Best suggestion EVER. Over the years, I've worked with numerous florists in/out of state and it's been a hit or miss. However, from Order #1 in 2024, Bumblebee Blooms has nailed every order we've placed. On top of a fun, creative, and talented staff (we often laugh on our calls), the arrangements are tailored to each occasion and they take extra care to work with each situation. For example, when my colleague lost her beloved pet, I placed an order and inquired if we could select flowers that were non-toxic to her cats. There was no hesitation to accommodate and when I saw the receipt, my request was actually noted on the order so there would be no errors. That attention to detail extends to the energy and care they put into each arrangement. I absolutely love working with the staff and they've become one of my favorite florists of all-time. Deliveries arrive on the dates they're promised and the recipients comment on the beauty of the arrangements. These were ordered. And the office at seigal suites told the delivery driver he CANNOT LEAVE THEM . He said accordingly to the owner that he was instructed to leave them. I PERSONALLY NEVER RECEIVED. I was told well "he's out of his money " Just because the circumstances are personal and private does NOT give a company the right to not fulfill an over $119. Plus tax order. There's no way I actually received these and thst was discussed with the owner. The delivery driver was told by management he CANNOT LEAVE THE DELIVERY. I would NOT RECIEVE THEM. This is bad business. It doesn't matter what MY circumstances are. The fact is they were purchased. Very long overdue that I finally give this place its flowers (pun intended!)!! Though I've never physically walked into this store I've been placing deliveries from this lovely shop since 2018! I've gifted my mother many a bouquet for numerous occasions over the years. Today was my very first time requesting the pick up option so my father swung by the boutique and hand delivered the flowers to my mom's work. I chose a medium size arrangement from their Christmas selection and couldn't be happier with it. I was later FaceTimed and could hear all the "ooohs" and "aaahs" of her coworkers. I think there's something for every price point, including candies, wine kits, small arrangements and even customizable accessories. Thank goodness they were able to squeeze me in! I ordered a casket spray, and two heart stands. My brother's casket was lighter blue, so I wanted blue accents, and I couldn't be happier with what these ladies did for me during this hard time. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my sister for her new baby girl. Input all the information I wanted on the card with no issues. Paid and when then invoice was sent, I noticed TWO names were missing. I immediately sent an email, as they were already closed for the night, with the correct names. No response. I called to check (I'm out of state) and they were already out for delivery with the incorrect information. The lady who spoke to me was nice but apparently the email goes to the owner and "she wasn't in today". So my sister got a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a card half filled out. When my wife sent me a picture of the attached arrangement, my heart sank. I spent $255 and this is what was delivered. I called the store dismayed as I was expecting way more. The quality is there but this did not feel like a $250 arrangement. I was originally talking with Paula and asked to at least be credited back the difference between the premium arrangement I paid for and this -- which felt very standard. We went back-and-forth, a couple times, and Pollard, then use the term that floored me. She told me--. Her words, not mine "they were not not jewing me". I asked for clarification and she repeated herself. And then told her I wasn't comfortable with her using that term, and she said she was sorry that I was offended by that term, and then proceeded to hand me off to Katie. Katie and I went round and round and round and round.. where she did finally agree to go pick up the arrangement and credit me back. I think of the horrible term used by Paula hadn't been thrown out there I wouldn't have bothered with the review as giving me a refund was more than I wanted. Convenient for downtown but wasn't open past noon on Valentines Day. This is very strange as they could've earned a lot more business. Inside is nice for prepared grab and go flowers but if you would like to look at their selection and pick what delights you to make a bouquet from it will not only frustrate you but also the workers who have to go grab them from the cooler. Should have a loose flower cooler in view for customers. I didn't mind walking out to go somewhere else because it was going to be too much trouble (it was). After I said thank you for helping me but the lady gave me no response. I live downtown but I doubt I'll be back. read more

