolen, and confirmed that nothing had come. My daughter tried for the next 4 days to get it delivered (with promises that it's on it's way) before she cancelled. Sorry, this is an unreliable, untrustworthy business... look elsewhere. Do not order from the Midland Park Edible Arrangements. I have ordered from other Edible Arrangement locations in the past and have had no problems but this particular location is a definite loser. They did not deliver the "surprise" delivery on the date requested and in fact did not deliver it the following day until I happened to check -multiple times throughout the day! I don't live near this location so thank goodness I checked. They definitely can't be trusted and the 2 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries...(which they told me was sitting in the store refrigerator) may have ended up being rotten when they finally were delivered. Ordered an arrangement and told them to keep the strawberries plain due to lactose intolerance. They made a mistake and dipped them.Even though this did happen they were great about fixing the issue. I was given a replacement with some added gifts. Amazing customer service! The arrangements were also gorgeous. read more

I'm so disappointed on this midland park location !! I ordered 2 boxes of strawberries paying about 40 dollars per box all excited when I opened the box the strawberries were old and the chocolate all dripping and wet !! I was so disappointed I couldn't believe my eyes this place is suppose to sell fresh fruits with chocolate I was so pissed never will I ordered from Thai location ever again ! I bought it for my mom for Mother's Day and my mom was so sad her strawberry were old and not fresh making my gift seen like crap !! read more

Although the location is not the best, the customer service is fantastic! In the 4 years i have lived in midland park I never knew this place was even here. When i called the number listed on the webiste to find out more about the basket i wanted I dealt with someone named Chris. ( I think that was his name) he was very helpful and knowledgeable. My neice loved her basket !!! The only reason I did not give this review 5 stars is because the location is poor. I would have never known this existed had I not went online. read more

AWFFULLLLLLL! Order my mom a valentines day chocolate strawberry arrangement and got an email it was delivered successfully. I was confused as my mom never called to thank me, so I called her to find out she never got it... Well thats confusing isn't it! Now the surprise was ruined, oh yeah and Valentines Day was over. So I call them the next day and they try to deliver again and for whatever reason it doesn't happen... again. This is fun, really! Not annoying or anything. So Im over it now, I talk to the manager who says they will send it out the next day. But Im annoyed they wouldn't do a nicer arrangement or give me some money back as shipping Valentines day was more expensive than the day after. So they overall were awful and lost me as a customer. If they did it for free, or did a nicer gift I'd be happy. But the man I talked to on the phone was BEYOND RUDE (think he was the manager) so instead I got my money back and ordered from a local chocolate shop, working with people who actually care!!!!
