She helped me choose what kind of chuppah, size, and floral decoration. She patiently listened to what we wanted, allowed me to send example photos and sent me sample photos to be sure we were on the same page. As we got closer to the date, Lea worked with the wedding planner to tweak the delivery, set up, and removal. Best of all, as I became more of an anxious mother-of-the-bride, she spent time on the phone with me, patiently reassuring me and walking me through exactly how everything would go. I really appreciated how understanding and non-judgemental she was. The chuppah was perfect and the delivery and removal went totally smoothly. I highly recommend!

They were kind enough to reach out to inform me they do not have a smiley mug but will do their best to find one. I wasn't upset about it or anything and also let them know if they couldn't locate one, i can option for a heart or something. Luckily, they were able to locate a smiley mug anyways. The effort and customer service they have provided me all these years since 2019 or 2020 until now has been phenomenal. I truly appreciate all the hard work the staff does! It would've been a…read moreshame to lose them, because it's one of my neighborhood spots I rely on when I'm having people over and I want to freshen up my living room, or when it's my Dad's passing anniversary and they usually have a really nice selection to choose from. The owner is so attentive, kind, and very caring and the guys who work there are great too. If you're not sure what to get, they'll help you put something together that looks beautiful without making it complicated. Whether picking up something simple for your home or ordering flowers for someone else, the arrangements always come out lovely. When I visit, I leave with something I'm happy with. I love to support them, and hope they stay around for a long time.

They not only created an beautiful arrangement, but delivered it to Pelham, NY on Saturday afternoon, the very same day on short notice. But it turned out our friend had moved. Then John, the owner, requested the new address. On Monday, they delivered an even more beautiful arrangement to Brooklyn. John was a total mensch, very kind and very funny.
