I typically order online but I needed something to take with me to a memorial service and did a search saw this was the closest location to me. I'm not a fan of the prices but the presentations and freshness of the fruit are always great. This was my first time in an actual store so I was surprised to see cupcakes and then pleasantly surprised that you can mix them up instead of purchasing all the same flavors. The red velvet and vanilla bean cupcakes were nice and moist topped with a sweet frosting and small piece of accompanying chocolate. read more

Disappointed in the poor business practices here and would not recommend. Unfortunately, since they do not leave deliveries at residential front doors, I had to call in and was told, after being on hold for 15 minutes, that they'd call me back since they weren't sure they could still drop off. Couple hours go by - no call back. I call in again and am on hold with the manager another 15 min or so- she tells me I need to pick it up if I wanted it same-day. Okay no problem - so I drive and pick up- takes them another 15-20 minutes to find my order. They eventually find it.. No apologies. No delivery refund or future discount or anything. Not even a free balloon (which they have about 50 of in the front lobby) for my troubles. Very disappointing business practices - won't be using again. read more

The worst customer service ever. I ordered white chocolate covered pineapple daises. They charge 36.00 for 12. I specified white chocolate several times. I picked them up and again said that I was there to pick up the white chocolate daisies. Of course I got home and checked and they were dark chocolate daises. At this point I called and expressed my frustration and disappointment and there was silence on the phone. So I said hello. And she said "what would you like me to say I didn't take the order" I was instructed to bring them back and they would be ready. So I took them back and there was still no apology or offer to make this right. And I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. I asked if she would throw in a couple extra to make up for the inconvenience and she checked and said the only thing she could do was let me keep the dark Chocolate ones. They were totally wasted because if we liked them i would have ordered them. I will never go back read more

Very little to share about the quality of the product, as I never got my order. Ordered the day before for an important event, well in advance. Waited all day for delivery. Nothing came. Received an email telling me that a "delivery attempt failed," even though no one ever attempted to come to my door, call, or text, and I was never given a time when the arrangement would arrive. Just "delivery failed." I guess I was supposed to be waiting outside all day for when the delivery came by? Then they could toss it out the car window at me? I have no idea. In the email, I was told they would return. Well ... they didn't. Hours and hours passed. I decided to contact the store. Upon contacting the store, I was simply given a menu of pre-recorded options--all of which basically amounted to "go to the website." (There was no way to reach an actual person.) Went to the website, filled out a form, and never got an answer. Filled out another form, finally got an answer. Was told that a delivery attempt had failed (again, without a knock on the door or a phone call, yes, the delivery is going to fail--I cannot stand outside all day when you don't give me a time to do so). I was told another delivery attempt would be made, but it wasn't. In the meantime, I decided to drive to the store to pick up my arrangement. Although the hours on the website, on the phone recording, and ON THE DOOR ITSELF are listed as open until 7 p.m, this place was closed before 6. (I'm not sure anybody even works there at all.) I couldn't even physically go to the store to get the thing I was supposed to have delivered. It's nowhere. It has not come. And I am out $50. I've used Edible Arrangements in other places, so I don't think it's the larger company but the Roxborough location. I was able to get a delivery from the Aramingo location, and they had no problem knocking on my door or calling me on the phone and telling me when they were going to deliver. You know, like with a NORMAL DELIVERY of a pre-purchased product. Nor did I have a problem calling them on the phone and reaching an actual person. An all-around wasteful and disappointing experience that will probably result in having to dispute a credit card charge. Lovely. read more

I spent $175.00 for a basket to celebrate a friend's new baby on a Friday at 4 pm. A representative then called and said that it was too close to closing time (6pm) and then asked whether it would be ok to deliver the next day (Saturday). I agreed. It is now Monday at 5:22 pm and still no basket. I called and the same lady immediately stated that the basked was delivered on Saturday. When I challenged her she placed me on hold only to return to the phone and state that she will send the delivery out tonight. In short....stay very far away from this particular franchise, particularly if you care about having things done right. read more

