I guess I like a more "old fashioned" bakery experience. The cookies are also quite pricey--12 large cookies cost $50. While they were good, some were overly sweet. While I'm sure the business model works for the store in that it saves them for having 1 additional employee that works as a cashier, I'm just not sure that the impersonal business model works for me.
