Great experience for a last minute Valentine's Day bouquet! I really liked that they had a good website that shows the different options and when I called in they were able to quickly confirm they could put together the one I wanted. Since it was the day before valentines, deliveries were booked up but nice to have that option for the future. Since I'd dint plan too far ahead, they were still able to have it ready within a couple hours for me to pick up. They were great over the phone and in person. I'll be using them again! read more

The day I called the designer was alone in the shop because her person who usually helps was not able to come to work. She was so kind and helpful and very pleasant. She explained that she needed to make a delivery and she would call me back in 30 minutes. She did! We had a nice conversation. I ordered some flowers for my brother's birthday and she got them to him early in the morning on his birthday. Not only was the arrangement as beautiful i as the picture that I ordered from, it was even more beautiful than the picture. The groom and best man's boutonnières, as well as the wristband for the officiant were just perfect, all reasonably priced. I carried my bouquet 2500 miles across country in water (emptied briefly through TSA:), and the flowers were still lovely nearly 2 weeks later. This mother and daughter duo make *the*most*gorgeous*arrangements* that I have seen since St. Ives. I called today with a STAT request. They were closed, but. BUT. Mom went in and with a very vague description of what I wanted, knocked out the MOST GORGEOUS arrangement for my daughter's MIL, my co-grandmother, who just had a total knee replacement and is laid up, in pain, but was ever so happy to receive her gorgeous flowers. Ya know, I could just shoot myself for not taking a pic. I shall come back and add one after I get MY rendition of the SAME ARRANGEMENT tomorrow. That is how much I loved it. Mom handed me the arrangement and I cried. How did she know?? I gave a general description of a sea/ocean/beach theme, greens and blues, maybe throw in a piece of driftwood or a shell if you have one. That was it. Well, she handed me a gorgeous arrangement that included MY favorite flowers in blue (hydrangeas!); Delphinium (which apparently comes from the Greek word for dolphin, a reference to the new flower bud's resemblance to the bottle-like nose of the dolphin); gorgeous little white roses; a lily; and some pretty greenery to round things out. The vase was unique, too, as it was rounded but just maybe an inch in depth? Then there were blue aquarium-style marbles at the bottom. Totally amazing! I will say these ladies were a little naughty. They tried to charge far less than what an arrangement of that caliber is worth. I told them to check their "comps" (as in real estate comparisons!) and up those prices. I wouldn't budge until I increased the price and assured them the national chains would have easily charged $175 or more for that arrangement. I had to force them to take my money. Did I mention that mom came in on her day OFF??? Yeah. So what I am saying is that you should order flowers here before they raise their prices to reflect what they are actually worth!! Either way, you will be bowled over by the creativity and the passion that lives in this business. As I say about food: GO HERE, but instead of my cry to "eat the food," ORDER FLOWERS!! read more

Drove into town for the weekend for my Mom's wedding ceremony. I wanted to pick up a small, wrapped bouquet for her at the last minute. Ordered the 'puppy love' bouquet with white roses online and was able to pick it up just a couple hours later. I drove a bird scooter over, and they kindly wrapped the bouquet to protect it from the wind. They offered to change the paper wrapping to white to match the roses, too. We hired Sweet Thorns as our florist for our wedding back in October and we had only colors and rough ideas of what we wanted, so we needed a ton of help and didn't even know where to start. We gave them reference pictures of what we were looking for and they absolutely nailed it! We came in for a check in the a month before the wedding date and we loved literally everything they had made. We had full trust in them every step of the way and they were extremely communicative throughout the whole process and especially on the day of. We had made 3D printed skulls as our centerpieces and asked them to design around them and we were blown away with how beautiful they came out and what they created! They were also extremely reasonable in price for how much they gave us, it was incredible. We had originally planned for a ceremony but instead cut it and were able to use the funds we put toward that into other decorations that really made the space pop and that they helped us work out. They are amazing people and the sweetest, kindest pair you could ever hope for and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them for anything from weddings to everyday bouquets.