I have always like the idea of a creative and practical gift , not to mention you cannot go wrong with Fruits! This is one of my go to gift idea to send and to receive. Despite a little pricey, one always got those delightful 'wow', 'response . The last time I sent one for my son's birthday, I need to make a last minute change, I called up the shop and received a very helpful and courteous response. I created a yelp account just for my experience with this particular store. I had heard from others that edible arrangements provides great service, but unfortunately I had a different experience. I placed an order on Friday, 1/9/15, for a delivery at a nearby office on Monday, 1/12/15. At around 12 pm, I tracked the order and it was out for delivery. There was never an attempt to deliver to the office. I called at 3:30 and the person on the phone said she would call the driver and give me a call back, which did not happen. I called again an hour later and was told that it would be delivered the next day. It was not delivered, and I did not receive a call back again. On Tuesday I called the store at 4 pm and the person on the phone told me that my delivery was in their fridge and that the driver was not there to explain the situation. I then requested to be refunded because the person it was to be delivered to was not going to be in the office on Wednesday, but it was delivered anyways. On Wednesday, it was finally delivered to no one. This is two full days after the order. I was told a manager/owner would reach out to me regarding my case (which I filed with the corporate customer service for Edible Arrangements ), but that has yet to happen. I guess this franchise believes they can just deliver arrangements whenever it is convenient for them. I understand things happen, but two days go by and they never contact me back, and then they deliver after I ask to cancel the order since the recipient won't be there? Unreal. Update - I called the store back again today on Wednesday and explained the situation to a manager, who said I would receive reimbursement for my purchase. The arrangement was still enjoyed by a few co-workers, so I have bumped this to two stars. I do not think I ever would have been contacted regarding my order being late, as I had to call the store 6 times in 3 days before I was able to resolve this. read more

I sent an arrangement to my grandmother who has cancer and is going through chemo. Part of my order was missing. I called the store to get a partial refund. I wasn't mad or mean, it was a simple mistake, I get it. I talked to the RUDEST woman on the phone. She said they would refund me for the part that was missing. That's fine. The next day, I check my bank account and I was charged again for the piece that was missing. Not refunded. I called the store again very pleasantly. The same woman answered the phone who said she was now the manager. Rude again, she put me on a 5 minute hold. The REAL manager answered and he said there was nothing further he could do because they claimed they refunded me. So now my account was charged twice and I dealt with the worst customer service ever. I would be embarrassed if I had an employee like that woman. My money will now go elsewhere and I will be contacting corporate. read more

He went to the back for like 5 mins and came out with the most beautiful and the most delicious and the most fresh chocolate covered strawberries i have ever had. I called around 11 today to see if an arrangement could be made by 330-4 for a death in a friends family. ON THE PHONE they were extremely helpful and described what I'd be getting for $76/$77. She tells me chocolate covered strawberries and some fruit covered on hazelnut. I remember thinking WOW hazelnut was her favorite how funny. Well I get there and read the sign that says $1.99 for a small fruit salad which I ordered if you spend $29. I spent well over that yet I'm charged 4.99 THEN they rush me my arrangement that looks EXTREMELY SMALL(ordered the med) and missing things. Not thinking I walk to my car. Looking at it further THERES NOTHING COVERED IN CHOCOLATE! They gave me fruit on a stick with lettuce looking stuff at the bottom. They obviously threw this together in the ten minutes that I was standing out front waiting. I take it back and ready for this one... AND I QUOTE " We are slammed and ran out of chocolate covered stuff so your only missing like 10 strawberries with chocolate on them! " I said so you charge $100 for fruit on a stick not covered in anything? She says, AND I QUOTE "You didn't pay $100!" I say $80 is close enough to it, She says "well that ain't $100!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? If I wasn't in need of this today I would of walked out! I can't believe this. Another gentleman who was an employee just took there and watched.
