I just had a delivery order delivered a few minutes ago on 2/15/2024 around 10:30-ish, a.m. I…read moreordered a fresh avocado within my order for a specific recipe. Whomever, did my shopping for this order picked the smallest possible avocado. NOW, I have to get in my car and go and buy a REAL and NORMAL sized avocado for a recipe. They picked an avocado that was no bigger than my very SMALL saltshaker (picture below). This has happened before on a prior order with (1) sweet potato that I had the very same issue with. It was So small that it was inedible once it was baked! These are paid for, per produce item. each. This is either fraudulent or vindictive, in my opinion. NO ONE would buy these itty-bitty sized produces. This is also annoying and touching on being fraudulent considering that I pay an annual fee for Walmart's delivery services, and this is what I am getting in my orders. The pictures of these items sure do not look like what I am getting in the delivery orders, nor do they match what I see in the stores! The very same thing happens with their steaks. Picture looks nowhere like the items delivered and paid for online. These were purchased online from the Tallassee, AL Walmart. I did call Walmart customer service to file a complaint to try and avoid this from happening again, since this appears to be becoming a normal and regular occurrence with Walmart. The customer service agent was amazingly, understanding and took my complaint very seriously. He reported my complaint to his supervisor, who was going to report it to the Tallassee store Manager. The Cust. service reps name was, Ibad, whom I give total props to for handing my complaint with such professionalism. He did give me a refund for the avocado and the sweet potato, from a prior order, even though I did not ask for one, nor did I expect one. He also gave me a $5 credit as an apology. Now, let's see if the Walmart Manager's do anything to correct this situation with their employees......

This isn't a Super Walmart or a Neighborhood Market Walmart...matter of fact, if you're from a…read moretypical American city, you'll wonder if the place even sells groceries, from the look of the front. The width of the store is deceptive, really. This place is damned near as big as a normal Super Walmart, although the selection isn't as vast. The parking lot is, as usual, designed by third-graders holding dull Crayolas in both fists while pitching temper tantrums. That said, if you are at Lake Martin, this is the closest actual grocery store. The fresh meat selection sucks, but the produce section is fine. The several times that I went, there was never a wait to check out and the employees were friendly.

Received the wrong size phone from AT&T, was informed that I could take it into an AT&T store and…read moreexchange it without it being opened. Made the trip, over 30 minutes away, to find out they were unable to accommodate, not being a corporate AT&T store. That's fine, where I have a big issue is that the manager was completely dismiss myself and play go back home and left the representative (who is trying to help and trying to figure out a way to make it work) standing there and condescendingly tells her quietly "nah, I'm good. You got this. I already told you the deal", then leaves while smirking(I'm guessing at how she's simply not going to make progress) As a customer, this is extremely aggravating and annoying, because he's wasting her time and my time. I appreciate the fact that she tries really hard, and my advice to her would be "maybe he has some technical knowledge for you to learn, but definitely don't pick up his people skills". It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. This manager was just unprofessional and was more interested in flexing his power and teaching her a lesson and actually trying to help the consumer.
