So here's my experience SAM the manager/ so he say his name was Sam..Owner hung up on me TWICE an said that I wanted free services (this is after stating that yes he would refund me and not apologizing for the miscommunication that his store failed miserably to do) I ordered a princess bouquet for someone instead of calling to let me know that the parent had pick up the item they replaced the delivery charge with balloons of some sort that would be fine with me had someone called me to let me know that 1 the order was picked up and 2 that in place of the delivery charge something else was added. Why is it now Wednesday and I am calling the store and I received NOTHING BUT ATTITUDE and was told that I'm looking for free services ARE U KIDDING ME 1 that is FRADULENT to state that a service (delivery) would be granted and was not and then not communicate with the payee n replace it with something else TRUST ME I WAS ASKED NOT TO USE THAT STORE ANYMORE BELIVE U ME I WILL NOT... a simple my apologies for the miscommunication and a refund of the delivery charge is all I wanted instead I received ATTITUDE was hung up on twice without an apology YELLED at as if I was wrong SERIOUSLY? I had an arrangement sent for my birthday from my sons. Unfortunately half the flowers were dead. My son let them know of what had happened and I can say they clearly know how to do business. I placed the order from San Diego, only knowing the address, nothing more, I was crossing fingers that they didn't have any issues finding the place, but omg the delivery service was amazing by Ray, he went way far and beyond to make sure my friend got her arrangement, super flexible with the time, keeping me informed of the delivery. I live in Los angels and she lives in Miami. I order fruit arrangement and they delivered on time. It's looks beautiful but- when she want to eat all the fruits were bad! Not for eating. I would not advise using this location to place an order. After waiting all day for my arrangement to be delivered. I talked with the assistant store manager Cecilia who promised the arrangement would be delivered before 5pm. Which was very inconvenient, makes no sense to deliver birthday arrangements in the night time but I accepted it. 5pm came and no delivery, called Cecilia back and now she says she she never guaranteed anytime and has no idea when the delivery will be made. The lack of professionalism is appalling. You can't get a straight answer. Stay away unless you have all day and night to wait for them to bother to show up. Very disappointing! read more

Beware of placing online orders Upon placing an online order. I was contacted by the store to send pictures of my credit card & ID via email. After I was already charged, they stated it was for fraud protection to which I replied I don't believe this is secure to have your online customers ID & Credit info sitting in a gmail account. Furthermore they stated we don't actually get your name just the last 4 card numbers from online orders. To which I replied this is exactly the purpose why so what's the point of having a secured server for payment online than to bypass it via gmail. Also that's assuming it's an outside breach. Essentially whoever verifies these orders has access to the info as well. I've contacted corporate to which they replied it's a independent franchisee. So then I reported them to the better business bureau. The reason massive Data Breaches occur is due to negligence such as this. read more

Are you looking for something to impress someone special...I mean REALLY impress them....I got a "flower" arrangement consisting of fruit and marshmallow from Edible Arrangements for my birthday and WOW....it really impressed us all at the office. I have never seen such exquisitely presented fruit, so fresh, and such an absolute treat!!!! A huge change from the traditional chocolate or flowers and it meant the person sending it to me knows I LOVE different and healthy. Very unprofessional staff and horrible customer service. We ordered an edible arrangement on Monday to be picked up on Friday, and when we walk in they say someone took our order. After a few minutes of investigating, they came to realize they never actually made our order and said they'll start now. We were in a rush to make it in time to work in 20 minutes, so they offered to delivered. The manager made it seem like he was offering us free smoothies for the inconvenience, but after walking out, they chased us down and made us go back inside to pay!!! I didn't even want a smoothie, they just made it seem like they were kindly offering it complementary for the extreme inconvenience!! And all the while this was happening, the store was crowded and none of the staff was doing what needed to be done, the frozen yogurt machine wasn't working, they ran out of chocolate, and the manager was extremely rude to his staff! Definitely never dealing with this location again!! I will never give edible arrangements in Aventura my business...I received an order from an anonymous person and it's something I don't eat. I called and told the store the situation this morning and they reassured me they would be happy to remake the order...4 1/2 hours later I call to find out about it and the owner tells me he's not remaking the order and he's not going to lose money on it...mind you it's 12 chocolate dipped strawberries which you can make at home for less than $5...so he's losing nothing but his pride. this afternoon, i went online to order an arrangement for my godmother. the commercials on tv reminded me of how delicious the arrangement my mom brought home was so i decided to surprise her with the same delight. i went online and after scrolling through an endless page of tempting fruit, i decided on the "Job Well Done" arrangement. (*TIP* when ordering online, Google "edible arrangements promo codes" and you can save up to $10 on entire order.) an hour after i placed the order, i was on my way over to pick it up and a little voice told me to call and confirm. the woman told me that instead of choosing today's date, i chose a pickup for tomorrow by accident. but instead of arguing back and forth and since i was like five minutes away, she told me to come on in and it would be a ten minute wait. i was so grateful she was able to pull some strings for another employee to make my arrangement even though it was past closing time (7:00pm on weekdays). the place is located in a little area on W Dixie Highway. i was so afraid i wouldn't be able to see it but luckily no one was behind me and i was able to drive slowly before seeing the sign. it's a cute little shop with a front desk, kitchen in the back, and various accessories (card stands, balloons, vases, fruit coolers, stuffed animals, etc.) after eight minutes, and a beautiful job later, i left the shop and was on my way to my godmother who really enjoyed her surprise. thanks again, EA :) read more

I went in for a smoothie today and turns out they had absolutely no fruit and couldn't do anything that was on their smoothie menu online. I ended up going to Miami squeeze across the street for a smoothie. It's just very unprofessional of them. I have never posted a review for a business before but my terrible experience at this establishment could not go without sharing. For Mother's Day I ordered a box of strawberries 5 days in advanced that was to be picked up at 8:30am. On arrival I was told my order wasn't ready and would be ready shortly. After waiting and watching other people get their order I again asked about the wait time for my order as it was 9:15am at this point. The store manager Curtis then came up to me YELLING about how I can't wait around in the store for my order and "if I didn't like it I could get a refund". Now, I'm just trying to get something nice for my mother for her day but I had to get a refund due to the terrible way I was treated as a paying customer. Long story short I will never do business here again. I would drive an hour away to another location before spending a penny here. I would give zero stars if I could.
