I ordered matcha dipped strawberries special for my daughter in law who just had a baby to take the the hospital. They were pistachio. I called and was told they "don't have matcha or whatever that stuff is called" and are allowed to substitue without calling the customer. I would have never got pistachio. The cookies looked awful. They looked nothing like the item I purchased on the website. They weren't even the flavors the website listed. And I requested a Get Well balloon but they sent a Thinking of You balloon. I responded to an email asking how my order was and explained the problems. I got an email saying they would get back with me but immediately showed my ticket as closed. When I contacted them again I got no response. They say they Guarantee Satisfaction but they do not. My order was not received on Valentines Day. Was not contacted until 10:30 at night with the excuse that the driver went to the ER. Based on the reviews on Yelp this is common for this location. If something is ordered to be delivered on Valentines day it should be delivered that Day. I also searched on Facebook and noticed an employee looking for workers to start on Monday 2/13. I want to give a shout out to Claudia the manager & the wonderful driver who delivered our arrangement to our office. The arrangement was beautiful! Claudia made sure I was aware of what was going on with our delivery and the driver, (I did not get his name) was very nice. I had a hard time placing the order on the website which ended up being a problem getting our order on time. Claudia was very patient with me & let me reschedule our delivery for the next day. They remade the order & it was delivered today before the boss's left. This was for Boss's Day & all the employees chipped in on it. I've enjoyed Edible Arrangements for years. The Rockwall location was no different. When I arrived at the Rockwall location it was near closing time AND I learned I was at the wrong location to pick up a gift order but since both locations are owned by the same franchisee, they offered to prepare the order while I wait...COOL. The arrangement was beautiful? fresh, and DELICIOUS. The chocolate dipped apples and dark chocolate covered strawberries with chocolate chips were my favorite. The cheese cake was tasty as well. The staff was extremely patient. They even shared tips on how to help the fresh fruit last longer. read more

Yes went in to place an order to be delivered for a birthday gift stood there for about 20 minutes giving details and ensuring everything was good , even told the arrangement would be delivered before noon ! Well that time came and went . Then with a closing time of 5 pm and now 4pm we of course call and were told a slight problem but ensured again it would be delivered. A family member purchased a gift basket for me from this store. The fruit basket and balloon reaked of cigarette smoke upon arrival, like it had been stored for a few days in a home with indoor smokers. The fruit basket had tiny insects inside. I threw the whole thing out. Out of respect for my family member, I did not alert them to this issue, but I did provide the feedback to the corporate office. Placed an order the prior day, for pickup the following day at 11am. Never got anything saying it was done so decided to drive up there to check on it since yeah...they DO NOT answer the phones..ever. When I walked in no one was in the front but I could see younger people in the back "working." They even saw me but never came out. I tried calling while in the store and couldn't even hear a phone ringing so that explains why no one answers the phone. We had to wait until Monday to call and inquire and got a "I don't know why it wasn't delivered" I was promised it would get delivered that same day when I receive an email that the arrangement was "attempted" to get delivered which is BS because I was home all day! Asked if I could leave a message for the owner to call me back he said no. He said I don't know... ???? What do you mean you don't know lol? Can I give you my order number so you can look it up? Very bothered he asked what is it. Smh...lol... gave me the store in GARLAND, TX... tried calling no answer on hold for a hour.... called him back he let me know it's not he's responsible and I'll have to call corporate... I get Corps number off my emai confirmation... they let me know each store is individually owned and they couldn't help with the problem but could help get me information on my order.... really sweet girl... she let me know that the order had just finish being prepared and should be on its way out for delivery today... my problem is my recipient will not be home today our agreed delivery was for Friday May the 11th when I knew they would be home all day.... called the Rockwall store back let him know and he said well they will leave a note on the door. I then was told my only option was a refund. How about refunding my time and gas it took to drive there? On Valentine's Day I checked the system again and it stated the same thing. All was well or so I thought. When the delivery did not arrive by 2pm I became concerned.I actually called the store several times after 3pm and was constantly hung up on. I would say hello and then hear people in the background and then click. I called corporate to see if I could just go and pick it up. I was told I could not because my order may already be out for delivery. I waited and waited and then finally called corporate again around 845pm and was told to contact the store manager in the morning. I visited the delivery location today for my refund. A friend of mine used this business to order me something for Valentines day. My gift arrived late on the afternoon of the 15th, although he paid for expedited delivery on the 14th. He ordered me a bouquet of strawberries, with a few balloons and a teddy bear. The strawberries were weeping and obviously had been sitting around. There was strawberry juice all around the bottom of the vase. I never received the bear, I guess it's riding around Dallas in the back of a delivery truck. This company charges entirely too much for its products to provide this level of service. I submitted a "claim form" regarding the order and the missing bear, I have yet to hear anything back. Sorry for the long review but I want everyone to know that this store in Rockwall is a joke. I placed an order for my mom on Mothers Day. It was suppose to be delivered on Sunday at a certain time but instead was delivered way earlier than I ask so my mother was not home to receive it. I called the following Monday to have the situation fix and get her arrangements out for delivery. The man I spoke with on the phone was very rude and told me to just have my mom come by to pick it up at the store because he was busy with deliveries. No, I will not have my mom go out to pick it up when I paid for it to be delivered. He eventually told me he would call me back and schedule a time. I never heard from him. So I called the following Tuesday and the lady took my name and number and told me she would call me back...did not hear from her either! So I called on Wednesday and gave them a piece of my mind. Only then did they give me a refund for my order and promised me they would have it delivered at 6pm when my mom would be home. I figured the problem had been resolved and I could go on with my life. But no. They never delivered her arrangements on Wednesday as they promised!! I called the corporate office and filed a complaint against them and when I got off the phone with them I called the store to give them a piece of my mind once more! FINALLY, they delivered my moms gifts late Thursday night. 4 days late. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was rude and they couldn't even return my calls. Let alone deliver a mothers day gift on time. This was the worst experience I've ever had with edible arrangements in my entire life. I have supported & promoted Edible Arrangements for many years from the time I first met the manager at the Frisco location who was awesome!!! I recently used the I-30 Rockwall location to send an arrangement to a friend who had surgery and was home recovering, I wanted to send it to her just because to brighten her day. The arrangement was not what I expected to be based on the pictures and the fruit was bad with brown spots along the edges of the pineapple. Even though the recipient was appreciative she was very disappointed with what she received and could not eat the fruit. Neither the recipient or myself received returned telephone calls to try to make things right. I attempted to call again yesterday and I did get someone on the phone and she apologized and said that she would make things right, she did not offer to refund my money but offered to send some chocolate covered strawberries with the new order and I was OK with that as long as the potential recipient would be happy. Needless to say, I sent to the picture she requested & she never responded to my text & stopped answering the telephone from the location. I received an email this morning saying that my order was successfully delivered, reached out to the potential recipient again, she said she never received an order so I thought I would give them a few hours in case the driver was running behind. Four hours later- and still no delivery. My experience with this location has made me not ever want to use an edible arrangement again in my life and encourage everyone else not to use them as well where I have used Edible Arrangements for so many years. This was a complete waste of money for me, Yes, a big lost as even though I only spent $40, every dollar spent counts. The Rockwall location is very unprofessional, and unresponsive to the customers needs. I have another friend that I was planning to Send another arrangement to today but my disappointment with the Rockwall location has left a very bitter taste in my mouth for ever using Edible Arrangements again.
