A needed a thank you goody for a friend and decided this was what I wanted to do based on previous experiences with the company (not this location specifically). I spent an hour agonizing over the perfect items, I since I wanted enough she could share with coworkers, so a variety of items but something special too. I couldn't find the right thing, then I saw the ads ons, which meant I could pick the more special but slightly smaller arrangement and get all I wanted for her. So much stuff, and all delivered (could have been the next day but since it was late in the evening I chose the day after. Less than $80 for all this stuff a doz cookies, individual pumpkin cheesecakes and brownies that I added on, because the pictures, you just can't be sure on the actual arrangement size. I also got an email with a photo showing it was delivered. Then I got a video a short time later from my friend, she looked like she was about to cry she was so tickled. BEWARE!! This is the worse location. I tried to surprise my mother for her Birthday but she never received her arrangement. I contacted customer service several times but still no one has resolved issue. They stated the item was delivered however I wouldn't be making 3 attempts to call customer service if I had of received it. Customer service also stated I would receive a call from management however no one has reached out. I have several video recordings showing the delivery guy ringing front and back door and doesn't leave the arrangement. If you order from this location make sure your person will be home. read more

I would not recommend purchasing edible arrangements from this location. Despite the fact that I ordered an arrangement for my Husband a week prior for our anniversary with instructions of a specific time in which I needed to have them delivered, (9am) they called the night before delivery to say that this couldn't happen, then said that their driver started at 10, to which I explained if they could be delivered as close to then that it would be ok, even thought that meant delaying our Anniversary plans, she said this would be possible. I called at 1pm, and spoke with the Manager, and assistant Manager who was rude and unsympathetic, claiming that they do not guarantee time, I explained if I had been made aware of this that I would have cancelled a week ago and made other arrangements. After refusing to cancel my order and confusing my order with another order, claiming that the item had been delivered, I was hung up saying that the driver was pulling in, 30 minutes later nothing. Annoyed and disappointed that the day was supposed to start with a pleasant surprise delivery, has turned into one big disappointment and rude customer service. read more

I have used Edible Arrangements (EA) several times in the past as gifts and have always been satisfied with their product/service. So for Mothers Day, my sister and I didn't hesitate to contact EA in Pikesville, Maryland (on Old Court Road) again. But this time our arrangement, which we had ordered days in advance online, didn't get there; well, at least on the right day. By the time we realized that it wasn't getting there on Mother's Day, EA was closed, so the next day I called and they said they would send another arrangement out (i.e., the day after it was supposed to be delivered on Mothers Day) and give me 30% off my next order, which of course there won't ever be now! By the way, I get emails advertising 20% off all the time, so this was no big deal. I saw this as an interim good-will gesture until they discovered that they had made a mistake and then they would make an adjustment to the significant price we had just paid. They felt I had made a deal and that we were all settled up. My efforts to ameliorate this situation were met with absolute refusal and great rudeness by the manager of that franchise. So, what it comes down to is that not only do you pay a lot for an Edible Arrangement but you get to pay a lot for their mistakes. I have used them several times in the past, but will not do so again. Just be warned that if you do, and something messes up, they are not good at taking responsibility. They are very short-sighted; because they wouldn't refund anything for a delivery made the day after Mother's Day, after a lot of hassle on my part, they won't get any further business from me. I would not recommend this place to anyone!. They have the worst customer service. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Monday prior to business opening. On the site it states that if you are in a school they WILL deliver prior to 3 pm. My order never arrived. When I called they said there was an issue with the delivery label or some foolishness and offered me 20% off my next purchase (which I will NEVER use) and assured me that it would be delivered WED before 3. I called to assure on WED and the DISTRICT MANAGER was so rude. Spoke as if she was rushing me off of the phone. "You spoke to me and we don't guarantee delivery times. Its out for delivery." Well those were the same words she uttered Monday. Not to mention that I was JUST calling to ensure that it was in fact on its way. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NEVER AGAIN....