The flowers were not delivered on the day they were supposed to be. If they would have contacted me to let me know, i would have gone over and picked them up. I finally called later in the day to find out about the delivery and find out what was going on. A woman described as the manager talked to me for five minutes ranting all about the floral industry, which she said i know nothing about. She said valentine's day is the worst day of the year for floral companies. She then proceeded to complain about her day and "all the shi**y customers" she had to deal with that day and "the line out the door of men who waited until the last minute". And then ironically she said she had enough of my complaining. I ordered my wife flowers for nye yesterday off the website they displayed as their nye bouquet which looked very beautiful in the description. 18 red roses with some beautiful greenery and little white flowers for filigree with a beautiful silver vase. The order came today and it definitely wasn't what was in their description on the website. It was still very nice but definitely not was it was portrayed to be. Delivery was on time, the ordering was fine they were helpful but just a little dissatisfied with how they look compared to the picture of them on the website. This place is absolutely Horrible ! My boyfriend arranged for my valentines gift to be delivered at 10:30am to my job specifically because I would be leaving at 1:30pm to head out to the airport for my flight. He was then informed around 9am that my order would most likely not arrive until 5pm. I called to update the delivery address to my home instead because by 1230pm they still hadn't delivered my gift so I preferred it to get delivered to my house instead. I was told that the delivery driver would be updated on the delivery address. I was then called by my manager at 3:11pm stating that the order was delivered to my job after being told it would get delivered to my home. I called and spoke with Bumblebee and the associate that answered the phone informed me that since it was an error they would duplicate my order meaning they would leave the order at my office and remake a new order and that the new order was on its way. My manager then called me again at 3:33pm stating that Bumblebee's delivery driver went back to the office to pick up the order. Confused, I called Bumblebee back and the associate was Extremely rude, Inconsiderate and outright disgusting to me! I expressed to her my frustration of waiting ALL DAY on Valentines Day for my flowers & chocolate covered fruit to be delivered & here it is 330pm and I still didn't have my gift. She then says "well I thought you said you had a flight to catch at 1:30" instead of focusing on their Poor Customer Service skills and rectifying the situation. If I could give this no stars I would. This place is horrible! I have used them a few times hoping for a different outcome. Never again. This is the 3rd time I ordered from them. The first time they completely messed up on delivering the flowers and just ended up not delivering them until about a week later. NO apology no refund, nothing. The second time they screwed up again with the delivery for someone who had twins. I guess they don't know how to deliver flowers to a hospital? So I just canceled those. This last time I ordered an arrangement that was well over a hundred dollars. I got 4 roses and some lilies. Seriously? The reason I chose the arrangement was because of all the roses. So I get 4 roses some lilies (maybe 6) and a TON of foliage, the cheap stuff instead of the roses. The kicker to all this though is that the back half of the bouquet had wilted and already had dead flowers and it was just delivered around 5:30 this evening. I don't understand why a business would be ok with giving such horrible service with low-quality flowers and charging an arm and a leg. You should be ashamed. Contacted the shop this morning 5/1/20 and asked for a resend since half of their flowers were dead and they didn't give me the correct amount of roses for what I paid. They refused. They said "the arrangement was worth what you paid" I am sorry but 120.00 for dead flowers on delivery with almost no roses is nowhere near my money's worth. Appalling customer service. You should not be in business. You keep sending out horrid bouquets with dead flowers you won't be open much longer. read more

Just before Valentine's Day I stopped in to order a bouquet to be delivered the day before VDay, not on the big day. The lady at the counter was clearly irritated and short with me. When I showed a photo of an arrangement from their website she curtly told me they would not be able to guarantee any specific arrangements-from their site. She stated she could put "suggested" colors, arrangement type on the order but again stressed no guarantees. Okay , so requested purples if they had them and pointed out some deep purple carnations I could see saying those would be great since she loves carnations and the color purple. Well that upset her, I think she felt I wasn't listening to her. She sternly stated those could be sold for other arrangements and I will get the "designers choice" and may or may not get what I prefer.. .she was irritated when I asked what she meant by arrangement style.. I'm sure this is a stressful time for all florists but there's always room for great interactions with customers and kindness.
