If I could give a 0 (zero) I would. I've always wanted one of these arrangements and after a major surgery, I got one from my coworkers. I'm just gonna call it exactly what it is; inedible. I'm very sad because I'm sure they spent a lot of money, but the whole thing went in the trash. The fruit was absolutely disgusting who serves the core to a pineapple.? the strawberries were white on the inside, not red. I went in there for the first time trying to do something special for my gf. The manager was incredibly helpful, I was able to make substitutions for other fruits I knew my gf liked. When I picked it up, I was very happy with the presentation and overall quality of my fruit tree. read more

Sent a basket my dad his birthday gift on 10/19/17. Ordered 2 days in prior. I wanted to surprise him at his work and he gets off work at 3 so I wanted to make sure that the basket was delivered before 3. Wasn't sure what to do so called the store to ask. Lady on the phone was so nice and told me that she couldn't guarantee but would leave a message for the delivery person. The basket was delivered around 10 am. If I could do 0 stars I would. My husband (who is away) made an order for my birthday to be delivered during the week. They couldn't make the delivery happen because they changed their hours, so they refused to deliver it before I get home from work when their delivery time stops, which was 15 minutes, and they refused to credit him back for the undeliverable order because they said they needed to speak to him. Even after explaining he was away and providing all the information they requested, they kept his $, didn't deliver and were rude beyond belief. I have no words for them, but the company won't ever see a dime of ours again. read more

Placed my order at a different store, they had to transfer order due to nit in their area. I was called and told patient was not in the hospital which I told them I knew he definitely was. They would not reconsider redelivering and that I had to pick it up myself. I did and patient was indeed in the hospital. Customer service at this store is non existent. They would not even consider refunding my delivery charge of $14.99 even though I had to deliver it. Will NEVER use them again. I had a horrible experience in this store this morning. I randomly popped in after going to the UPS store this morning. Upon going in with my son he saw the cupcakes on the display and asked for 1. I asked Tejal what flavors they had and she proceeded to say the ones up there and pointed to the board. I advised her that I didn't see any flavors listed and could she tell me some options. She then told me again "the ones on there". In the picture it looks like a vanilla so I assumed so and asked "Vanilla"? She said yes. I asked what flavor icing and she pointed again and I said Vanilla? She said "yeah, yeah". She went in the back and we waited for a few minutes. After coming from the back she was on the phone (I assumed taking someone's order) and didn't say just a moment ma'am or anything. She was talking for a few minutes and I politely asked if she was able to ring me up. She then said one minute please. A minute or 2 later she said I could insert my card. Upon doing so I saw she had charged me for the classic fruit salad which is 5.99. I let her know she rung me up for the wrong thing as the cupcakes were only 4.99. I hit the red x to cancel and removed my card and then (I assume) she charged it as credit and I was charged 5.99. It's a dollar so not like it's a huge amount but when I asked her why she still charged me after I let her know it was the incorrect price she proceeded to tell me that the price had changed just now and she was on the phone with the owner who was telling her it was 5.99 and the pricing display would change later. I asked if she would be honoring the displayed price and correct the charge and she said no. I advised her that I didn't feel that was fair because it is listed as 4.99 and I was rung up for the wrong item. I asked again if she would correct it and she said no. Now again it's $1.00 so it's not even about the money. At this point it's about the whole experience. She was rude, argumentative and flat out disrespectful. To charge me anyway when I asked her to correct the issue and removed my card. I asked to speak to the owner since she was still holding the phone and she started talking to him and I'm guessing they advised her to correct it. She then gave me the difference and upon leaving she said THEY thought I was rude and to speak to her that way was rude. Mind you, I was professional during this whole experience. I said "So you think I'm rude because I asked you to correct a price?" and then she proceeded to say she was going away and walked in the back. Then to top it off I go to the car and the cupcake is FROZEN. read more

Valentine's Day disaster. Website says don't worry about it. They'll take care of it. Nope. They said they left a door tag... girlfriend said she saw no tag. Apparently called her on the cell phone with no voicemail (who picks up a random number these days). Not happy I paid $20 for delivery when my girlfriend needed to pick it up anyways. I called the first time for my complaint. Said the manager would get back to me. Second call, said the manager wasn't there and the woman was rude to me about it's not their fault. Still waiting for the manager to contact me. Definitely won't be doing business with Edible Arrangements going forward. read more

The customer service is always friendly and professional. The fruit is always fresh, and the arrangements are always beautiful. I have tried several of the other locations, but none of them can match the Outstanding experiences I have had at this location. I had the absolute BEST experience here! This establishment went over and beyond in making my husband's birthday special!!!! He was on a business trip in the area, and I attempted to place a same day order for a birthday basket. I was not able to place the order online due to the last minute arrangements, so I took the chance and called the store directly for a same day delivery. The store not only agreed to take the order last minute, but also worked with me to find the perfect time to deliver the order - after all, it was a surprise. My husband was located on a military installation, and base deliveries were not possible. Mr. Maulin, the store manager, was kind enough to volunteer to bring the delivery to a location close to the base, and wait in the car for my contact to pick up the order. Mr. Maulin was flexible, accommodating, and made me feel as though our order was top priority, despite a full work day of other orders to fill that day (as evidence by my inability to place the order online so late). My husband was pleased, the order was beautifully created (I saw plenty of pictures), and I am VERY grateful for Mr. Maulin's kindness towards us. I can not say "thank you" enough! read more
