So yesterday my boss received an arrangement from edible arrangements as a gift from an employee who recently retired. She shared the bouquet with the entire department and as we were devouring it quickly I realized that I have not done a review on them even though I LOVE them and have loved arrangements I have received myself in the past as well. These fruit arrangements are not only beautifully put together but also incredibly fresh, juicy and delicious. It's quite difficult to share them because I could and have very easily eaten the entire thing myself. What I love is that I don't have to feel guilty about it and I get such enjoyment out of them. Now don't get me wrong. I LOVE getting flowers as well but edible arrangements is a great alternative since you can eat them! I've gotten a few arrangements delivered to me over the years and I have never been disappointed in them. They offer such a large variety of fruits too. I have also ordered just a box of chocolate covered strawberries before as well and they are such a yummy treat. If you want to send someone a thank you gift or just let someone know you are thinking of them, I am sure these would be greatly appreciated. Great experience! I ordered the fruit flowers bouquet, petite, in coffee mug. It was a little pricey ($29) and I was nervous that it would be really small, the picture on the website looks small. However, I was sent a picture of the actual arrangement and it exceeding my expectations. I love this business as a whole. However, this particular location is ran very poorly. I've had two bad experiences now with them and wish that there was an alternate location to provide my business to. The management and staff leave an unimpressed taste in your mouth on a consistent basis. There is no care or customer service in the service that you receive. Received the most AMAZING bouquet of fruit today for my birthday. I told everyone at work.. no cake this year please! And what shows up? Fruit. Beautifully arranged! Flowers out of pineapple and cantaloupe , chocolate dipped strawberries, ( my favorite) bananas dipped in milk and white chocolate. And so much more. All the fruit was fresh, crisp and flavorful . This place is the worst. Order an arrangement for a friends birthday to be delivered on her birthday. Unfortunately, their system seems to have incorrectly placed her old address. I'm absolutely in love with these arrangements. I will never go to a florist again! They're cute and appropriate for basically any occasion. And I love that they won't go to waste like flowers. I was given a Groupon voucher and it stated that in order to redeem the offer, I needed to place an order at least 24 hours in advance but when I called to inquire about their arrangements, a very friendly gentleman told me that there is no need to order that far in advance unless it is a special occasion like Mother's or Valentine's Day. He advised me to take a look at the company website and pick an arrangement then call back. After I placed my order, they had it ready for me to pick up in half an hour! When I arrived to pick up my arrangement, it looked identical to the picture on the website (big plus!). Because this arrangement was a gift, I can't speak to the quality of the fruit in respect to taste, but the appearance was flawless. Although, I was offered a sample of a delicious chocolate-dipped strawberry. The prices of the arrangements start at $35 but they have boxes of chocolate-dipped fruit for cheaper. read more

But convenience, particularly home delivery, is one sided - it is what is best for them, unwilling to accommodate the working hours of people like hospital essential workers. They can't keep track of who talked to whom about agreed upon instructions. Customer service is combative, instead of diffusing a situation they make it worse. Deliveries on the same day are delivered on time so I can't complain. Ordered a basket yesterday hoping for same day delivery. Although the gentlemen that took my order (I placed it at 11 am) told me that it would be hard to make the delivery by 5:00 due to the late order, they underpromised and over delivered. They understood the importance of the same day delivery based on my circumstances and I really appreciated that. The basket was beautiful and arrived by 2:00 PM. Just pathetic! Don't order for a Valentine's day delivery, they charge you 12 dollars for the date (placed order 2 weeks in advance) and then they won't get it to you. There goes making this day special for my wife who just gave birth 3 weeks ago to our daughter. We waited all day delivery and nothing. Not even a courtesy call or email saying they wouldn't make it. We cancelled dinner plans because we were waiting. Finally we got a sitter and were able to at least go to the movies. Just as a side note, I ordered 3 Edible Arrangements from three different cities today. 2 out of my 3 never got delivered but yours did! :) Your arrangements (which I see via photos) always look the best and are delivered the quickest! On Valentine's Day, I came home from school (I am a teacher). My husband asked, "Didn't you get anything at school?" I replied with a small laugh, "No." When he called, the lady replied, "Oh, you wanted those delivered? They are still here." So, my husband went to the store to PICK UP and he said it was a crazy place. Many people complaining about the same problem. Fruit was good, but I will never buy from them. It was Valentine's Day, be prepared for the mad rush or do not offer the delivery service. OH, and they wanted to charge him for the delivery. This a great alternative to flowers. The fruit is selected fresh every day. The store is clean and well organized. The staff are friendly and efficient.
